&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. Mitjançant l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 9 de març de 2018 (BOIB núm. 31, de 10 de març) es va aprovar el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als exercicis 2018-2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. El caràcter estimatiu de les quanties que es preveuen al Pla Estratègic i el temps transcorregut des que es varen aprovar, fa necessari ajustar les previsions contingudes a l'annex, pel que fa a la modificació de quatre línies i la introducció de dues noves línies d'ajuts que ha de gestionar l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics (IEB) adscrit a la Conselleria de Presidència, Cultura i Igualtat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Així, es proposa dues noves línies de subvenció dins l'Objectiu IV, Convivència i institucions sòlides, IV.2 Projecció cultural exterior, que tenen com a finalitat, la IV.2.14 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white; color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;fomentar els processos específics de creació adreçats a la realització d'obres, processos i projecció exterior relacionats amb les arts visuals, composicions musicals, textos literaris, guions per a produccions audiovisuals, textos teatrals, espectacles de circ i coreografies d'artistes de les Illes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;, i la IV.2.15 destinada a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white; color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ajuts per donar suport als projectes d'investigació d'humanitats i de la cultura vinculats amb les Illes Balears en el marc de la situació d'emergència de salut pública provocada per la pandèmia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pel que fa a les modificacions s'incrementa l'import destinat a la convocatòria ajuts «TalentIB» per donar suport a la circulació de grups de música, companyies d'arts escèniques, i per a l'organització d'exposicions i residències d'artistes i de comissariat d'arts visuals a les Illes Balears dins les Illes Balears i a territoris de parla catalana, a causa de les noves necessitats derivades de la situació de pandèmia. La resta de modificacions tenen com a finalitat ajustar els crèdits pressupostaris del conjunt de línies de subvenció amb la finalitat de finançar les línies esmentades abans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. En l'apartat 3 de l'Acord de Consell de Govern esmentat es delega l'aprovació i les eventuals modificacions de l'annex al Pla Estratègic de Subvencions en la persona titular de la conselleria competent en matèria d'hisenda, d'acord amb l'article 25 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Correspon, per tant, a la persona titular de la Conselleria d'Hisenda i Relacions Exteriors l'aprovació i/o modificació de l'annex al Pla Estratègic de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. L'article 25 de la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:blue"&gt;&lt;u&gt; &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. El Decret 9/2019, de 2 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es determina la composició del Govern i s'estableix l'estructura de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. El Decret 10/2019, de 2 de juliol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es&amp;nbsp; disposa el nomenament dels membres del Govern de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;, mitjançant el qual es nomena la senyora Rosario Sánchez Grau, consellera d'Hisenda i Relacions Exteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Aprovar la modificació de l'annex al Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als exercicis 2018-2020, aprovat per l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 9 de març de 2018, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;introduint dues noves línies de subvencions i modificar-ne set en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Objectius i efectes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;: d'acord amb els fins estatutaris de l'IEB, per tal de promoure la cultura de les Illes Balears i la seva projecció exterior, es fomenta els processos específics de creació adreçats a la realització d'obres, processos i projecció exterior relacionats amb les arts visuals, composicions musicals, textos literaris, guions per a produccions audiovisuals, textos teatrals, espectacles de circ i coreografies d'artistes de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
