2020-07-13 ca 6166 2020-07-16 636496 ![CDATA[Aprovació definitiva modificació ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per la prestació dels serveis de cases de bany, dutxes, piscines, instal·lacions i altres serveis anàlegs]] 2020-07-16 ca CAIB 23707 CAIB 120 CAIB text/html 23704 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">No havent-se presentat cap reclamació o suggeriment, durant el període d'exposició al públic, respecte a l'aprovació provisional de la modificació de l'ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per la prestació dels serveis de cases de bany, dutxes, piscines, instal·lacions i altres serveis analegs havent-se publicat l'anunci relatiu en el Boib núm. 95 de 28 de maig de 2020, d'acord amb l'article 17.3 de la Llei reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, es dóna per aprovada definitivament l'esmentada modificació, publicant-se íntegrament a continuació el text complet de l'ordenança:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per la prestació dels serveis de casa de bany, dutxes, piscines, instal·lacions i altres serveis anàlegs.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Article 1r. Concepte</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">De conformitat amb el que es preveu en l'article 127, en relació amb l'article 4t, tots dos del RDL 2/2004, Text Refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, aquest municipi estableix el preu públic per la prestació dels serveis de cases de banys, dutxes, piscines i instal·lacions anàlogues que s'especifiquen en les tarifes que els contenen en l'annex corresponent, que es regirà per aquesta ordenança.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Article 2n. Obligats al pagament</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Estan obligats al pagament del preu públic, regulat en aquesta ordenança els qui es beneficiïn dels serveis o activitats, realitzats per aquest municipi, a què es refereix l'article anterior.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Article 3r. font-size:12px">Curset de natació: Els usuaris no abonats, tindran un suplement de 10,00 € a la inscripció per poder accedir a la piscina el temps que duri el curset.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
