&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atès el projecte de reforma per a canvi d'ús a biblioteca municipal redactat per l'arquitecte Jaime Martínez Llabrés.amb VISAT COAIB 11/07850/19 de 30/08/19 així com la documental per a esmena de deficiències redactat pel mateix tècnic visat COAIB 11/01911/20.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atès el projecte d'activitat permanent menor d'un local destinat a Biblioteca redactat pel tècnic José Pascual Tortella i visat COEIB 147021/0001 de 28/08/19 i l'annex del projecte esmentat redactat pel mateix tècnic i visat COEIB núm. 147021/0002 de 14/01/20&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atès l'informe FAVORABLE AMB CONDICIONS de l'enginyer municipal de 6/03/20.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atès l'informe FAVORABLE de l'arquitecta municipal de 3/09/20.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Atès l'informe FAVORABLE de la TAG DE 3/09/20&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per delegació de Batlia, Resolució de 25/06/2019, publicada al BOIB Núm. 89, de data 04 de juliol de 2019, la Junta de Govern Local adopta el següent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ACORD:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;.- Aprovar els projectes següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Projecte de reforma per a canvi d'ús a biblioteca municipal redactat per l'arquitecte Jaime Martínez Llabrés.amb VISAT COAIB 11/07850/19 de 30/08/19 així com la documental per a esmena de deficiències redactat pel mateix tècnic visat COAIB 11/01911/20.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;.- Exposar al públic per termini de 15 dies els projectes aprovats de: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Reforma per a canvi d'ús a biblioteca municipal i d'activitat permanent menor d'un local destinat a Biblioteca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;I perquè així hi consti als efectes de l'expedient, emeto el present certificat per ordre i amb el vist i plau del Sr. Alcalde, amb l'excepció prevista en l'article 206 del Reglament d'Organització, Funcionament i Règim Jurídic de les Entitats Locals aprovat per Reial decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, s'expedeix la present.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
