    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En no haver-se presentat cap reclamació o el suggeriment durant el termini d'exposició al públic, l'acord inicialment adoptat d'aprovació del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions, s'ha d'entendre definitivament aprovat sense necessitat de nou acord exprés de conformitat amb allò que s'ha fixat en els articles 49 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local i 102.1.d) de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de Règim Local de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El text íntegre del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions, es fa públic, per al seu general coneixement i en compliment del que es disposa en l'article 70.2 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«PLA ESTRATÈGIC DE SUBVENCIONS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CAPÍTOL I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;DISPOSICIONS GENERALS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Article 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'establiment de subvencions per aquest Ajuntament durant el període 2020-2022, s'ajustarà al previst en el present Pla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Article 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'establiment efectiu de les subvencions previstes en aquest Pla requerirà la inclusió de les consignacions corresponents als Pressupostos municipals de cada any i l'aprovació de les Ordenances que continguin les bases reguladores de la seva concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'establiment de subvencions queda supeditat al compliment dels objectius d'estabilitat pressupostària, per la qual cosa les consignacions pressupostàries que s'aprovin i les bases reguladores de la seva concessió s'acomodaran a cada moment a dits objectius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Article 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'aprovació del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions no suposa la generació de dret algun en favor dels potencials beneficiaris, que no podran exigir indemnització o compensació alguna en cas que el Pla no es porti a la pràctica en els seus propis termes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;CAPÍTOL II&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;DELS BENEFICIARIS, OBJECTIUS I EFECTES DEL PLA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Article 5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'Ajuntament concedirà subvencions a favor de persones o Entitats privades amb la finalitat de fomentar la realització d'activitats d'utilitat pública o interès social o per promoure la consecució de finalitats públiques atribuïdes a la competència local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Article 6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'Ajuntament establirà anualment subvencions a les àrees de la seva competència:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Acció social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Educació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e. Foment econòmic: sector comercial i de serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Article 7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En matèria d'acció social, l'Ajuntament establirà, durant el període de vigència del Pla, les següents línies de subvenció:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1) Ajudes socials a famílies amb fills amb discapacitat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Objectius: Ajudar a les famílies de Bunyola amb fills amb discapacitat al &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;seu càrrec amb les despeses:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. De caire educatiu, ocupacional, assistencial o rehabilitador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. De transport per accedir als serveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Aplicació pressupostària: 231.48000&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Destinataris: Famílies que compleixin amb els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Viure i estar empadronat al Municipi de Bunyola de manera continuada durant els dos darrers anys, la persona sol·licitant de l'ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Dins la unitat de convivència, haver-hi un dels membres&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;qualificat amb un grau de minusvalidesa igual o superior al 33%, a més estar atès a un centre educatiu, ocupacional,&amp;nbsp;assistencial o rehabilitador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Finançament: El finançament es durà a terme amb fons propis, amb càrrec al capítol quart dels Pressupostos i amb el finançament del IMAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Import de la subvenció: 11.000€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Modalitat de la concessió: Concurrència competitiva&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2) Ajudes econòmiques d'urgència social&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Objectius: Ajudar a les persones en situació de risc social o en situació &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;d'urgent i greu necessitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Aplicació pressupostària: 231.48001&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Destinataris: Famílies amb menors en situació de risc social residents en &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;el municipi de Bunyola. Persones en situació d'urgent i greu necessitat, en &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;especial atenció a les situacions de desnonament o pobresa sobrevinguda. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Persones que es trobin en alguna situació de necessitat d'atenció prioritària, &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;recollida a l'article 6 de la llei 4/09, d'11 de juny de Serveis Socials de IB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Finançament: El finançament es durà a terme amb fons propis, amb càrrec al capítol quart dels Pressupostos i amb el finançament del IMAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Import de la subvenció: 7.700€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Modalitat de la concessió: Concessió directa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3) Ajudes socials per adquisició de llibres de text i material escolar d'educació infantil, primària, secundària obligatòria, formació professional bàsica, grau mitjà i batxillerat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Objectius: Ajudes a les famílies en l'adquisició de llibres de text i &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;material escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Aplicació pressupostària: 231.48001&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Destinataris: Alumnes de centres públics de les Illes Balears residents en el municipi de Bunyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Finançament: El finançament es durà a terme amb fons propis, amb càrrec al capítol quart dels Pressupostos i amb el finançament del IMAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Import de la subvenció: 4.000€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Modalitat de la concessió: Concurrència competitiva&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4) Fons mallorquí de solidaritat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Objectius: Fomentar la cooperació internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Aplicació pressupostària: 231.48002&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Destinatari: Fons mallorquí de solidaritat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Finançament: El finançament es durà a terme amb fons propis, amb càrrec al capítol quart dels Pressupostos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Import de la subvenció: 1.500€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Modalitat de la concessió: Concessió directa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5) Conveni DSR Dentistas sobre Ruedas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Objectius: Impulsar projectes per millorar la salut bucodental de &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;persones residents a Bunyola que no disposen dels recursos econòmics &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;necessaris per acudir de forma regular a l'assistència privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Aplicació pressupostària: 231.48003&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Destinatari: DSR Dentistas sobre Ruedas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Finançament: El finançament es durà a terme amb fons propis, amb càrrec al capítol quart dels Pressupostos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Objectius: Promoure activitats per donar a conèixer els valors que &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;representa la Gent Gran en el municipi de Bunyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Aplicació pressupostària: 231.48004&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1) Subvencions a les entitats esportives del municipi de Bunyola, per al desenvolupament de les seves activitats esportives ordinàries:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Objectius: Afavorir la realització d'activitats esportives en el Municipi, &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;recolzar als clubs esportius que programin o realitzin activitats de caràcter &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;esportiu, per a la celebració de competicions o esdeveniments esportius en &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;el Municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1) Subvencions per a projectes de promoció i dinamització del sector comercial i de serveis:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Objectius: Promoure la competitivitat del comerç de Bunyola, impulsar &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;una línia de suport a les activitats de foment, a la modernització, i a la &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;millora de la competitivitat de les microempreses i petites empreses situades &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;en el terme municipal de Bunyola, per tal de dinamitzar el sector comercial i &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;de serveis a través de l'organització d'esdeveniments que generin ambient &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;propici a les compres i atregui l'afluència de públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Amb el pla estratègic es pretén el foment de la realització d'una sèrie d'activitats que permetin donar als diferents sectors de l'entramat social del municipi, la possibilitat de desenvolupar projectes que els condueixin a la satisfacció de les seves necessitats de tot tipus, tant socials, professionals, com d'oci.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Així mateix, s'hauran de tenir en compte accions tendents al foment de qualsevol activitat ciutadana d'interès general, per a això es podran canalitzar fons que cada any s'assignin en el Pressupost Municipal amb destinació a aquestes subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tot això a través de les línies estratègiques d'actuació que, per als exercicis 2020-2022, es recullen en els articles anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'aprovació del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions no suposa la generació de cap dret en favor dels potencials beneficiaris, que no podran exigir indemnització o compensació en cas que el Pla no es porti a la pràctica en els seus propis termes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Article 13&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Regidor d'Hisenda efectuarà el control del compliment del present Pla durant el seu període de vigència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el primer trimestre de cada any, el Regidor d'Hisenda presentarà davant el Ple un informe en el qual s'avaluï l'execució del Pla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Article 14&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Finalitzada la vigència del Pla, abans de l'elaboració del següent i una vegada a l'any com a mínim, el Regidor d'Hisenda haurà de presentar davant el Ple una actualització dels plans en una Memòria en la qual es contempli, almenys, el grau de compliment del Pla, l'eficàcia i l'eficiència de l'atorgament de subvencions en la consecució dels objectius i efectes pretesos i conclusions, amb proposta de suggeriments per a l'elaboració del següent Pla Estratègic de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
