    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Per acord del Ple de l'Ajuntament de Santa Eulària des Riu, reunit en sessió ordinària celebrada el 26 de juny de 2020, ha estat aprovada la correcció dels errors materials detectats en la documentació escrita de la Modificació puntual número 10 de les Normes Subsidiàries de planejament de Santa Eulària des Riu, aprovada definitivament el 30 d'abril de 2020 i publicada en el BOIB número 89 de 21 de maig de 2020, sent els acords adoptats els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“PRIMER.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar la rectificació dels errors materials detectats en la documentació escrita de la Modificació puntual número 10 de les Normes Subsidiàries, aprovada definitivament per aquest Ple el 30 d'abril de 2020 i publicada en el Butlletí Oficial dels Illes Balears número 89 de dia 21 de maig de 2020, consistents en:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Apartat 8.5.1 de la Memòria justificativa, relatiu a la modificació de l'ordenació definida per les NNSS vigents per als terrenys inclosos en la unitat d'actuació en sòl urbà UA-11SE:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;On diu:&lt;/strong&gt; “d. El manteniment en el bàsic de la configuració i magnitud de les dues peces de terrenys qualificats per a ús d'equipament, la més petita de les quals es requalifica com a Equipament docent EQ-D i la superfície global de la qual es manté en els 23.173 m² inicials”.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/strong&gt; d. El manteniment en el bàsic de la configuració i magnitud de les dues peces de terrenys qualificats per a ús d'equipament, la més petita de les quals es requalifica com a Equipament docent EQ-D i la superfície global de la qual s'incrementa fins als 24.054 m².&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Apartat 1.5 de l'Annex III, Documentació escrita modificada: Modificació en l'Annex II Unitats d'actuació en sòl urbà, de les fitxes de les unitats d'actuació UA-05SE i UA-11SE,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En relació a la fitxa de la unitat d'actuació UA-11SE, el punt c1. Usos no Lucratius&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;On diu:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Superfície mínima d'equipament públic: Municipal divers EQ-MD i&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Docent EQ-D: 23.173 m²&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Superfície mínima d'espai viari (V) i aparcament AP: 5.881 m²&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
