    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El regidor de l'Àrea d'Hisenda, Innovació i Funció Pública per decret número 14291 de data 22 de setembre de 2020,&amp;nbsp; ha resolt el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.- Estimar les al·legacions presentades pels Srs. José Manuel Aguilera García, Tomás Mas Castellá, Wiro Jordán Jurado, Josep Antoni Llabrés Crespí i Fernando J. Carrillo Martínez, per haver esmenat en temps i forma i en conseqüència admetre'ls per prendre part al procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- Aprovar la llista definitiva de persones admeses per prendre part al &amp;nbsp;concurs oposició, convocat pel sistema de promoció interna, per cobrir 14 places&amp;nbsp; vacants&amp;nbsp; de la categoria de subinspector/a de la Policia Local de Palma&amp;nbsp; d'aquest Ajuntament, pertanyent a l'Escala d'Administració Especial, Subescala Serveis especials, Escala executiva de la policia local. Grup A2, dotades pressupostàriament i corresponent a l'oferta pública d'ocupació corresponent a l'exercici 2017 (7 places) i del 2019 (7 places)&amp;nbsp; a les persones aspirants que a continuació es relacionen:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que les hagi aprovat, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. En cas de no interposar el recurs potestatiu de reposició es podrà interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, segons l'article abans esmentat i 45 i següents de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar de l'endemà de la publicació al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
