&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;En data 8 d'octubre de 2020, el president de l'IMAS va dictar resolució d'aprovació de la previsió i fixació de preus dels serveis a concertar durant el segon semestre de l'any 2020 per la Direcció Insular d'Infància i Família de l'IMAS, la qual va ser publicada al BOIB núm. 179, de 17 d'octubre de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; En data 2 de novembre de 2020, ha tingut entrada al Servei Juridicoadministratiu informe emès pel cap del Servei d'Infància i Família amb el vist i plau de la directora insular d'Infància i Família, instant la rectificació d'errades materials detectades a &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'Annex I de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'esmentada&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;resolució, de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;data &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8 d'octubre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 2020, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;relatives als preus plaça fixats, així com al pressupost &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;total i dates previstes de les convocatòries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de Dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; Resulta d'aplicació el previst a l'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(BOE núm. 236, de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2 d'octubre de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 2015) &lt;/span&gt;sobre rectificació d'errors materials&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; L'òrgan competent per resoldre és la Presidència de l'IMAS en virtut de l'article 7.2. apartat 28 dels Estatuts de l'IMAS, i atès el Decret de la Presidència del Consell Insular de Mallorca pel qual es nomena el conseller executiu de Drets Socials (BOIB núm. 92 de 9 de juliol de 2019), el qual d'acord amb l'article 7.1 dels Estatuts de l'IMAS, exercirà també el càrrec de president de l'IMAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; RECTIFICAR, en l'Annex I de la resolució de la Presidència de l'IMAS, de data 8 d'octubre de 2020, d'aprovació de la previsió i fixació de preus dels serveis a concertar durant el segon semestre de l'any 2020 per la Direcció Insular d'Infància i Família de l'IMAS (BOIB núm. 179, de 17 d'octubre de 2020), les errades materials següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Aquesta resolució no posa fi a la via administrativa i contra ella es pot interposar, d'acord amb l'article 28.1 dels Estatuts de l'IMAS &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;aprovats per Acord del Ple del Consell de Mallorca d'11 d'abril de 2019 &lt;/span&gt;(BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de maig de 2019), recurs d'alçada davant el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Mallorca, dins el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir del dia següent al de la notificació de la present resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa del recurs d'alçada podrà interposar-se recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir del dia següent al de la notificació de la desestimació de l'esmentat recurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Contra la desestimació per silenci del recurs d'alçada podrà interposar-se recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, en qualsevol moment a partir del dia següent a la desestimació presumpta (tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs sense que s'hagi notificat la resolució).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;No obstant l'anterior, es pot exercitar, si n'és el cas, qualsevol altre recurs que s'estimi pertinent. Tot això de conformitat amb la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la Jurisdicció Contenciosa Administrativa, i de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
