CAIB ca 6008 22731 2020-07-11 text/html ![CDATA[Aprovació definitiva de la modificació de l’article 23.4 de les bases d’execució del pressupost]] 636338 2020-07-11 CAIB 50 ca 2020-07-08 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Havent finalitzat el termini d'exposició al públic de l'acord de modificació de l'article 23.4 de les bases d'execució del pressupost, acord adoptat inicialment per l'Ajuntament en Ple, en sessió de 21 de maig de 2020, i no havent estat formulada cap reclamació contra l'acord d'aprovació inicial, aquest esdevé definitiu, i, en compliment del que disposa l'article 169 del R.D.2/2004 T.R. de la Llei&nbsp; Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, es publiquen a continuació la modificació realitzada:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Primer</strong>.- Modificar l'article 23.4 de les Bases d'execució del Pressupost, incrementant els imports abonats en concepte de productivitat en un 2%:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">g) Complement de productivitat per assumpció de tasques de categoria superior:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Quan el personal municipal, per necessitats del servei i de manera temporal, es vegi obligat a assumir tasques de categoria superior l'especial interès&nbsp; i iniciativa que aquesta circumstància requereix es retribuirà amb un complement de productivitat calculat per la diferencia entre les retribucions de les places afectades.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En el cas de la policia municipal, quan un agent de policia hagi d'assumir les tasques d'un oficial, aquets fet serà retribuït amb un productivitat de 12,88 euros per dia.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">h) Complement de productivitat per assumpció de direccions d'obra:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Per cada direcció d'obra assumida per l'arquitecte/a municipal, l'enginyer/a municipal o l'aparellador/a: Es concedirà un complement de productivitat d'un 1,25% del preu d'execució material del projecte.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Per cada direcció d'obra assumida per l'arquitecte/a municipal, l'enginyer/a municipal o l'aparellador/a municipal on es disposi d'assistència tècnica: Es concedirà un complement de productivitat d'un 0,75% de l'import del preu d'execució material del projecte.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
