    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ple de l'Ajuntament, a la sessió ordinària del dia 16 de juliol de 2020, aprovà inicialment la modificació de crèdit 10/2020, i es&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;publicà en el BOIB núm. 131 de dia 25 de juliol de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;De conformitat amb el que disposen els articles 112.3 de la Llei 7/1985, Reguladora de Bases de Règim Local, i 169.3 i 177.2 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel qual s'aprovà el Text Refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, i havent transcorregut el termini d'exposició al públic sense que s'hagin presentat cap al·legació ni reclamació a la modificació de crèdit núm. 10/2020, per la qual cosa queda aprovada definitivament, transcrivint-se el detall de la modificació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/strong&gt; Que aquest expedient de modificació de crèdits sigui exposat al públic pel termini de QUINZE DIES HÀBILS previ anunci en el B.O.I.B., i en el Tauló d'Edictes d'aquesta Casa Consistorial, i un cop transcorregut el termini, cas de no presentar-se cap reclamació contra el mateix, es considerarà aprovat definitivament. Tot això de conformitat al que preveuen els articles 169.1, i 177.2 del RDL 2/2004, de 5 de març, text refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals.&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Contra el present Acord, en virtut del que es disposa en l'article 170 i 171 del Text Refós de la Llei Reguladora d'Hisendes Locals aprovat pel Reial decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, els interessats podran interposar directament recurs contenciós-administratiu en la forma i terminis establerts en els articles 25 a 42 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, Reguladora de dita Jurisdicció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Sense perjudici d'això, segons allò que s'ha fixat en l'article 113.3 de la Llei 7/1985, la interposició de dit recurs no suspendrà per si sola l'efectivitat de l'acte o acord impugnat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
