![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Fets </strong></span></p> <ol> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Reial decret 1224/2009, de 17 de juliol, de reconeixement de les competències professionals adquirides per experiència laboral preveu que les tasques d'assessorament i d'avaluació les exerceixin les persones habilitades a aquest efecte per les administracions competents.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Decret 55/2011, de 20 de maig, regulador de l'estructura organitzativa del procediment de reconeixement de les competències professionals adquirides per l'experiència laboral o vies no formals de formació a la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, designa a l'article 3.1 l'Institut de les Qualificacions Professionals (IQPIB) com a òrgan encarregat de desenvolupar l'estructura organitzativa responsable del procediment, així com de gestionar i coordinar el procediment d'avaluació i d'acreditació a l'àmbit de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. A l'article 3.2 <em>f </em>estableix que l'IQPIB és l'òrgan responsable d'habilitar el personal assessor i avaluador i mantenir-ne el registre, <span style="color:#231f20">així com de nomenar, per a cadascuna de les convocatòries, els professionals habilitats</span>.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En virtut de les competències atribuïdes a l'article 3.1 del Decret 104/2001, de 20 de juliol<em>, </em>l'Institut de les Qualificacions Professionals de les Illes Balears s'adscriu orgànicament a la direcció general competent en matèria de formació professional de la conselleria competent en matèria d'educació, i ha de dependre funcionalment de la mateixa direcció general i del Consell de Formació Professional de les Illes Balears.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La Resolució del conseller d'Educació, Universitat i Recerca de 4 de febrer de 2020 per la qual es convoca el procediment per acreditar les<strong> </strong>competències<strong> </strong>professionals adquirides a través de l'experiència laboral o de vies no formals de formació (Acredita 2019)<strong> </strong>, que estan incloses en les unitats de competència de diverses qualificacions professionals, estableix en el punt vint-i-tresè de les bases de la convocatòria que la directora de l'IQPIB proposa les persones que han d'actuar com a assessors, avaluadors i membres de les comissions, i el director general de Formació Professional i Ensenyaments Artístics Superiors les nomena perquè actuïn com a tals en el procediment d'acreditació de competències professionals.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El 25 d'agost de 2020, la directora de l'IQPIB emet un informe proposta sobre les persones que han d'actuar com a assessors i avaluadors en el procediment d'acreditació de competències professionals.</span></p> </li> </ol> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Fonaments de dret</strong></span></p> <ol> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Decret 104/2001, de 20 de juliol, de creació de l'Institut de les Qualificacions Professionals de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. &nbsp;91, de 31 de juliol de 2001).</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Reial decret 1224/2009, de 17 de juliol, de reconeixement de les competències professionals adquirides per experiència laboral (BOE núm. 205, de 25 d'agost de 2009).</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Decret 55/2011, de 20 de maig, regulador de l'estructura organitzativa del procediment de reconeixement de les competències professionals adquirides per l'experiència laboral o vies no formals de formació a la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 81, de 2 de juny de 2011).</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques (BOE núm. 236, de 2 d'octubre de 2015).</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La Resolució del conseller d'Educació, Universitat i Recerca de 4 de febrer de 2020 per la qual es convoca el procediment per acreditar les competències professionals adquirides a través de l'experiència laboral o de vies no formals (Acredita 2019) (BOIB núm. 17, de 8 de febrer de 2020).</span></p> </li> </ol> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Per tot això, dict la següent </span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Resolució </strong></span></p> <ol> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Nomenar les persones indicades com a assessors que participen en el procediment.
