&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;DECRET:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Identificació de l'expedient: 34965/2019, &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;creació de 12 noves llicències d'autotaxi en el municipi d'Eivissa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució per la qual s'acorda la remissió de l'expedient administratiu i se cita a termini les persones interessades en el recurs contenciós administratiu, procediment ordinari 0000296/2020&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1&lt;/strong&gt;. L'Associació de Taxistes Autònoms de la Ciutat d'Eivissa ha interposat recurs contenciós administratiu davant el T.S.J. ILLES BALEARS, SALA CON/AD 001 - PALMA DE MALLORCA, contra la resolució de l'Ajuntament d'Eivissa, de data 28/05/2020, on per Acord de Ple s'aprova la creació de 12 noves llicències d'autotaxi i aprovació de les Bases que regiran el seu atorgament (BOIB núm. 103 de data 6 de juny de 2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2&lt;/strong&gt;. Vist allò que disposa l'article 49 i 50 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3&lt;/strong&gt;. Vist, així mateix, el que estableix l'article 45 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.&lt;/strong&gt; Per tot això i fent ús de les atribucions que m'han estat delegades mitjançant decret d'Alcaldia núm. 2019/3897 de data 20 de juny de 2019,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; Remetre l'expedient administratiu corresponent al T.S.J. ILLES BALEARS, SALA CON/AD 001 - PALMA DE MALLORCA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; Citar les persones interessades per si al seu dret convingués comparèixer i personar-se com a demandades davant aquest Jutjat en el termini de NOU DIES, de conformitat amb el que disposa l'article 49 i 50 de la ja esmentada Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt; Informar les persones interessades que poden comparèixer a les actuacions judicials dins del termini concedit. Si compareixen posteriorment, se'ls tendrà per part per als tràmits no preclosos. Si no compareixen oportunament, continuarà el procediment pels seus tràmits, sense que hi hagi lloc a efectuar-hi, en estrades o de qualsevol altra forma, notificacions de cap classe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
