&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es poden&amp;nbsp; beneficiar de les subvencions previstes en aquesta convocatòria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Entitats privades amb centres de treball ubicats a la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Entitats de formació inscrites o acreditades al Registre estatal d'entitats de formació a la data de presentació de la sol·licitud d'acord amb l'article 15 de la Llei 30/2015, de 9 de setembre, amb la condició que tenguin establiment operatiu, sucursal o delegació a les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; D'acord amb el que estableix l'article 11.3 de la Llei general de subvencions se'n poden beneficiar les agrupacions de persones jurídiques (empreses o entitats) que, tot i no tenir personalitat jurídica, es comprometin a desenvolupar la formació i fer les contractacions requerides, en què cada membre de dita agrupació assumeix el compromís de contractar un percentatge determinat d'alumnes fins a completar el percentatge total i els períodes mínims de contractació exigits. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Objecte &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aprovar la convocatòria de subvencions per als anys 2020, 2021 i 2022 amb destinació a l'execució del Programa Formatiu amb Compromís de Contractació dirigides a treballadors desocupats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Bases reguladores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Ordre TMS/368/2019, de 28 de març (BOE núm. 78, d'1 d'abril de 2019), que desplega el Reial decret 694/2017, de 3 de juliol, amb l'establiment de les bases reguladores per concedir subvencions públiques destinades al finançament de la formació professional per a l'ocupació en l'àmbit laboral&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Crèdit &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El crèdit assignat inicialment a aquesta convocatòria és de &amp;nbsp;nou-cents mil euros (900.000,00 €) amb càrrec als pressuposts de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:red"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sempre que les disponibilitats pressupostàries ho permetin es pot augmentar l'import d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Termini de presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El tràmit de sol·licitud de subvenció s'ha de formalitzar mitjançant l'aplicació web de gestió de la formació del SOIB- ACCFOR a &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;www.soib.es&lt;/span&gt;. S'ha de fer una sol·licitud de subvenció per a cada projecte formatiu. Per tal de completar el tràmit&amp;nbsp; i tenir-lo per finalitzat, el document generat amb l'aplicació web- ACCFOR s'ha de presentar en qualsevol de les formes establertes a l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Per presentar la sol·licitud de manera electrònica podran fer-ho mitjançant el Registre Electrònic Comú (REC),&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;a la qual s'ha d'adjuntar el document generat per l'aplicació web de gestió de la formació del SOIB -ACCFOR.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. També podran presentar les sol·licituds de manera presencial a qualsevol de les oficines de registre de l'Administració autonòmica, de l'Administració General de l'Estat, de la resta de comunitats autònomes o de les entitats que integren l'Administració local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;4. No obstant això, els subjectes obligats a relacionar-se electrònicament amb les administracions públiques, de conformitat amb el que disposa l'article 14.2 i 3 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, únicament podran presentar les sol·licituds en la forma esmentada mitjançant el Registre Electrònic Comú (REC).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;5. S'ha de presentar la documentació següent d'acord amb els models disponibles a l'aplicació web de gestió de la formació del SOIB- ACCFOR que es troba al web www.soib.es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Documentació general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Sol·licitud de la subvenció que inclou les declaracions responsables següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- No estar sotmès a cap de les circumstàncies que indica l'article 13 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i l'article 10.1 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat per mitjà del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, i no tenir causa d'incompatibilitat per rebre la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Fer constar tots els ajuts i les subvencions per a la mateixa finalitat sol·licitats i concedits per qualsevol institució, pública o privada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Complir amb les obligacions que estableix la Llei 31/1995, de 8 de novembre, de prevenció de riscs laborals (BOE núm. 269, de 10 de novembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- No tenir sancions fermes pendents de pagament per infraccions de la normativa en matèria de prevenció de riscs laborals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-No haver estat sancionades, en virtut de resolució administrativa o sentència judicial ferma, en els tres darrers anys per faltes molt greus en matèria de prevenció de riscs laborals, de conformitat amb l'article 13 del Reial decret legislatiu 5/2000, de 4 d'agost pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei sobre infraccions i sancions en l'ordre social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; De conformitat amb l'article 28.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i amb l'article 2.1 del Reial decret 1671/2009, de 6 de novembre, que desplega parcialment la Llei 11/2007 d'accés electrònic dels ciutadans als serveis públics, i amb el Conveni de col·laboració en matèria d'interoperabilitat telemàtica entre les administracions públiques de l'àmbit territorial de les Illes Balears, el Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears pot obtenir, excepte l'oposició expressa de la persona interessada que s'ha de fer constar en el model de sol·licitud, els certificats acreditatius que la persona interessada està al corrent de les obligacions amb l'Agència Tributària Estatal i la Seguretat Social, així com la verificació de les dades d'identitat (DNI). En cas que no autoritzi aquesta consulta, ha d'aportar la documentació acreditativa d'estar al corrent de les obligacions anteriors, juntament amb la sol·licitud d'ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) &lt;/em&gt;Còpia de la targeta d'identificació fiscal de l'entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) &lt;/em&gt;Còpia de l'escriptura pública de constitució de l'entitat i dels estatuts socials, o documentació acreditativa de la seva constitució, degudament inscrits en el registre corresponent. Aquest document es pot substituir pel certificat d'inscripció en el registre corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e) &lt;/em&gt;Acreditació de la representació de la persona que signa la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No cal presentar la documentació dels punts &lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, en el cas que s'hagi presentat anteriorment i no hagi sofert canvis, i s'identifiqui l'expedient en el qual es va presentar mitjançant l'imprès de comunicació identificativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;En cas de concórrer en agrupació també s'ha de presentar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Relació d'entitats agrupades o beneficiàries en què s'indiqui la raó social i NIF i el compromís d'execució de cadascuna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Document de nomenament de la persona representant o apoderada única de l'agrupació, d'acord amb l'article 5.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, amb poders suficients per sol·licitar, gestionar i percebre les subvencions corresponents, i per complir les obligacions que, com a beneficiària, correspon a l'agrupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) &lt;/em&gt;Declaració responsable d'acord amb el model per a cada una de les empreses o entitats que formen l'agrupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Documentació tècnica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La sol·licitud de subvenció ha d'anar acompanyada de la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Un formulari de programació del projecte formatiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:red"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; El document resum en format electrònic en què constin les dades de l'entitat i l'acció formativa sol·licitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) &lt;/em&gt;Qualsevol altra documentació que l'entitat estimi d'interès a l'efecte d'avaluar-ne la sol·licitud en relació amb els criteris de valoració que estableix l'Annex 2. Aquesta documentació ha de ser original o fotocòpia compulsada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) &lt;/em&gt;Document que acrediti el compromís de contractació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. D'acord amb amb el que estableix el segon paràgraf de l'article 6.8 de la Llei 30/2015, de 9 de setembre, el Reial decret 694/17, i l'article 12.2 de&amp;nbsp; l'Ordre TMS/368/2019, de 28 de març, la proposta de pagament s'ha de tramitar de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Un 60&amp;nbsp;% una vegada l'entitat ho sol·liciti i adjunti el comunicat d'inici al model generat a l'aplicació web de gestió de la formació del SOIB - ACCFOR sempre amb posterioritat a l'inici d'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) &lt;/em&gt;Un màxim del 40&amp;nbsp;% de l'import subvencionat una vegada el SOIB hagi revisat la documentació justificativa de la persona beneficiària tres mesos després d'acabar el projecte formatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
