&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local de data 25 de setembre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de 20&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;20&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i en relació amb l'expedient &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;763/2020, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ACO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;R&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;DA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar la convocatòria, pel sistema de concurs-oposició, d'una borsa de treball extraordinari de la categoria de tècnic/a superior en educació infantil, personal laboral temporal, de l'Ajuntament de Selva, per cobrir vacants de forma immediata per necessitats urgents i inajornables, com ara substitucions de possibles baixes, permisos i resta de supòsits en què, d'acord amb la normativa, es pot contractar una persona com a laboral temporal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar les bases les quals regeixen aquesta convocatòria i que s'adjunten com annex I d'aquesta Resolució. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.-&lt;/strong&gt; Ordenar la publicació d'aquesta Resolució al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, al tauler municipal d'anuncis i a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Selva (www.ajselva.net), així com donar compte a la Junta de personal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERA.- Objecte de la convocatòria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'objecte de la present convocatòria és la formació d'una borsa per cobrir les necessitats extraordinàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; i urgències del servei&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, de forma temporal, de tècnic en educació infantil per alguna de les escoles infantils de primera infància, equivalent al grup C1, mitjançant el sistema de concurs&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les bases es regiran d'acord amb el Reial Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic (TREBEP); la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la Funció Pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears; i la Llei 6/2018 de 3 de juliol, de Pressuposts Generals de l'Estat per l'any 2018, prorrogat per l'any 2019, i la resta de normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Llei 6/2018, de 3 de juliol, de Pressuposts Generals de l'Estat per l'any 2018 (LPGE), prorrogat per l'any 2019, estipula a l'article 19.1 LPGE que la incorporació de nou personal està subjecte als límits i requisits del mateix article. Dit precepte només preveu dos sistemes d'incorporació de nou personal: mitjançant la taxa de reposició o mitjançant la taxa addicional per l'estabilització de l'ocupació temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cap dels dos sistemes són aplicables per la cobertura definitiva de la plaça de tècnic d'educació infantil a alguna de les escoletes municipals que compte l'Ajuntament de Selva, ja que no hi ha places subjectes a reposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'article 19. DOS LPGE concreta que no es podrà contractar personal temporal excepte en casos excepcionals i per cobrir necessitat urgents i inajornables, com és el cas, ja que a dia d'avui el nombre de nins inscrits obliga a tenir un nombre concrets de tècnics dins les escoletes del municipi, escoletes reconegudes i autoritzades per la Conselleria&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;d'Educació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La present convocatòria es publicarà en el BOIB i la seva publicació serà la que regirà els terminis per la presentació de la sol·licitud. Les altres publicacions es faran mitjançant el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de la corporació i de la pàgina web d'aquesta entitat (www.ajselva.net).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;SEGONA.- Requisits dels aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.- Per ser admesos en aquest procés selectiu, les persones interessades hauran de complir, en la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds i durant tot el procés selectiu, els següents&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola, sense perjudici del disposat a l'article 57 del Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic del Treballador Públic, aprovat pel Reial Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;d'octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Tenir 16 anys complerts el dia que finalitzi el termini de presentació de les sol·licituds i no excedir de l'edat màxima de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Estar&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;en&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;possessió&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;del&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;títol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de tècnic superior en educació infantil o &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;mestre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;amb&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'especialitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d'educació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;infantil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;títol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;grau&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;educació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;infantil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;títol&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el supòsit d'haver presentat un títol equivalent a algun dels exigits, l'aspirant haurà d'al·legar la norma que estableixi l' equivalència, o si no, haurà d'acompanyar certificat expedit per l'òrgan competent que acrediti l'esmentada equivalència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el cas de titulacions obtingues a l'estranger s'haurà d'aportar la credencial que acrediti la corresponent homologació o la credencial per a l'exercici de la professió corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Pel que fa a nacionals d'altres&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;estats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Els nacionals dels estats membres de la Unió Europea podran accedir, com a empleat públic, en igualtat de condicions que els espanyols a la present&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. L'accés al procés de selecció s'estendrà igualment a les persones incloses en l'àmbit d'aplicació dels tractats internacionals celebrats per la Unió Europea i ratificats per Espanya en els que s'apliqui la lliure circulació de treballadors, en els termes establerts en el punt&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) No haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les Comunitats Autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per l'exercici de les funcions públiques per resolució judicial, per l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, o per exercir funcions similars a les que desenvolupava en el cas del personal laboral, en el que hagués estat separat o inhabilitat. En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre Estat, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu estat, en els mateixos termes, l'accés al servei&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f) Posseir la capacitat funcional, física i psíquica, pel desenvolupament de les&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;tasques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tots els aspirants han de complir els requisits de capacitació lingüística recollits en la Llei 31/1986 de normalització lingüística de les Illes Balears i la normativa derivada del seu desplegament i regulat per l'ordre de la Consellera 14 d'abril de 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;h) Acreditar el coneixement de llengua catalana corresponent al nivell de certificat B, mitjançant l'aportació del certificat o document entregat per l'EBAP o la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears o qualsevol dels certificats o documents considerats equivalents per l'Administració d'acord amb la normativa&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i) Certificat de capacitació en llengua catalana per a l'ensenyament al primer cicle de l'educació infantil (CCI) o el certificat de capacitació en llengua catalana per a 'ensenyament al segon cicle d'educació infantil i a l'educació primària (CCIP) o equivalent, en el cas dels diplomats en estudis de mestre, especialitat educació infantil; i els graduats en educació infantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;j) Acreditar la carència de delictes de naturalesa sexual mitjançant el Certificat negatiu de Delictes de Naturalesa Sexual emès pel Ministeri de Justícia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;k) Haver satisfet la taxa de 10,00 € d'acord amb l'Ordenança fiscal número 7 de l'Ajuntament de Selva per a l'expedició de documents administratius. El pagament ha de realitzar-se mitjançant transferència al compte ES85 2100 0232 4502 0004 8906. Estan exempts del pagament de la taxa, els aspirants els quals acreditin estar en situació d'atur, mitjançant la presentació del certificat del SOIB que acrediti la situació d'atur juntament amb la sol·licitud de participació en el procés selectiu. En el resguard haurà de constar el nom de la persona aspirant i el concepte haurà d'indicar “Drets d'examen borsa Escoletes”. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.- Abans de la signatura del contracte, la persona interessada ha de fer constar que no realitza cap altre activitat en cap lloc del sector públic, delimitat per l'article 1 de la Llei 53/1984, i que no percep pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat. En cas de realitzar alguna activitat ha de declarar-la en el termini de deu dies següents a la signatura del contracte, perquè la Corporació pugui adoptar l'acord de declaració de compatibilitat o incompatibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Coordinació amb l'equip pedagògic del centre supervisat per a la directora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Planificar les necessitat i la utilització i cura del material&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;educatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;QUARTA.- Presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Les sol·licituds per participar en el procés selectiu s'han de formalitzar segons el model que figura a &lt;strong&gt;l'Annex II&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;d'aquestes bases, adreçades al Batle, i es presentaran en el Registre general d'aquest&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Les instàncies també podran presentar-se, d'acord amb l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015 d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú. En aquest cas, necessàriament s'haurà d'enviar, mitjançant correu electrònic a l'Ajuntament de Selva còpia de la sol·licitud registrada per tenir coneixement de la presentació (correu electrònic ajuntament@ajselva.net).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. El termini per presentar sol·licituds &lt;strong&gt;serà de quinze (15) dies hàbils&lt;/strong&gt;, comptats a partir del dia següent al de la publicació d'aquestes bases en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Juntament amb la sol·licitud s'haurà&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;d'aportar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Fotocòpia del Document Nacional d'Identitat (DNI) o, en cas de no tenir nacionalitat espanyola, el document oficial acreditatiu de la&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;personalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Currículum vitae.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;CINQUENA.- Admissió dels aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.- Finalitzat el termini per presentar sol·licituds, el Batle aprovarà per resolució la relació provisional d'admesos i exclosos, que es publicarà en el tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de la corporació i a la pàgina web de l'entitat (www.ajselva.net) i es concedirà un termini de &lt;strong&gt;tres (3) dies hàbils &lt;/strong&gt;per presentar correccions, corregir errors o presentar reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Un cop finalitzat aquest termini, es publicarà la relació definitiva d'admesos i exclosos a través dels mitjans anteriorment indicats. De no presentar-se cap reclamació es considerarà definitiva la llista inicialment publicada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.- En aquesta mateixa resolució s'efectuarà el nomenament dels membres del tribunal i el dia, lloc i hora de la seva constitució, així com el dia, lloc i hora per a dur a terme les proves de la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Tribunal qualificador estarà constituït de la següent forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;President: Un treballador, funcionari o personal laboral d'un l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vocals: Dos treballadors, funcionaris o personal laboral d'un l'Ajuntament o Mancomunitat des Raiguer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Secretari: El secretari de la corporació o un funcionari de carrera de l'Ajuntament de Selva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Suplents: Per cada un dels membres del Tribunal designaran suplents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es podran nomenar assessors/es del tribunal, que actuaran amb veu però sense vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Tribunal no es podrà constituir ni actuar sense l'assistència del president i del secretari, ni tampoc de menys de la meitat del nombre total dels seus membres, ja siguin titular o suplents indistintament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El tribunal queda facultat per interpretar aquestes bases, resoldre els dubtes que es plantegin i adoptar els acords necessaris per majoria per assegurar el correcte desenvolupament de la convocatòria aprovada, en tot allò no previst en les Bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El procediment de selecció serà mitjançant concurs oposició. La puntuació total s'obté de la suma de les puntuacions en les dues fases. La puntuació de la fase d'oposició representarà un 60 % de la puntuació assolible en el procés selectiu. La fase de concurs representarà un 40 % del total de la puntuació assolible en el procés selectiu. La puntuació final del concurs oposició en totes les categories s'ha de calcular amb la fórmula següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c: Puntuació obtinguda en la fase concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La suma de la puntuació obtinguda per les persones aspirants en el conjunt dels exercicis de l'oposició i de la puntuació obtinguda en la valoració dels mèrits estableix l'ordre final de prelació de les persones aspirants que hagin superat el concurs oposició. En cas d'empat, s'ha de resoldre tenint en compte, successivament, els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d. La puntuació del segon exercici de la fase&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;FASE D'OPOSICIÓ:EXAMEN TEÒRIC TIPUS TEST I CAS PRÀCTIC A DESENVOLUPAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La fase d'oposició consisteix en: una&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; prova composta per dos exercicis, un de teòric tipus test &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(25 preguntes) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; i un de pràctic a desenvolupar, amb una puntuació màxima total de &lt;strong&gt;100 punts;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ambdós exercicis:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a. Són obligatoris i&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;eliminatoris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b. La puntuació és de 100 punts en total, sent necessària una qualificació mínima de 50 punts per superar la fase&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c. El temps màxim de realització de les proves és de 120 minuts en&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Amb la publicació de la llista d'aspirants admesos i exclosos es comunicarà la data, hora i lloc de la realització de les proves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Conclosa la fase d'oposició es publicaran els resultats provisionals i es donarà un termini de 3 dies hàbils comptadors des del dia següent de la publicació a la pàgina web i tauler d'anuncis de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament, per poder fer reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Transcorregut aquest termini i resoltes les possibles sol·licituds es donaran 3 dies hàbils comptadors de la publicació definitiva dels resultats de la fase d'oposició, per aportar tots els mèrits que vulgui l'aspirant que siguin valorats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FASE DE CONCURS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els mèrits al·legats i justificats es valoraran pel Tribunal segons el següent barem, i la suma de tots ells no podrà ser superior a &lt;strong&gt;100 punts :&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A. Experiència&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La puntuació global màxima d'aquest apartat serà de &lt;strong&gt;60 punts&lt;/strong&gt;, i es valorarà de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Experiència professional en funcions anàlogues a les del lloc que s'ha de proveir, com a funcionari de carrera, funcionari interí o contractat laboral, a l'Administració Pública local: 0,20 punts per mes complet treballat, amb un màxim de 25&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Experiència professional en funcions anàlogues a les del lloc que s'ha de proveir, com a funcionari de carrera, funcionari interí o contractat laboral, a l'Administració Pública no local: 0,15 punts per mes complet treballat, amb un màxim de 20&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Experiència professional en funcions anàlogues a les del lloc que s'ha de proveir, a l'empresa privada: 0,10 punts per mes complet treballat, amb un màxim de 15&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els treballs realitzats a l'Administració pública s'han d'acreditar mitjançant certificat lliurat per l'organisme corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el sector privat, certificat d'empresa o còpies acarades dels contractes amb indicació de les dates d'alta i baixa, categoria professional, tipus de contracte, acompanyat d'un informe de vida laboral emès per la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;B. Formació&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;reglada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La formació o títol en aquest apartat per a ser puntuat ha de guardar relació amb el lloc que es convoca; no es valorarà la titulació que s'utilitzi com a requisit per accedir al procés de selecció . La puntuació global màxima d' aquest apartat serà de &lt;strong&gt;24 punts&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, i es valorarà de la següent&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Llicenciatura o Nivell 3 universitari: 2,5&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Diplomatura o Grau: 2&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Títol de Postgrau: 1,75&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Títol de Màster: 1,5&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Títol de Formació Professional de Grau superior: 1&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Títol de Formació professional de Grau mitjà: 0,75&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;C. Formació no&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;reglada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La puntuació global màxima d'aquest apartat serà de &lt;strong&gt;12 punts&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es valorarà la formació específica i relacionada amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça convocada. La valoració d'aquest criteri es durà a terme d'acord amb el següent barem:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cursos de formació i perfeccionament, jornades o seminaris impartits i/o reconeguts per l'Institut Nacional d'Administració Pública (INAP), per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (EBAP), per la Federació d'Entitats Locals de les Illes Balears (FELIB), per la Federació Espanyola de Municipis i Províncies (FEMP), l'Administració Estatal, Autonòmica o Local, les organitzacions sindicals amb acords de formació continua signats amb les administracions públiques, les Universitats i les escoles tècniques, o els homologats per qualsevol d' aquestes institucions. En aquest apartat s'inclouen els cursos de formació ocupacional impartits o promoguts pel Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB), i per altres entitats o organismes locals, autonòmics o estatals amb competències en matèria de formació ocupacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els cursos podran tenir qualsevol durada. Els crèdits d'aprofitament suposen els d'assistència; és a dir, no són acumulatius l'assistència i aprofitament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No es valoraran per separat les assignatures encaminades a obtenir titulacions acadèmiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. L'hora d'importació es valorarà amb 0,015&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. L'hora d'aprofitament es valorarà amb 0,010&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. L'hora d'assistència es valorarà amb 0,005&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els cursos expressats en crèdits, es consideraran per cada crèdit LRU (sistema de valoració dels ensenyaments introduïdes per RD 1497/1987, de 27 de novembre) 10 hores lectives, i per cada crèdit ECTS (sistema europeu de transferència de crèdits) 25 hores lectives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les acreditacions de les formacions es faran mitjançant certificacions o documents oficials emesos per les administracions o els organismes competents, i hauran d'incloure les hores de duració o els crèdits dels cursos, els documents que no indiquin les hores no podran ser valorats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D. Coneixements de la llengua catalana i de llengües&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;estrangeres:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Estar en possessió d'un nivell de coneixement de català superior a l'exigit a la convocatòria. La puntuació global màxima d'aquest apartat serà de &lt;strong&gt;4&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;punts&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es valoraran els certificats expedits o homologats per l'EBAP o la Direcció General de la Política Lingüística. La puntuació en cada cas serà:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Nivell C1: 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Nivell C2: 1,50 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Coneixements de llenguatge administratiu (certificat LA): 0,50 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el supòsit de que l'aspirant acrediti la possessió de més d'un certificat, només es valorarà el que acrediti el nivell de coneixement més alt, excepte quan estigui en possessió del certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu, el qual serà acumulatiu amb l'altre certificat acreditat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Conclosa la valoració dels mèrits, el tribunal farà pública en el tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament de Selva i a la pàgina web de la corporació (www.ajselva.net) la llista de puntuacions obtingudes pels aspirants a les dues fases, que serà ordenada segons la puntuació total obtinguda, de major a&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;menor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el cas d'empat en la puntuació final es donarà prioritat a la major puntuació obtinguda a la fase d'oposició. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els aspirants disposaran d'un termini de 3 dies hàbils, comptats a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la llista, per fer al·legacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Tribunal resoldrà les al·legacions en el termini de 15 dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;NOVENA.- Contractació i presentació de documents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'aspirant que hagi aconseguit el primer lloc i doni la seva conformitat amb la contractació, haurà de presentar en el termini de tres (3) dies hàbils des de la comunicació, si encara no l'han presentada, la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Fotocopia del Document Nacional d'Identitat o del passaport en vigor, i del permís de conduir. Els nacionals d'Estats Membres de la Unió Europea o d'altre Estat part en l'Acord sobre l'Espai Econòmic Europeu, hauran de presentar fotocopia del document nacional d'identitat del seu país acompanyat del NIE. Els nacionals d'altres estats hauran de presentar la targeta d'estranger.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Declaració jurada o promesa de no tenir cap malaltia o defecte físic o psíquic que impedeixi el desenvolupament de les funcions corresponents al lloc de treball de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Declaració jurada o promesa de que no ha estat separat/ada mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les Administracions Públiques u òrgans constitucional o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, i no estar inhabilitat/ada per exercir la funció pública. En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre Estat, declaració jurada o promesa de no estar en una situació equivalent a les anteriors en el seu Estat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Si les activitats públiques son susceptibles de compatibilitat, l'aspirant haurà de sol·licitar la corresponent autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Certificat que acrediti la inexistència de delictes de naturalesa sexual mitjançant el Certificat negatiu de Delictes de Naturalesa Sexual emès pel Ministeri de Justícia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No podran ser nomenats els que no presentin la documentació en el termini indicat, excepte casos de força major o si es dedueix que no tenen algun dels requisits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DESENA.- Funcionament de la borsa de treball&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'Ajuntament, segons les seves necessitats i per ordre rigorós de puntuació i en crida única i individual, oferirà les places que s'hagin de cobrir temporalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'oferta es farà a la persona que, sempre que compleixi els requisits exigits per ocupar el lloc de treball i es pugui contractar d'acord amb la normativa vigent, ocupi en aquell moment la primera posició de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cas de no acceptar l'oferta, o no es presentés amb l'excepció de baixa per malaltia que haurà de justificar-se amb el corresponent part de baixa mèdica, o no completés la documentació que si escau se li requerís en els terminis que se li comuniquin, tractant-se del primer cop passarà a ocupar la darrera plaça del borsí i en cas d'un segon cop serà sancionada amb l'exclusió de la borsa de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Finalitzada la causa per la qual es va contractar, es finalitzarà el contracte i s'incorporarà com a actiu a la borsa amb efectes de l'endemà de la data de finalització amb el mateix nombre d'ordre que tenia inicialment, i per observar el principi d'eficiència podrà ser contractat per cobrir noves necessitats que es vagin produint, sempre que compleixi els requisits del lloc a&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;cobrir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La persona que tingui subscrit un contracte per cobrir temporalment les necessitats sobrevingudes i presenti la renúncia al lloc que desenvolupa, serà exclosa de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La vigència de la borsa serà de 3 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ONZENA.- Incidències&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El tribunal queda facultat per resoldre dubtes que es presentin a la interpretació d'aquestes bases i prendre els acords necessaris per al bon ordre d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tots els actes d'aquesta convocatòria que estiguin sotmesos a informació pública es publicaran al tauler d'anuncis i a la pàgina web de l' Ajuntament (www.ajselva.net), al marge de la seva publicació en el BOIB quan sigui preceptiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En tot allò no previst en les presents bases serà d'aplicació la normativa reguladora de funció públic senyalada en l'article 190 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
