    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local, en sessió extraordinària de dia 28 d'agost de 2020, va adoptar l'acord que -a&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; reserva dels termes definitius que resultin de l'aprovació de l'acta corresponent- a continuació es transcriu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;«&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;. Aprovar les bases reguladores i convocatòria del procediment de concessió directa de subvencions destinades a empreses del municipi de Manacor per protegir l'activitat econòmica local i l'impacte econòmic de la COVID-19 que quedaran redactades com s'indica a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES REGULADORES I CONVOCATÒRIA DEL PROCEDIMENT DE CONCESSIÓ DIRECTA DE SUBVENCIONS DESTINADES A EMPRESES DEL MUNICIPI DE MANACOR PER PROTEGIR L'ACTIVITAT ECONÒMICA LOCAL I L'IMPACTE ECONÒMIC DE LA COVID-19&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objecte i finalitat&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;1.1. L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és atorgar diverses ajudes destinades a preservar l'activitat econòmica del municipi de Manacor dels efectes adversos que hagi pogut originar la situació derivada de les mesures adoptades per contenir la difusió de la COVID-19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;En concret, estableix el procediment per a la concessió d'ajudes amb destinació a sufragar despeses en què hagin incorregut les persones que puguin adquirir la condició de beneficiàries, sempre que les despeses estiguin orientades a promoure l'estabilitat i perdurabilitat de l'empresa, així com la continuïtat dels productes i serveis que presti (o la millora dels serveis), o la seva possible diversificació per canals alternatius als tradicionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;1.2. La finalitat d'aquestes subvencions és ajudar les persones empresàries del municipi de Manacor a afrontar els efectes econòmics adversos derivats de la COVID-19 que hagin pogut patir. La crisi sanitària provocada pel brot de la COVID-19 s'està transmetent a l'economia i a la societat, i afecta tant l'activitat productiva com la demanda i el benestar de la ciutadania.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;És per això que l'Ajuntament de Manacor, en aquest context, té com a prioritat absoluta en matèria econòmica protegir, preservar i donar suport al teixit productiu i social per minimitzar l'impacte i aconseguir que, ja finalitzada l'alarma sanitària, es produeixi el més aviat possible una normalització a l'activitat econòmica local. Per això s'ha dotat un fons per a la prestació d'aquestes subvencions, davant el tancament obligatori dels establiments i del cessament de les activitats (total o parcial) que hagin patit, per haver estat considerades no essencials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Persones beneficiàries i requisits&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;2.1. Poden ser beneficiàries de la subvenció:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Les empreses constituïdes per persones físiques o jurídiques o les entitats sense personalitat jurídica (comunitats de béns i societats civils) amb objecte mercantil:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;que desenvolupin una activitat inclosa en els casos de tancament obligatori d'establiments que disposa el Reial decret 465/2020, de 17 de març, que modifica l'article 10 de Reial decret 463/2020, de 14 de març;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;que hagin vist reduïda la seva facturació durant el període per al qual se sol·licita l'ajut, almanco, en un 75% en relació a la mitjana de facturació del semestre anterior. Quan la persona física o jurídica no dugui d'alta els 6 mesos naturals exigits per acreditar la reducció dels ingressos, la valoració es du a terme tenint en compte el període d'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Per activitats de temporada és necessari haver estat d'alta d'activitat econòmica en els darrers 3 exercicis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;En tot cas, aquesta convocatòria s'adreça a microempreses, que són aquelles que tenen menys de deu treballadors i un volum de negoci que no supera els dos milions d'euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;En el cas que la persona sol·licitant de l'ajuda hagi suspès l'activitat presencial o d'obertura al públic per causes alienes a la situació de fet derivada de les mesures per contenir la COVID-19, no es pot beneficiar de les ajudes previstes en aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Despeses subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;3.1. Les persones beneficiàries poden optar a les següents línies d'ajuts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línia 1: Ajuts destinats al desenvolupament, millora o manteniment de l'activitat econòmica.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Es poden subvencionar les següents despeses:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Despeses en concepte d'arrendament de local comercial. Ha de ser un establiment fix de titularitat privada, amb accés directe i independent des del carrer. El contracte d'arrendament ha d'estar a nom de la persona sol·licitant de la subvenció i ser anterior a la declaració de l'estat d'alarma (14 de març de 2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Despeses de préstecs hipotecaris d'immobles vinculats a l'activitat empresarial: imports pagats a entitats bancàries per a l'adquisició d'un local on s'exerceix l'activitat principal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Despeses derivades de l'adquisició de productes sanitaris i elements per adaptar el local a les limitacions de contacte físic, despeses de formació i consultoria per al compliment dels protocols de seguretat i despeses derivades de l'establiment de les mesures per a la reducció dels riscos higienicosanitaris davant la COVID-19 recomanades per a l'activitat: productes de protecció individual, productes de protecció en el local, productes de senyalització en el local, treballs de formació i consultoria, obtenció de segells oficials, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Despeses en subministraments d'energia elèctrica, aigua i comunicacions (Internet, telèfon, etc.): despeses vinculades al local comercial on es desenvolupa l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Rènting de maquinària o de vehicles, que ha d'estar associat a l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Despeses d'assegurances vinculades a l'activitat empresarial (responsabilitat civil, accident de vehicle, etc.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Despeses per llicències d'ús d'eines i/o aplicacions informàtiques per a l'impuls i desenvolupament del teletreball o el comerç electrònic per internet vinculats a l'activitat empresarial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Despeses del disseny d'un lloc web destinat a la promoció comercial i/o venda de productes, despeses de domini, actualització, manteniment i revisió d'aquest web, així com actualització de la presència de l'empresa a xarxes socials i plataformes de comerç electrònic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Combustible i despeses de manteniment de vehicles: despeses ocasionades per la compra de combustibles i de manteniment de vehicles vinculats a l'activitat empresarial. Els serveis de manteniment de vehicles han d'estar realitzats per tallers autoritzats. En aquest cas, només són despeses subvencionables si es tracta d'activitats empresarials que hagin vist reduïda la seva facturació durant el període per al qual se sol·licita l'ajut, almanco, en un 75% en relació a la mitjana de facturació del semestre anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Despeses derivades del pagament de tributs municipals. Són subvencionables els tributs següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Taxa de fems:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Només és subvencionable l'import de la taxa derivat de béns immobles afectes a l'activitat econòmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;La subvenció s'ha d'abonar a la persona titular de l'activitat econòmica quan l'immoble no sigui propietat seva i sempre que pugui acreditar el pagament de la taxa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Impost sobre béns immobles:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Només és subvencionable l'import de l'impost derivat de béns immobles afectes a l'activitat econòmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;La subvenció s'ha d'abonar a la persona titular de l'activitat econòmica quan l'immoble no sigui propietat seva i sempre que pugui acreditar el pagament de la taxa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Impost sobre activitats econòmiques: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;El rebut ha d'estar a nom de la persona titular de l'activitat econòmica per a la qual se sol·licita la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Impost sobre vehicles de tracció mecànica:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;El rebut ha d'estar a nom de la persona titular de l'activitat econòmica per a la qual se sol·licita la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Només és subvencionable l'import de l'impost derivat de vehicles afectes a l'activitat econòmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Línia 2: Despeses derivades de l'ocupació de la via pública amb taules, cadires i mercaderies per a l'exercici 2020.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Es poden subvencionar les següents despeses:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Despeses derivades del pagament de la taxa per ocupació de la via pública amb taules, cadires i mercaderies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;L'autoliquidació de la taxa ha d'estar a nom de la persona titular de l'activitat econòmica per a la qual se sol·licita la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;La subvenció ha de cobrir l'import satisfet en concepte d'ocupació de la via pública amb taules i cadires i mercaderies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;La subvenció s'ha d'abonar a la persona titular de l'activitat econòmica quan l'immoble no sigui propietat seva i sempre que pugui acreditar el pagament de la taxa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Altres despeses derivades de l'ocupació de la via pública amb taules, cadires i mercaderies: adquisició d'elements diversos com poden ser taules, cadires, para-sols, tendals, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;3.2. Les despeses anteriors han de respondre, de manera indubtable, a la naturalesa i objecte de l'activitat subvencionada, i la persona beneficiària les ha d'haver abonat prèviament a la sol·licitud de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Requisits de les persones sol·licitants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;La persona física o jurídica interessada en aquesta subvenció ha de complir els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;a) Ha de tenir el domicili fiscal i la seva activitat en el municipi de Manacor. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;b) Ha d'estar donada d'alta en l'impost d'activitats econòmiques i al règim especial de la Seguretat Social dels treballadors per compte propi, a la data de la declaració de l'estat d'alarma. Per a activitats de temporada, és necessari haver estat d'alta d'activitat econòmica en els darrers 3 exercicis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;c) En el cas d'arrendament de local o establiment, ha d'estar al corrent de pagament del lloguer amb anterioritat a l'entrada en vigor del Reial decret 463/2020, de 14 de març, i no s'han d'haver acollit a la moratòria arrendament establerta en els articles 1 a 5 del Reial decret 15/2020, de 21 d'abril, de mesures urgents complementàries per donar suport a l'economia i l'ocupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;d) La persona que representa legalment l'entitat ha de presentar una declaració de no estar inhabilitada per contractar amb les administracions públiques o per obtenir-ne subvenció, i d'estar facultada per actuar en nom de l'entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;e) Ha de presentar una declaració d'estar al corrent del pagament de les obligacions tributàries locals, autonòmiques i estatals, tant en el moment de la sol·licitud com en el moment del pagament de l'ajut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;f) Ha d'haver justificat qualsevol subvenció que li hagi estat concedida amb anterioritat per l'Ajuntament de Manacor, sempre que hagi finalitzat el corresponent termini de justificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Període subvencionable i quantia&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;5.1. Per a la línia 1, el període subvencionable és el comprès entre la declaració de l'estat d'alarma (14 de març de 2020) i fins a un mes posterior a la finalització (21 de juliol de 2020). En aquelles despeses abonades de forma anticipada, però de llarga durada, s'ha de tenir en compte el prorrateig mensual dins el període subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;5.2. Per a la línia 2, el període subvencionable és el comprès entre el dia 1 de gener de 2020 i la data d'entrada en vigor de la suspensió de la taxa d'ocupació de la via pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;5.3. Amb caràcter general, les possibles persones beneficiàries poden sol·licitar fins al 100% del total de les despeses subvencionables, incloses aquelles taxes i impostos que no puguin compensar o recuperar, fins a un import màxim individualitzat per persona o entitat beneficiària de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Línia 1: 1.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Línia 2: l'import màxim abonat per la taxa d'ocupació de la via pública amb taules, cadires i mercaderies corresponent a l'any 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;5.4. El crèdit pressupostari total màxim per a la subvenció és de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Línia 1: 300.000 euros, consignats en l'aplicació pressupostària 120/4910.4792000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Línia 2: 80.000 euros, consignats en l'aplicació pressupostària 120/9320.4792000. En cas de no esgotar aquest crèdit, passa a la línia 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Termini i presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;6.1. El termini per a la presentació de sol·licituds és fins dia 30 de setembre de 2020, a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquestes bases i convocatòria en el&lt;em&gt; Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;. Atesa l'especificitat de la subvenció, s'opta per aprovar conjuntament les bases i la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Els models normalitzats, així com les bases i la resta de documentació associada a l'expedient, està disponible a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Manacor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;La simple presentació de la sol·licitud suposa l'acceptació de les bases que regeixen la convocatòria i el compromís de la persona sol·licitant de complir amb les obligacions i deures que en deriven.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;6.2. S'ha de presentar una sol·licitud per empresa i activitat econòmica afectada, independentment que es disposi d'un o més establiments o locals per a l'exercici de les activitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;6.3. Les sol·licituds s'han de formalitzar per escrit segons el model normalitzat de sol·licitud que s'adjunta com a annex 1. Han d'anar adreçades a la Batlia-Presidència i acompanyades de la documentació indicada en l'article 7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Per a aquelles empreses obligades a relacionar-se a través de mitjans electrònics amb les administracions públiques, la sol·licitud s'ha de presentar de forma telemàtica a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Manacor (https://www.seu-e.net/manacor/), en la qual hi ha disponible la informació de la convocatòria i el model de sol·licitud, així com les publicacions de la resolució de les ajudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 14 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, estan obligats a presentar la documentació a través de mitjans electrònics els subjectes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;a) Les persones jurídiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;b) Les entitats sense personalitat jurídica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;c) Les persones que exerceixen una activitat professional per a la qual es requereix col·legiació obligatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;d) Qui representa una persona interessada que estigui obligada a relacionar-se electrònicament amb l'Administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Les sol·licituds també es poden presentar de forma presencial al Registre General de l'Ajuntament de Manacor, o bé utilitzant qualsevol dels mitjans que estableix l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Documentació a aportar amb la sol·licitud&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;7.1. Documentació relativa a l'empresa sol·licitant (segons escaigui)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;a) Fotocòpia del CIF de l'empresa o DNI/NIE (autònoms).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;b) Fotocòpia del DNI/NIE de la persona signant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;c) Poder de representació de la persona signant de la sol·licitud, en cas d'actuar en representació de la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;d) Representació per a la realització per mitjans telemàtics del tràmit del procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;e) En el cas de societats o ens sense personalitat jurídica, escriptura pública o contracte privat de constitució de l'entitat, així com fotocòpia d'escriptura de poder de representació suficient de qui actuï en nom seu, quan es tracti de persones jurídiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;f) Declaració responsable de conformitat amb l'annex 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;7.2. Justificació de les despeses subvencionables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Pel fet que es tracta d'una subvenció que s'abona a posteriori, la justificació s'ha de fer amb la sol·licitud o, en tot cas, abans de realitzar el pagament de la subvenció. Per això, la persona sol·licitant ha de presentar un model simplificat de memòria explicativa i compte justificatiu de les despeses subvencionables realitzades (annex 3).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;També s'han d'aportar les factures o documents equivalents acreditatius de les despeses i pagaments efectivament realitzats per la persona beneficiària de la subvenció i que necessàriament han de correspondre al període subvencionable indicat a l'article 5.1 i 5.2. Es considera despesa realitzada la que hagi estat expedida a la persona beneficiària de la subvenció i efectivament pagada per ella amb anterioritat a la sol·licitud de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Els documents justificatius de la despesa han de complir els requisits i han de ser sotmesos a les formalitats previstes a l'article 10 de l'Ordenança general de subvencions de l'Ajuntament de Manacor, i han d'anar acompanyats dels justificants acreditatius del pagament (transferències bancàries, resguard de pagaments amb targetes, còpia de talons, extractes bancaris, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Les factures aportades han de complir, almanco, els requisits establerts en el Reial decret 1619/2012, de 30 de novembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament que regula les obligacions de facturació, i en l'art. 30 de la Llei 38/2003, de 10 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;No s'admeten com a justificants de despeses els albarans, les notes de lliurament ni les factures proforma. En el cas de justificants emesos en moneda estrangera, s'ha d'indicar el tipus de canvi aplicat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;7.3. Documentació justificativa de la subvenció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;a) Justificant de l'alta en el cens d'empresaris, professionals i retenidors a la data de la declaració de l'estat d'alarma. Per a activitats de temporada, certificat d'alta en els darrers 3 exercicis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;b) Certificat bancari del compte on s'ha de realitzar el pagament de l'ajut concedit, en el qual ha de figurar com a titular la persona o l'entitat beneficiària. (Annex 4)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;c) Autoritzacions perquè l'Ajuntament de Manacor realitzi la consulta interactiva de les dades relatives a estar al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions tributàries amb l'Agència Estatal de l'Administració Tributària (AEAT), amb l'Agència Tributària de les Illes Balears (ATIB), amb la Seguretat Social (TGSS) i amb la Tresoreria municipal, i la consulta de la situació censal. (Annex 5)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;En cas de no autoritzar o oposar-se a la comprovació d'aquests requisits, la persona sol·licitant ha d'aportar la documentació acreditativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;d) Pel que fa a les despeses derivades de l'arrendament de local comercial, si la persona sol·licitant de l'ajuda té el local o establiment llogat: contracte de lloguer i justificant del pagament del lloguer corresponent al període subvencionat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;e) Pel que fa a les despeses corrents: factures i justificants de pagament (transferència o domiciliació bancària, xec o targeta).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;f) En el cas de tancament de l'activitat: declaració responsable conforme l'activitat ha estat aturada, indicant la data d'inici del tancament i la data d'obertura si ja s'ha produït. (Annex 2)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;g) En el cas de reducció en la facturació: declaració responsable amb el percentatge de la reducció dels ingressos. (Annex 2). Per comprovar les dades anteriors, l'Ajuntament de Manacor pot sol·licitar una còpia de qualsevol dels llibres següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;-registre de factures emeses i rebudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;-diari d'ingressos i despeses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;-registre de vendes i ingressos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;-compres i despeses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Quan la persona física o jurídica no estigui obligada a aportar els llibres anteriors, s'ha de demostrar per qualsevol mitjà de prova admès en dret la reducció de la facturació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;7.4. L'Ajuntament de Manacor pot sol·licitar qualsevol altra documentació complementària a la prevista en aquestes bases, per completar o aclarir el dret a subvenció o la documentació presentada. En el cas que no s'aporti la documentació establerta o la sol·licitada posteriorment, s'entén que la persona sol·licitant desisteix del procediment, amb l'obligació de reintegrar la subvenció percebuda, si és el cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Procediment, resolució i pagament de la subvenció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;8.1. El procediment de concessió es tramita en règim de concessió directa segons el que estableix l'article 22.2.c) de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, així com l'art. 6 de l'Ordenança general de subvencions de l'Ajuntament de Manacor, atenent a raons d'interès públic, econòmic i social ateses les circumstàncies actuals que dificulten la convocatòria pública en règim de concurrència competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;La gestió de les ajudes previstes en aquesta convocatòria se subjecta als principis de publicitat, transparència, objectivitat, igualtat i no discriminació, així com l'eficàcia en el compliment d'objectius i l'eficiència en l'assignació i utilització dels recursos públics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;8.2. L'òrgan competent per a l'ordenació i la instrucció del procediment de concessió de les ajudes previstes en aquesta convocatòria és el departament de Comerç.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Rebudes les sol·licituds, l'òrgan competent ha d'instruir els procediments, comprovar el compliment dels requisits exigits en aquestes bases i en la convocatòria corresponent i, si escau, requerir a les persones sol·licitants que aportin tota la documentació i informació complementària que s'estimi oportuna per fonamentar la seva sol·licitud, o que esmenin els defectes apreciats en la sol·licitud, en el termini de deu dies hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;A més, aquest òrgan pot realitzar d'ofici totes les actuacions que estimi necessàries i convenients per a la determinació, coneixement i comprovació de les dades que figurin en les sol·licituds, en virtut de les quals s'han de valorar les sol·licituds per a la resolució de l'expedient de concessió d'ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Atès el procediment de concessió directa comentat, no resulta necessari realitzar una comparació i prelació de sol·licituds presentades en un moment concret i únic del procediment. D'acord amb el que disposa l'article 71 de la Llei 39/2015, en la tramitació de sol·licituds s'ha de guardar l'ordre estricte de presentació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;La persona tècnica instructora designada ha d'emetre un informe proposta de resolució respecte a la totalitat o un nombre determinat de sol·licituds, indicant les persones beneficiàries i les quanties de les subvencions corresponents a cadascuna, així com aquelles que hagin estat desestimades i, si escau, aquelles amb imports esperant l'ampliació del crèdit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;8.3. L'òrgan competent per resoldre i concedir la subvenció és la Junta de Govern Local. La resolució de concessió ha de determinar la quantia concedida i ha d'incorporar, si és el cas, les condicions i obligacions a què està subjecta la persona beneficiària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;La resolució, la dicta l'òrgan competent i la notifica a les persones beneficiàries mitjançant un anunci publicat en la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Manacor (https://www.seu-e.net/manacor/). Els terminis de recurs es compten a partir del dia següent al que es produeix aquesta publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;La resolució també ha de donar per justificada la subvenció, reconèixer l'obligació (import justificat) a favor de les persones beneficiàries i ordenar el pagament de les obligacions reconegudes mitjançant transferència bancària, en el compte corrent que hagi indicat la persona beneficiària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;No pot realitzar-se el pagament de la subvenció si la persona beneficiària no està al corrent de les obligacions tributàries (AEAT, Agència Tributària de les Illes Balears i Hisenda Local) i de la Seguretat Social, o si és deutora per resolució de procedència de reintegrament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;8.4. El pagament d'aquestes subvencions s'ha de fer en un pagament únic a cada persona beneficiària per la totalitat de l'import concedit, mitjançant transferència bancària, a partir de la data de la resolució de concessió, sense que sigui necessària la constitució de garanties.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;En cas que la persona beneficiària tengui deutes pendents amb la hisenda municipal, l'Ajuntament pot saldar prèviament d'ofici els deutes pendents de cobrament, per compensació amb el total o part de la subvenció reconeguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;8.5. La persona sol·licitant pot desistir de la sol·licitud, o renunciar al dret a l'ajuda, en qualsevol moment i mitjançant un escrit adreçat a l'Ajuntament de Manacor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;L'Ajuntament de Manacor ha de dictar una resolució en què expressi les circumstàncies que concorren, amb indicació dels fets produïts i les normes legals, així com, si és el cas, la concessió de la subvenció a la persona o persones sol·licitants següents en l'ordre del registre d'entrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Obligacions de les persones beneficiàries&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Les persones beneficiàries tenen les obligacions establertes a l'article 14 de la Llei general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Compatibilitat amb altres subvencions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;10.1. Aquests ajuts són compatibles amb les ajudes, subvencions, ingressos o recursos que altres administracions o ens, públics o privats, puguin posar en marxa, sempre que no es percebi més subvenció que l'import de les despeses subvencionables. En aquest cas, s'ha de posar en marxa un procediment per reintegrar l'excés subvencionat, segons el procediment establert en la Llei general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;10.2. La persona sol·licitant de la subvenció ha de declarar en la memòria justificativa tots els ajuts que hagi sol·licitat o obtingut, d'acord amb el que disposen els articles 33 i 34 del Reglament general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Incompliments&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;L'incompliment de les condicions imposades en aquestes bases pot donar lloc al reintegrament total o parcial de les quantitats percebudes, en els termes que preveu l'Ordenança general de subvencions de l'Ajuntament de Manacor. També es poden imposar les sancions administratives i exigir les responsabilitats per la comissió de les infraccions administratives que estiguin previstes en l'Ordenança esmentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Tractament de dades de caràcter personal&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;De conformitat amb el que preveu la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;El responsable del tractament de les dades de les persones interessades és l'Ajuntament de Manacor (CIF P0703300D, carrer del Convent, 1, Illes Balears), únic destinatari de la informació aportada voluntàriament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;La finalitat del tractament de les dades és gestionar la sol·licitud de subvenció directa per atenuar l'impacte econòmic de la COVID-19 al municipi de Manacor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;El temps de conservació de les dades és el termini de vigència d'aquest expedient. No obstant això, les dades es conserven amb finalitat d'arxiu d'interès públic o finalitats estadístiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;L'Ajuntament de Manacor té legitimació per al tractament de les dades en l'exercici dels poders públics o competències pròpies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Les dades no se cedeixen a terceres persones alienes a l'Ajuntament de Manacor, llevat que hagin de ser comunicades a altres entitats públiques per imperatiu legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Les persones interessades tenen dret a accedir a les seves dades i sol·licitar-ne la rectificació o, si escau, cancel·lació, oposició o supressió. Poden sol·licitar la limitació o, si escau, oposar-se al tractament de les seves dades. Per exercir aquests drets, la persona interessada pot fer-ho de les maneres següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Legislació supletòria i interpretació de les bases&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;13.1. En tot allò que no preveuen aquestes bases regeix el que disposa l'Ordenança general de subvencions de l'Ajuntament de Manacor, publicada al&lt;em&gt; Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 175, de 24 de novembre de 2007.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Igualment, són aplicables els preceptes bàsics de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions; la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del règim jurídic del sector públic, així com la resta de disposicions legals i reglamentàries que siguin d'aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;13.2. Per resoldre totes les qüestions que no preveuen aquestes bases i per interpretar els dubtes que puguin sorgir en la seva aplicació, és competent l'òrgan amb facultats per aprovar les bases, que queda autoritzat per dictar aquells actes que siguin necessaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. Publicitat&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;El text íntegre d'aquestes bases i convocatòria es publica en el&lt;em&gt; Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, al web municipal i en la Base de Dades Nacional de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. Normativa d'aplicació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;En tot el que no regulen aquestes bases és d'aplicació la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions; el Reial decret 887/06, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament general de la Llei de subvencions; l'Ordenança municipal de subvencions, i la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, en el que sigui aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16. Recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que posa fi a la via administrativa, potestativament es pot interposar un recurs de reposició davant la Batlia de l'Ajuntament de Manacor en el termini d'un mes, comptat a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria en el&lt;em&gt; Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, o directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el jutjat contenciós administratiu competent. Tot això, de conformitat amb el que disposa l'article 52.1 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local; els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i els articles 8.1, 25.1 i 46.1 de la Llei 29/1988, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, sense perjudici que es pugui interposar qualsevol altre recurs que s'estimi pertinent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
