&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. Beneficiaris &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Poden ser beneficiàries d'aquests ajuts les persones físiques o jurídiques, les agrupacions de persones físiques o jurídiques, les comunitats &lt;/span&gt;de béns o qualsevol altre tipus d'unitat econòmica o patrimoni separat sens personalitat jurídica que siguin titulars d'una explotació agrària i &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que es comprometin a millorar el valor paisatgístic, a reduir els possibles impactes sobre el medi ambient i el patrimoni natural i, que compleixin els requisits indicats a les bases de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. Objecte &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria d'ajudes és establir compensacions per als titulars de les explotacions agroramaderes per la seva &lt;/span&gt;contribució a la recuperació i al manteniment de la biodiversitat i del paisatge rural tradicional, d'alt valor ambiental i cultural. Les compensacions per als titulars de les explotacions estaran en funció de les actuacions no productives dutes a terme entre l'endemà del dia que &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;es publiqui aquesta convocatòria en el BOIB i el 31 de març de l'any següent al de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. Bases reguladores &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es regirà per les bases dels ajuts del CIM per promoure pràctiques sostenibles a les explotacions agràries de Menorca (CARB) aprovades pel Consell Executiu dia 19 de març de 2018 i publicades en el BOIB núm. 76 de 21 de juny de 2018, amb les modificacions següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Substituir les referències a l'any 2018 per l'any 2020. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. En compliment de l'article 9 del Reglament (CE) núm. 702/2014, el número de registre del document validat per l'aplicació SANI (programa informàtic específic per a les comunicacions d'ajuts a la Comunitat Europea) se substituirà pel número validat per a la convocatòria de l'any 2020, &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;SA.59137.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. A la base 5.2, Documentació específica, el texte que hi figura en la lletra k, es substitueix per:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;k&lt;/em&gt;) Vida laboral o certificat que acrediti estar d'alta com a agricultor professional de data posterior a la publicació de la convocatòria dels ajuts en el BOIB, per tal de comprovar el compliment del requisit descrit en el punt 3.1 &lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. A la base 6, Quantia de les ajudes i determinació de l'import de la subvenció, en el&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;punt 2, on diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Un 15 % si a l'explotació hi ha una dona assegurada en el règim agrari a jornada completa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;[...]&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En qualsevol cas, la quantia màxima no podrà superar l'import de 4.725,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se substitueix per:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Un 20 % si a l'explotació hi ha una dona assegurada en el règim agrari a jornada completa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;[...] &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En qualsevol cas, la quantia màxima no pot superar l'import de 4.900,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. A la base 7, Criteris de valoració, en el quadre de compromisos es modifica el compromís «Beurades i passos de bestiar» i s'introduirà el compromís «Paret seca» dins les Mesures ambientals i paisatgístiques.
