    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Atès que no ha pogut tenir efecte la notificació al titular del vehicle abandonat a la via pública que s'indica, amb el present anunci es comunica a les persones relacionades el seu contingut : &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;EXP 638-2020 “&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Decret Núm. 2020-272.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Primer.- Concedir un termini de quinze dies a la titular per que retiri el vehicle, amb l'advertiment que en cas contrari podrà ser sancionat com a responsable d'una infracció greu (articles 46.3 c i 47.1.b) de la citada llei de residus. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segon.- En cas de que no sigui retirat pel seu propietari, tractar com a residu sòlid urbà el vehicle 0962 BTS i per tant traslladar el mateix a un centre autoritzat de tractament de vehicles per la seva posterior destrucció i descontaminació, Els costs de desplaçament i destrucció i descontaminació del vehicle seran reclamats al titular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tercer.- Notificar aquesta resolució a la titular del vehicle, atorgant, d'acord amb l'article 53.3 de la llei 22/2011 de residus, un termini de 15 dies des de la recepció de la notificació per aportar les al·legacions oportunes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
