    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta Alcaldia va emetre&amp;nbsp; en data 23 de setembre de 2020, el Decret 3088, que a continuació es transcriu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“ASSUMPTE: TRÀMITS PER ELECCIÓ DE JUTGE DE PAU SUBSTITUT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Havent rebut en data 21 d'agost de 2020, un escrit del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears, el qual senyala que ha finalitzat el període pel qual va ser nomenat el jutge de pau substitut d'aquest municipi&amp;nbsp; i que el Ple&amp;nbsp; de la Corporació ha de procedir a elegir la persona que el pròxim període de 4 anys haurà d'exercir&amp;nbsp; l'esmentat càrrec en aquesta localitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformitat amb el RD 3/95, de 7 de juny, de Jutges de Pau, podran presentar sol·licitud els interessats que, encara que no siguin llicenciats en Dret, reuneixin els requisits establerts en la Llei per l'ingrés a la Carrera Judicial:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ser espanyol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Major d'edat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- No estar incurs en cap de les causes de incapacitat o de incompatibilitat per acomplir les funcions judicials, a excepció de l'exercici d'activitats professionals o mercantils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot el que ha estat exposat,&lt;strong&gt; RESOLC:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Publicar anunci en el BOIB, en el tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament, en el Jutjat de Primera&amp;nbsp; Instància i Instrucció Degà d'Eivissa i en el Jutjat de Pau de Sant Josep de sa Talaia, per tal que durant el termini de 20 dies naturals, següents a la publicació de l'anunci en el BOIB, les persones que vulguin ocupar l'esmentat càrrec, presentin la sol·licitud en el Registre general de l'Ajuntament de Sant Josep de sa Talaia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En la sol·licitud figuraran les dades d'identificació, còpia del DNI i condicions de capacitat i de compatibilitat dels sol·licitants, perquè, si escau, puguin ser elegits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ho mana i signa el Sr. Alcalde”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La qual cosa es publica perquè tothom en prengui coneixement&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
