&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;.-&amp;nbsp; Fer pública la present resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB), en el tauler d'anuncis i en el portal de transparència del web de l'Ajuntament de Sa Pobla (TRANSPARÈNCIA 1.INSTITUCIONAL/1.7.PERSONAL/1.7.2.OFERTA D'OCUPACIÓ PÚBLICA/2020/375-2020 BORSA INTERVENTOR-A).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que esgota la via administrativa, es pot interposar de manera alternativa recurs potestatiu de reposició, en el termini d'un mes a comptar des del dia següent a la recepció d'aquesta notificació, davant Batle president d'aquest Ajuntament de Sa Pobla, de conformitat amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions Públiques, o recurs contenciós administratiu, davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des del dia següent a la recepció de la present notificació, d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 46 de la Llei de la Jurisdicció Contenciosa Administrativa. En el supòsit d'interposar recurs potestatiu de reposició, no es podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu fins que el primer es resolgui expressament o sigui desestimat per silenci. Tot això, sense perjudici d'exercitar qualsevol altre recurs que s'estimi convenient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
