&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ PER LA QUE ES MODIFICA EL DECRET AMB EL QUE ES VA CONSTITUIR&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;LA JUNTA DE GOVERN LOCAL, ES NOMENAREN ELS TINENTS DE BATLE, I ES&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DELEGAREN COMPETÈNCIES DE BATLIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A la Ciutat de Llucmajor, el batle que subscriu, en presència del secretari de la corporació,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;venc a dictar la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;I. Mitjançant el Decret 2019002145, de 27 de juny, que a la vegada modificava el Decret 2019002031, de 21 de juny anterior, es va constituir la Junta de Govern Local (JGL), es van nomenar els tinents de batle, i es van delegar les àrees de gestió en els distints regidors i regidores, i es va delegar a favor de la JGL les competències que es va considerar convenient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;II. El passat mes de juliol, a causa de la falta de confiança i de manca d'estabilitat en el sí del govern municipal, a través del Decret 2020002615, d'1 de juliol, vaig destituir els dos regidors del Grup Municipal Llibertat Llucmajor de les seves competències i responsabilitats de govern, avocant temporalment per a mi les competències que ostentaven ambdós regidors. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;III. Després d'haver transcorregut tres mesos, ha arribat l'hora de fer una redistribució de les competències de Batlia entre els distints membres de la corporació que donen suport a l'equip de govern. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;IV. L'article 52.2 del Reglament d'Organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals (ROF), estableix que la JGL estarà integrada pel batle i, en el cas de Llucmajor, un màxim de 7 regidors, nomenats i separats lliurement per aquell, i se'n donarà compte al Ple. Pel que fa als tinents de batle, són d'existència obligatòria en tots els municipis [art. 20.1 a) de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local, i art. 22 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears. Aquests seran lliurement nomenats i cessats pel batle d'entre els membres de la JGL, i els nomenaments i cessaments es faran mitjançant resolució del batle, de la que se'n donarà compte al Ple en la primera sessió que se celebri, i es notificarà als designats i es publicarà en el BOIB (art. 46.1 ROF). En els municipis on existeixi JGL, el nombre de tinents de batle no podrà excedir del nombre de membres d'aquella (art. 46.2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En conseqüència, &lt;strong&gt;RESOLC:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Designar el Sr. José Miguel Pastor Cantallops membre de la Junta de Govern Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segon. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per a la substitució de la Batlia en els casos de vacant, absència o malaltia, nomèn com a tinents de batle als següents regidors i pel següent ordre:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primera tinenta de batle: Sra. Noemí Getino Pérez&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segon tinent de batle: Sr. Guillermo Roig Mascaró&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercera tinenta de batle: Sra. Maria Francisca Lascolas Rosselló &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quart tinent de batle: Sr. José Miguel Pastor Cantallops. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Delegar a favor dels regidors i regidores que a continuació es detallen, les següents competències:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ginés Sáez González: Transparència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Raúl Domínguez Martín: Mobilitat i Transports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;José Miguel Pastor Cantallops: Atenció a la Ciutadania a les Urbanitzacions i Participació Ciutadana. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quart. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Determinar que aquest Decret rectifica i complementa el Decret 2019002145, de 27 de juny, amb el que es van efectuar el nomenament de tinents de batle i les delegacions de competències a l'inici de l'actual mandat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cinquè. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Donar compte del present Decret al Ple en la primera sessió que es realitzi. També es notificarà personalment a les persones designades, i es farà pública en el BOIB, sense perjudici de la seva efectivitat des de demà mateix, d'acord amb el que estableix l'art. 44.2 del ROF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
