    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'article 24 del Conveni col·lectiu del personal laboral de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears disposa que el proveïment de llocs de treball de personal laboral es pot dur a terme mitjançant el sistema de concurs de mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El concurs de mèrits constitueix el sistema normal de proveïment de places vacants i cal tenir en compte únicament els mèrits exigits en la convocatòria corresponent, els quals s'han de determinar d'acord amb els barems corresponents de cada convocatòria, acordats amb el comitè d'empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Constitueix l'objecte d'aquesta Resolució l'aprovació del procediment de proveïment per concurs de mèrits del lloc de treball Tècnic de grau mitjà (FGB050206 L02550001_1) adscrit al Servei de Desenvolupament Rural del FOGAIBA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, d'acord amb la competència que preveu l'article 13s) del Decret 64/2005, de 10 de juny, de creació del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears, dicto la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar la convocatòria pública per al proveïment mitjançant un concurs de mèrits de la plaça Tècnic de grau mitjà (FGB050206 L02550001_1) adscrit al Servei de Desenvolupament Rural del FOGAIBA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar les bases i el barem de mèrits que han de regir aquesta convocatòria, que s'adjunten com a annex I d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. &lt;/strong&gt;Nomenar els membres de la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració d'aquesta convocatòria, els quals figuren en l'annex III d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart.&lt;/strong&gt; Ordenar la publicació d'aquesta Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè.&lt;/strong&gt; Contra aquesta resolució, que no exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs d'alçada davant la consellera d'Agricultura, Pesca i Alimentació en el termini d'un mes a comptar des de l'endemà de la seva notificació, d'acord amb el que estableixen l'article 58.4 de la Llei 3/2003 de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears i els articles 121 i 122 de la Llei 39/2015 d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, tot això sense perjudici d'interposar-ne qualsevol altre que s'estimi pertinent en defensa dels interessos propis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Forma de proveïment i requisits de les persones aspirants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El proveïment del lloc de feina objecte d'aquesta convocatòria es farà mitjançant concurs de mèrits entre el personal laboral fix del FOGAIBA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Requisits i condicions de participació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.1 Hi pot participar tot el personal laboral fix, tant en situació d'actiu com d'excedència, que tingui la mateixa categoria professional que la vacant objecte del concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.2 Per optar al lloc de treball s'han de complir els requisits de la plaça, que figuren en la fitxa de la relació de llocs de treball:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Pertànyer al grup B&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Tenir la titulació d'Enginyeria Tècnica Agrícola. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Nivell B2 de català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Presentació de sol·licituds i documentació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.1. Les sol·licituds s'han de formular utilitzant el model de l'annex II. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.2 La persona interessada ha de presentar la sol·licitud emplenada, juntament amb tota la documentació acarada que pertoqui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.3 &lt;/span&gt;El termini per presentar les sol·licituds és de deu dies hàbils a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.4 &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les sol·licituds i tota la documentació s'han de presentar, dins el termini previst, en el Registre del FOGAIBA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.5 &lt;/span&gt;No es valorarà cap mèrit que no s'hagi justificat com cal (originals o còpies acarades) dins el termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.6 Amb el venciment del termini de presentació de sol·licituds caduca el termini per renunciar a participar en el concurs o desistir-ne.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Llistes de persones admeses i excloses&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.1 Un cop hagi finalitzat el termini per presentar les sol·licituds, es farà pública la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses, en la qual s'expressarà la causa d'exclusió per a cada persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.2 Aquestes llistes es publicaran &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a la pàgina web del FOGAIBA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.3 Les persones excloses disposaran d'un termini &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;de cinc dies hàbils,&lt;/span&gt; a partir de l'endemà de la publicació, per formular observacions o reclamacions, o per esmenar les deficiències detectades i aportar els documents preceptius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.4 Un cop hagi finalitzat el termini indicat, es publicarà a la pàgina&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; web&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;del FOGAIBA&lt;/span&gt; la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses del concurs, en la qual s'expressaran les causes d'exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Barem de mèrits&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La proposta de nomenament es farà a favor de la persona aspirant que tingui més puntuació, segons el barem de mèrits següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;VALORACIÓ DELS CANDIDATS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Antiguitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es valorarà l'antiguitat reconeguda pel FOGAIBA fins la data de publicació en el BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(P = 0,10 x mes treballat). Puntuació màxima: 6 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es valoraran tots els dies acreditats d'antiguitat de forma proporcional (de data a data).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Experiència professional&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Experiència professional acreditada en llocs de treball ocupats en el grup B en tasques de gestió d'ajudes públiques en l'Administració a més en entitats i empreses públiques (P=0,05 x mes treballat). Puntuació màxima: 4 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Coneixements de català&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Puntuació màxima: 1 punt &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Certificat LA (llenguatge administratiu; abans, certificat E): 0,25 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Certificat C1 (nivell de suficiència, abans certificat C): 0,50 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Certificat C2 (nivell superior; abans, certificat D): 0,75 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Coneixements d'informàtica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es valoraran els certificats acreditatius de coneixements de l'àrea informàtica expedits per escoles oficials o escoles de l'Administració pública. Puntuació màxima: 4 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els cursos d'informàtica s'han de valorar d'acord amb la puntuació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Curs de nivell elemental 0,0975 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Curs de nivell mitjà 0,195 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Curs de nivell superior 0,39 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els cursos d'informàtica que no indiquin el nivell a què corresponen s'han de valorar segons el nombre d'hores que acreditin. Cursos amb una durada d'entre 10 i 19 hores: 0,0975 punts; cursos amb una durada d'entre 20 i 29 hores: 0,195 punts, i cursos de 30 hores o més: 0,39 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per a una mateixa aplicació informàtica, només es valorarà el certificat de nivell superior o el certificat que acrediti un nombre superior d'hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tots els cursos corresponents al present epígraf realitzats o amb el certificat emès abans de l'1 de gener de l'any 2.000 tindran el 50% de la puntuació establerta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Formació complementària relacionada amb el lloc de treball&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es valoraran els certificats acreditatius expedits per centres oficials o escoles de l'Administració pública en les matèries relacionades a continuació (P = 0,025 x hora). Puntuació màxima: 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cursos de subvencions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cursos de procediment administratiu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cursos de formació en fiscalitat agrària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els cursos no inclosos en la llista anterior es valoraran sempre i quan estiguin directament relacionats amb les funcions pròpies del lloc de treball objecte de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Coneixements d'anglès&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es valoraran els certificats acreditatius dels coneixements expedits per centres oficials (només es valorarà el nivell superior dels acreditats, ja que es considera que els certificats d'un nivell de coneixements d'un idioma engloben els coneixements de nivells inferiors). Puntuació màxima: 3,50 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Solució en cas d'empat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cas que la valoració final dels mèrits resulti en un empat, per tal de dirimir aquesta situació es tindran en compte els criteris per aquest ordre:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1r. En cas d'empat en la valoració dels candidats, i en el cas de que hi hagi infrarrepresentació&amp;nbsp; d'homes o dones en una categoria, se seleccionarà a la persona que pertanyi al col·lectiu menys representat (establint un equilibri comprés entre els percentatges 60% - 40%), sempre i quan no concorrin en l'altre candidat, circumstàncies que justifiquin que no s'apliqui la mesura (per exemple la pertinença a un altre col·lectiu amb dificultats especials).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2on. Més antiguitat. Es valorarà l'antiguitat reconeguda total de la persona presentada en l'Administració pública o al sector públic instrumental de data a data des del dia de la publicació d'aquesta resolució cap enrere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Comissió Tècnica de Valoració&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.1 La Comissió Tècnica de Valoració estarà constituïda per quatre persones com a membres titulars i pels seus &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;suplents (annex III).&lt;/span&gt; Dues persones seran designades pel director gerent, una de les quals exercirà les funcions de president &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;i l'altra de secretari,&lt;/span&gt; una tercera persona serà el vocal i una quarta designada pel Comitè d'Empresa entre els seus components. Per a cada persona que sigui membre titular també se n'ha de designar una de suplent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.2 Les persones que són membres de la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració poden cessar en aquestes funcions encara que ja les hagin començat a exercir i ser substituïdes per l'òrgan que les va nomenar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.3 Per a la constitució vàlida de la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració a l'efecte de fer sessions, deliberacions i valoracions i prendre acords es requerirà sempre la presència de totes les persones que en són membres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.4 Les funcions bàsiques de la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.5 S'aixecarà acta de totes les reunions que la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració faci, que hauran de signar totes les persones que en són membres i que hi hagin assistit en acabar la sessió o abans de començar la següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Resolució de la convocatòria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.1 El termini per a la publicació de la llista provisional serà de 10&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; dies hàbils,&lt;/span&gt; a comptar des de l'endemà que finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.2 Un cop s'hagi publicat la llista provisional d'admesos i exclosos, les persones excloses podran formular observacions o reclamacions en el termini de 5&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; dies hàbils &lt;/span&gt;a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta a la pàgina web del FOGAIBA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.3 Un cop s'hagin examinat les observacions i les reclamacions presentades dins el termini, i un cop s'hagi escoltat les possibles persones afectades, si es considera convenient, la Comissió Tècnica de Valoració adreçarà al gerent la proposta definitiva d'adjudicació de la plaça, la qual podrà incloure, si escau, els canvis que siguin conseqüència de les observacions i de les reclamacions esmentades, a més de l'esmena d'ofici dels errors detectats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.4. El termini per a la resolució definitiva del concurs serà de 10&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; dies hàbils,&lt;/span&gt; a comptar des de l'endemà que finalitzi el termini de presentació de reclamacions a la llista provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.5. Un cop hagi vist la proposta definitiva, el director gerent del FOGAIBA n'ha de dictar la resolució corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.6 Les destinacions adjudicades pel sistema de concurs de mèrits seran irrenunciables i els trasllats voluntaris no donaran lloc a cap indemnització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Presa de possessió&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.1. El termini de presa de possessió de la nova destinació obtinguda serà de quinze dies si la resolució comporta el reingrés al servei actiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9.2. En la resta de casos, el termini de presa de possessió serà de cinc dies a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta resolució. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.3. Els efectes econòmics començaran a comptar a partir del dia de la presa de possessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
