el Decret 96/2005, de 23 de setembre, d'aprovació definitiva de la revisió del Pla Director Sectorial Energètic de les Illes Balears, i la Llei 12/2016, de 17 d'agost, d'avaluació ambiental de les Illes Balears, a més de la Llei de 16 de desembre de 1954, d'expropiació forçosa, i el seu Reglament, que són d'aplicació supletòria, se sotmet a informació pública la petició de l'entitat Red Eléctrica de España, SAU, d'autorització administrativa prèvia, declaració, en concret, d'utilitat pública i autorització administrativa de construcció per a una instal·lació elèctrica les característiques principals de la qual s'assenyalen a continuació:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La declaració, en concret, d'utilitat pública, d'acord amb l'article 56.1 de la Llei&nbsp;24/2013 i l'article 149 del Reial decret 1955/2000, du implícita en tot cas la necessitat d'ocupació dels béns o de l'adquisició dels drets i n'implica l'ocupació urgent a l'efecte de l'article 52 de la Llei d'expropiació forçosa, si escau.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">S'inclou com a annex la llista concreta i individualitzada de béns i drets afectats que figuren en el projecte.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">L'article 12 del Decret 99/1997 estableix el procediment d'autorització i posada en servei dels expedients elèctrics amb expropiació i determina que s'ha de seguir el procediment d'ocupació urgent dels terrenys, previst en la Llei 24/2013 i en el Reial decret 1955/2000, si escau.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Aquesta informació pública també es fa en aplicació de l'article 17 de la Llei&nbsp;12/2016, de 17 d'agost, d'avaluació ambiental de les Illes Balears, perquè sigui simultània a la informació pública del procediment ambiental.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Tot això es fa públic per a coneixement general, especialment, per als propietaris i la resta de titulars afectats per l'execució de les obres, i perquè qualsevol persona interessada pugui examinar el projecte i l'estudi d'impacte ambiental de la instal·lació a la seu electrònica de la Direcció General d'Energia i Canvi Climàtic, domini http://energia.caib.es, a l'apartat d'exposició pública de Projectes en Tràmit.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
