    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Havent-se aprovat per Resolució de Batlia 137/2020, de 8 de juliol, les bases reguladores de la convocatòria de provisió temporal d'un lloc de treball vacant mitjançant comissió de serveis, en vista de la urgència i inajornable necessitat existent a l'Ajuntament, s'obre el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, que serà de 10 dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà a la publicació d'aquest anunci en el BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Així mateix, s'adjunten les bases reguladores de les proves selectives:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El període durant el qual es cobrirà la vacant en comissió de serveis serà el d'un any, prorrogable per un altre més, de conformitat amb allò que s'ha fixat en l'article 64.3 del Reglament d'Ingrés del Personal al Servei de l'Administració General de l'Estat i Provisió de Llocs de treball i Promoció Professional dels Funcionaris Civils de l'Administració General de l'Estat, aprovat per Reial decret 364/1995, de 10 de març, d'aplicació supletòria als funcionaris de l'Administració Local, d'acord amb allò que s'ha fixat en l'article 168 del text refós de les disposicions legals vigents en matèria de Règim Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGONA. Condicions d'Admissió d'Aspirants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per a participar en la present convocatòria serà necessari:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Tenir la condició de funcionari/a de carrera de qualsevol Administració Pública pertanyent al mateix grup de classificació professional que el lloc de treball vacant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Trobar-se en situació de servei actiu o en qualsevol altra situació administrativa excepte la de suspensió ferma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Comptar amb la conformitat expressa de l'òrgan competent de l'Ajuntament al qual pertany en relació a la possible adscripció a aquest Ajuntament en comissió de serveis del funcionari sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Mancar d'anotacions per faltes greus o molt greus en el seu expedient personal, en virtut de resolució ferma. No es tindrà en compte les cancel·lades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Presentar els documents justificatius dels mèrits que al·leguin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f) No trobar-se afectat en procediment administratiu o judicial que sigui o pugui ser incompatible amb l'exercici de les seves funcions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;g) Posseir la capacitat funcional per a l'acompliment de les tasques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;h) Acreditar el nivell C1 de coneixement de llengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tots els requisits exigits als apartats anteriors hauran de posseir-se el dia de la finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds i mantenir-se durant tot el procés selectiu i fins al moment, en el seu cas, de presa de possessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERA. Forma i Termini de Presentació d'Instàncies&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les sol·licituds, requerint prendre part en el corresponent procés de provisió temporal del lloc de treball vacant, en les quals els aspirants faran constar que reuneixen les condicions exigides a les presents bases per al lloc de treball que s'opti, es dirigiran al Sr. Batle -President d'aquest Ajuntament, i es presentaran en el Registre Electrònic General d'aquest Ajuntament o en algun dels llocs previstos en l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, &lt;strong&gt;segons el model de sol·licitud de l'Annex I , en &lt;/strong&gt;el &lt;strong&gt;termini de 10 dies hàbils comptats &lt;/strong&gt;a partir de l'endemà al de la publicació de l'anunci de la convocatòria a la seu electrònica d'aquest Ajuntament (http://mancordelavall.sedelectronica.es)&lt;em&gt;, &lt;/em&gt;en el Tauler d'anuncis i en el BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els aspirants en el seu cas acompanyaran al costat de la seva sol·licitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Curriculum vitae, en el qual constin títols acadèmics, anys de servei, llocs de treball exercits en l'Administració, estudis i cursos realitzats, així com altres mèrits que estimin oportuns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Documents justificatius dels mèrits aportats al curriculum vitae segons &lt;strong&gt;l'Annex II.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Certificació expedida pel Sr. Secretari de l'Ajuntament de procedència acreditativa de què l'aspirant en qüestió és funcionari de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Certificat de català nivell C1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUARTA. Admissió d'Aspirants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Expirat el termini de presentació d'instàncies, per part del Batle es procedirà a l'aprovació de la llista provisional d'admesos i la seva publicació a la pàgina web municipal podent els exclosos, en el termini de 3 dies hàbils esmenar les deficiències que siguin esmenables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Transcorregut aquest termini es dictarà resolució declarant aprovada la llista definitiva, que es publicarà a la pàgina web juntament amb el lloc, data i hora en què la comissió tècnica realitzarà la selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CINQUENA. Comissió de Valoració&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Comissió de Valoració serà col·legiada i la seva composició haurà d'ajustar-se als principis d'imparcialitat i professionalitat dels seus membres, i es tendirà, així mateix, a la paritat entre dona i home, conforme a l'article 53 de la Llei Orgànica 3/2007, de 22 de març, per a la Igualtat efectiva de Dones i Homes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No pot formar part el personal d'elecció o de designació política, els funcionaris interins i el personal eventual. Així mateix la pertinença als òrgans de selecció serà sempre a títol individual, no podent ostentar-se aquesta en representació o per compte de ningú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La composició concreta de la Comissió de Valoració, amb la corresponent designació de cadascun dels seus membres, es portarà a efecte mitjançant la resolució que aprova la llista provisional d'admesos i exclosos, que es farà pública a la web municipal &lt;/span&gt;(http://mancordelavall.sedelectronica.es)&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; i en el Tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les Comissions de Valoració, estaran integrades per un President, un Secretari i dos vocals, titulars i suplents, que actuaran amb veu i vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Comissió de Valoració podrà sol·licitar de l'autoritat convocant la designació d'experts que en qualitat d'assessors actuaran amb veu però sense vot, conforme a l'article 46 del Reglament General d'Ingrés del Personal al Servei de l'Administració General de l'Estat i de Provisió de llocs de treball i Promoció Professional dels Funcionaris Civils de l'Administració General de l'Estat aprovat pel Reial decret 364/1995, de 10 de març.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'actuació de la Comissió de Valoració haurà d'ajustar-se estrictament a les Bases de la Convocatòria, i podrà resoldre els dubtes que sorgeixin de l'aplicació de les seves normes, així com el que procedeixi en els supòsits no previstos en aquestes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les Comissions proposaran únicament al candidat que hagi obtingut major puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'abstenció i la recusació dels membres de la Comissió de Valoració serà de conformitat amb els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de Règim Jurídic del Sector Públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SISENA. Selecció de l'aspirant idoni mitjançant valoració de mèrits. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;a.1) – Formació reglada, fins a un màxim de 10 punts: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Per posseir el títol de Llicenciat/ grau + màster en Dret, ADE, Econòmiques, Gestió i Administració Pública o similar: 4 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Per posseir el títol de diplomat /grau vinculat amb tasques i funcions d'administració pública: 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Per posseir títols de FP superior vinculats amb tasques i funcions d'administració pública: 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Per posseir títols de FP mitjà, vinculats amb tasques i funcions d'administració pública: 1 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm; margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;a.2) – Cursos de formació i perfeccionament, fins a un màxim de 30 punts, de conformitat amb la següent escala:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0.42cm; margin-top:0.16cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es valorarà la formació específica i relacionada amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça convocada. La valoració d'aquest criteri es durà a terme d'acord amb el següent barem:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- L'hora d'aprofitament es valorarà amb 0,010 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- L'hora d'assistència, es valorarà amb 0,005 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-top:0.01cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per a poder ser objecte de valoració, aquesta formació haurà d'haver estat reconeguda, organitzada o promoguda per Administracions Públiques, Organismes Autònoms o entitats de dret públic vinculats o dependents d'aquestes i estar directament relacionada amb la feina a desenvolupar. S'acceptaran cursos de matèries transversals (Igualtat, prevenció de riscs laborals, protecció de dades...). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm; margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;b). Experiència/antiguitat, fins un màxim de 40 punts&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;— A 0,20 per cada mes complert de servei en llocs de treball similars o superiors, amb un màxim de 25 punts. No es tindran en compte les fraccions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;— A 0,15 per mes complert de servei en llocs de treball de categoria inferior a la de la plaça convocada, amb un màxim de 15 punts. No es tindran en compte les fraccions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si l'aspirant té diferents títols de coneixent del mateix idioma, solament es tindrà en compte el de nivell superior. Si té diferents títols de diferents idiomes, es puntuarà el superior de cadascun d'ells, fins a la puntuació màxima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els nivells C2 i LA són acumulatius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm; margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;d) Entrevista, fins a un màxim de 10 punts&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es realitzarà una entrevista personal a cadascun dels aspirants admesos d'acord amb el criteri de major idoneïtat, discrecionalment apreciada, considerant els currículums aportats, valorant l'experiència i la formació específica, així com les aptituds posades de manifest en la celebració de l'entrevista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sobre la base d'aquests criteris, cadascun dels aspirants serà qualificat de 0 a 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cas d'empat en la fase de concurs, s'estarà al que es disposa en l'article 44 del Reglament General d'Ingrés del Personal al Servei de l'Administració General de l'Estat i de Provisió de Llocs de treball i Promoció Professional dels Funcionaris Civils de l'Administració General de l'Estat aprovat pel Reial decret 364/1995, de 10 de març.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SETENA. Proposta de nomenament&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vegada acabada l'avaluació dels aspirants, el resultat del concurs de mèrits es reflectirà en una relació comprensiva de la totalitat dels aspirants, ordenada de major a menor puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta relació serà exposada al públic en els locals de l'Ajuntament i a la seu electrònica d'aquest Ajuntament (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;http://mancordelavall.sedelectronica.es&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;), i en el Tauler d'anuncis, durant el termini de 3&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;dies hàbils en els quals els participants del procés podran formular reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Transcorregut aquest termini i resoltes les reclamacions es formularà proposta definitiva per ocupar el lloc de treball, remetent-la a l'òrgan convocant per a la seva publicació a la seu electrònica d'aquest Ajuntament (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;http://mancordelavall.sedelectronica.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) i en el Tauler d'anuncis, després de resolució motivada d'aquest, i notificant-la-hi a l'interessat, indicant-li expressament el termini pel qual serà nomenat, que serà de màxim d'un any prorrogable per un altre en cas de no haver-se cobert el lloc de treball amb caràcter definitiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'aspirant seleccionat haurà de presentar l'informe favorable de l'Administració de procedència en el termini de 5 dies hàbils des que se li hagi notificat la seva selecció com aspirant idoni per ocupar el lloc de treball en comissió de serveis, havent de prendre possessió del lloc de treball en el termini de tres dies hàbils a comptar des de l'endemà d'aquell en que rebi la notificació d'aquest nomenament o de vuit dies hàbils si implica canvi de residència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cas que en el termini concedit l'aspirant seleccionat no presentés informe favorable al seu nomenament en comissió de serveis o no prengués possessió del lloc de treball, es procedirà d'igual manera amb l'aspirant que hagués quedat en segon lloc en l'avaluació de la comissió tècnica, i així successivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOVENA. Incidències&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les presents bases i convocatòria podran ser impugnades de conformitat amb allò que s'ha fixat en la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
