&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. En data 10&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de juliol de 2020&lt;/span&gt; el director general de Modernització i Administració Digital va dictar una resolució mitjançant la qual, entre els dies 17 i 30 de juliol de 2020 es va sotmetre a informació pública l'esborrany corresponent al Projecte de decret pel qual es regula el Registre electrònic general de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Els canvis que ha experimentat l'esborrany, arran de l'acceptació de part de les observacions i suggeriments presentats, així com de la introducció de les modificacions que s'han considerat adients, fan necessari realitzar un segon tràmit d'audiència i d'informació pública, a fi que la ciutadania hi pugui al·legar el que consideri convenient. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. L'article 58 de la &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Llei 1/2019, de 31 de gener, del Govern de les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;preveu &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sotmetre al tràmit d'informació pública dels projectes de reglament, mitjançant la publicació d'un anunci en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; amb indicació del termini per fer suggeriments i el lloc web&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;en el qual es pot accedir al projecte normatiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Sotmetre el Projecte de decret al tràmit d'informació pública per mitjà d'un anunci que s'ha de publicar en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; i per mitjà de la publicació del text del Projecte en la pàgina web &lt;em&gt;http://participaciociutadana.caib.es&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Fixar el termini d'informació pública en 10 dies hàbils des de l'endemà&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de la publicació d'aquesta Resolució en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els suggeriments&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; s'han &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;presentar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; qual&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sevol dels llocs que determina l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públique&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;adreça&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;t&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; al Servei d'Atenció i Informació a la Ciutadania de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la Direcció General de Modernització i Administració Digit&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;al, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;itua&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;t en e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;V&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;elòdrom Illes Balears (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;carrer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de l'Uruguai, s/n de Palma, 07012).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Habilitar la possibilitat de presentar-hi al·legacions per mitjans telemàtics mitjançant l'apartat «Participació en l'elaboració de normativa» de la pàgina web de Participació Ciutadana del Govern de les Illes Balears, en el termini que estableix l'apartat anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4&lt;/span&gt;. Ordenar la publicació d'aquesta Resolució en el&lt;em&gt; Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
