text/html ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">El Ple del Consell de Mallorca, en data 30 de juliol de 2020, aprovà inicialment l'expedient de modificació de la plantilla de la Corporació per a l'any 2020, que fou exposat al públic durant quinze dies hàbils, mitjançant anunci publicat en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears núm. 136, de 4 d'agost de 2020. &nbsp;El text de l'acord és el següent:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">&nbsp;</span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">“Atesa la necessitat de modificar la vigent plantilla del Consell de Mallorca, aprovada pel Ple, en sessió realitzada dia </span><span style="color:#000000">23 de desembre de 2019 (BOIB núm. 172, de 24-12-2019)</span><span style="color:black"> i modificada pel Ple de 13 de febrer de 2020 </span><span style="color:#000000">(BOIB núm. 21, de 18-02-2020)</span><span style="color:black"> per tal d'adaptar les places a les transformacions, les creacions &nbsp;i els canvis proposats pels distints departaments com a conseqüència de la tramitació de la modificació de la vigent Relació de Llocs de Treball.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Atès allò que en relació a la plantilla de personal preveu l'article 90 de la Llei 7/1985 de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de Règim Local, i l'article 8.1.p) de la Llei 8/2000 de 27 d'octubre, de consells insulars, en relació amb </span><span style="color:#000000">l'article 36.b) del Reglament Orgànic del Consell de Mallorca, aprovat pel Ple en sessió de 12 d'abril de 2018 (BOIB núm. 89, de 19 de juliol de 2018).</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Atès que l'increment de la despesa que implica la modificació de plantilla es pot compensar amb despeses d'altres unitats, d'acord amb allò que preveu l'apartat 2,a) de l'article 126 del text refós de les disposicions legals vigents en matèria de Règim Local, aprovat pel Reial Decret legislatiu 781/1986 de 18 d'abril. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Atès allò que en relació al procediment per a l'aprovació de la modificació de la plantilla preveu l'article 112 de la Llei 7/1985 de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de Règim Local, i l'article 169 del Reial Decret legislatiu 2/2004 de 5 març, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, en aplicació de l'article 126.3 del Reial Decret legislatiu 781/1986 de 18 d'abril.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">El conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública del Consell de Mallorca eleva al Consell Executiu per a la posterior aprovació del Ple la següent proposta d'acord:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
