    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El regidor delegat d'Obres Públiques, Mobilitat, Transports, Comerç i Pla Estratègic, en virtut del Decret núm. 2020-1643, ha disposat el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;«Un cop transcorregut el termini de sol·licituds per a l'atorgament de 4 llicències fixes d'autotaxi del municipi de Sant Antoni, des de la regidoria de Transports es procedeix a la publicació de la llista provisional d'admesos i exclosos a aquest procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En virtut de les competències que m'han estat expressament delegades pel Decret de l'Alcaldia núm. 2037, de 12 de juliol de 2019, excepte en els casos de vacant, absència o malaltia, en els quals l'Alcalde assumirà, de manera directa i automàtica, les atribucions delegades, com a titular de la competència originària, sense que calgui dictar una resolució expressa en aquest sentit. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segon. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De conformitat amb el que disposa l'apartat VI dels Plecs de condicions administratives que han de regir l'atorgament de 4 llicències d'autotaxi del municipi de Sant Antoni, els interessats disposen d'un termini de quinze dies naturals comptadors a partir del sendemà de la publicació d'aquesta llista en el BOIB, perquè formulin les al·legacions que considerin pertinents a aquesta llista provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Publicar el present Decret al BOIB, al tauler d'anuncis d'aquest Ajuntament, i al lloc web &lt;em&gt;www.santantoni.net&lt;/em&gt;, per a general coneixement i particularment perquè serveixi de notificació als interessats.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
