    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La Sra. Batllessa, en data 29 de juliol de 2020, ha adoptat la següent resolució:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOMENAMENT DE BATLLE ACCIDENTAL.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Vist que la Sra. Batllessa ha d'absentar-se dels dies 3 a 14 d'agost, ambdós inclosos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Atès l'art. 47 en relació als articles 43 i 44.1 i 44.2 del ROF, que regulen les delegacions de les atribucions de la Sra. Batllessa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Es resol:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.- &lt;/strong&gt;Delegar les funcions de la batllia en el Regidor, el Sr. Joan Antoni Serra Puig, els dies 3 a 14 d'agost, ambdós inclosos, sense perjudici de la reassumpció de funcions en cas de reincorporació anticipada de la Sra. Batllessa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.-&lt;/strong&gt; Traslladar la present Resolució als interessats, als grups municipals i a les àrees i serveis de l'Ajuntament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.- &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar la present Resolució al BOIB i donar compte al Ple de la corporació a la primera sessió que es celebri.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
