font-size:12px">El Ple d'aquest Ajuntament, en sessió ordinària celebrada el dia 25 de juny de 2020, ha aprovat la convalidació del Decret núm. 2020-2852 pel que s'aprovà l'exp. núm. 3/2020 de modificació pressupostària dins del Pressupost Ordinari d'aquesta Corporació, baix la modalitat de Crèdits Extraordinaris finançats amb el romanent de Tresoreria per a despeses generals, a fi d'habilitar els crèdits necessaris per fer front a la crisi de la COVID-19, i que es transcriu a continuació: </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:12.0pt">En virtut del que estableix l'article 20.2 del RDL 11/2020, de 31 de març, pel que s'adopten mesures urgents complementàries en l'àmbit social i econòmic per fer front al COVID-19, que estableix que la modificació pressupostària de crèdit extrarodinari per habilitar crèdit que s'hagi d'aprovar, es tramitará per decret del President de la corporació local sense que sIguin d'aplicació les normes sobre reclamació i publicitat dels pressupostos a que es refereix l'article 169 del text refós de la LRHL, aprovat pel RDL 2/2004, de 5 de març;
