&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Mitjançant l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 9 de març de 2018 (BOIB núm.31, de 10 de març), es va aprovar el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als exercicis 2018-2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El caràcter estimatiu de les quanties que es preveuen en el Pla Estratègic i el temps transcorregut des que es varen aprovar fan necessari ajustar les previsions contingudes en l'annex, amb la modificació d'una sèrie d'ajuts gestionats pel Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (Conselleria de Model Econòmic, Turisme i Treball), concretament en la línia 2 (Mesures de formació professional per a l'ocupació) de l'objectiu II (Foment i millora de l'ocupació); línia 2 (Igualtat d'oportunitats entre homes i dones) de l'objectiu III (Lluita contra les desigualtats) i línia 3 (Programes d'integració i inclusió socials) de l'objectiu IV (Convivència i Institucions sòlides). A la vegada s'introdueix un nou ajut, el 13 a la línia 2 de l'objectiu II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La majoria de les modificacions obeeixen a una redistribució de crèdits, augmentant i reduint aquests, be perquè s'ha registrat un major volum de sol·licituds per a determinats projectes o be per no tenir-ne tantes, en tot cas, permetent la distribució del pressupost entre les línies connexes, de tal manera que els romanents d'una es poder reassignar a l'altra. Així mateix, concretament a la línia IV.3.6 l'augment pretén donar resposta al context actual marcat per la pandèmia COVID-19, que suposa una major dificultat d'inserció laboral de les persones en situació d'atur dels col·lectius vulnerables, així mitjançant aquesta convocatòria es reforcen els centres especials d'ocupació i les empreses d'inserció com una resposta a la reducció de contractació en les empreses ordinàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. En l'apartat 3 de l'Acord del Consell de Govern esmentat, l'aprovació i les eventuals modificacions de l'annex del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions es deleguen en la persona titular de la conselleria competent en matèria d'hisenda, d'acord amb l'article 25 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Correspon, per tant, a la consellera d'Hisenda i Relacions Exteriors aprovar o modificar l'annex del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. L'article 25 de la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0000ff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0000ff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. El Decret 9/2019, de 2 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es determina la composició del Govern i s'estableix l'estructura de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0000ff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. El Decret 10/2019, de 2 de juliol&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;disposa el nomenament dels membres del Govern de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;, en què es nomena la senyora Rosario Sánchez Grau consellera d'Hisenda i Relacions Exteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cost: : 3.000.000 € (2019: 800.000 €; 2020: 2.200.000 €)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
