    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vist que l'Ajuntament Ple, en sessió ordinària celebrada dia 28 de maig de 2020, va adoptar l'acord relatiu a la resolució de reclamacions i aprovació definitiva del&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Pressupost General de l'Ajuntament de Pollença per a l'exercici 2020 (BOIB núm.101/2020, de 4 de juny).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Considerant el contingut de l'acta de la mesa general de negociació de funcionaris, en sessió celebrada dia 12 de juny de 2020, i vist que l'article 22 de la Llei 4/2013, de coordinació de les policies Locals de les Illes Balears estableix que: &lt;em&gt;“La prefectura del cos de policia local és un lloc de treball de naturalesa funcionarial, que ha de figurar en la relació de llocs de treball corresponent amb la denominació “cap del cos de policia local” .../...”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resultant que a l'annex de personal de l'Entitat Local, document que forma part&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;integrant del pressupost general, s'ha detectat un error material en la &lt;strong&gt;denominació &lt;/strong&gt;del &lt;strong&gt;lloc de treball &lt;/strong&gt;amb la &lt;strong&gt;identificació P01.- &lt;/strong&gt;Inspector Cap del Cos de la Policia Local de l'apartat A.3.2.1 Classe Policia Local de la Subescala de Serveis Especials a l'Escala d'Administració Especial, que consta en la plantilla de personal (orgànica i econòmica).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vist que de conformitat amb l'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;procediment administratiu de les administracions públiques (LPAAP): &lt;em&gt;“Les administracions públiques poden rectificar, així mateix, en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes”, &lt;/em&gt;pels motius abans exposats, l'Ajuntament Ple en sessió ordinària celebrada dia 24 de setembre de 2020 va acordar rectificar l'error material existent en la denominació del següent lloc de treball de la plantilla de personal que consta en l'annex de personal del Pressupost General de l'Ajuntament de Pollença pel que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Allà on diu:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
