    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;L'apartat 9.3. de la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 10 de juliol de 2015 per la qual es convoquen, subvencions per a inversions a les explotacions agràries, corresponents als anys 2015-2019, especifica que la resolució expressa es notificarà a les persones interessades mitjançant la seva publicació al &lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;d'acord amb els termes que preveu l'article 45.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;Els expedients han estat tramitats pel Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en compliment del que disposa l'article 43 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El vicepresident en matèria agrària del FOGAIBA, en data 18&amp;nbsp;de setembre&amp;nbsp;de 2020, va signar la següent resolució,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.E&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;n data &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;16 de juliol de 2015 es va publicar en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears núm. 106, la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) per la qual es convoquen, per als anys 2015 a 2019, subvencions per a inversions a les explotacions agràries, modificada mitjançant les resolucions de 17 de desembre de 201&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;5&amp;nbsp;(BOIB núm. 185), de 22 de juny de 2016 (BOIB núm. 81) i de 26 de juny de 2018 (BOIB núm. 80).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.De conformitat amb l'apartat sisè de l&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;a &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;esmentada Resolució&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;esmentada, el termini &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;per&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;presenta&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;r les &amp;nbsp;sol·licituds va acabar el dia 30 de juny de 2018.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.Es va publicar a la web www.caib.es una notificació de deficiències on s'emplaçava la persona interessada a esmenar el seu expedient en el termini de deu dies.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.Transcorregut el termini sense que s'hagin presentat al·legacions correspon donar per desistida la sol·licitud, finalitzar el procediment i arxivar l'expedient.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;5.Atès tot això, es proposa el desistiment de l'ajuda als beneficiaris que s'indiquen en l'annex d'aquesta resolució.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.Ordre del conseller d'Agricultura, Medi Ambient i Territori de 19 de febrer de 2015, per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions en el marc del Programa de Desenvolupament Rural de les Illes Balears 2014-2020.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.Donar per desistid&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;l&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;sol·licitud d'ajuda detallad&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;a l'annex I&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.Publicar aquesta resolució &amp;nbsp;en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
