    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En relació amb l'assumpte de referència, i d'acord amb l'establert &lt;/span&gt;a &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'article 41.3 de la Llei 21/2013, de 9 de desembre, d'avaluació ambiental, es publica l'Acord del Ple de la CMAIB, en sessió de 30 d'abril de 2020,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;DECLARACIÓ D'IMPACTE AMBIENTAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es tracta d'una instal·lació fotovoltaica en sòl rústic de tipus C, l'ocupació de la qual és de 31.910 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt; situats part en sòl rústic general (SRG) i part en Àrea de Transició d'Harmonització (AT-H), i s'ubica en una parcel·la en zona d'aptitud mitja i alta, raó per la qual es troba inclosa al grup 3. Energia, apartat 12) Instal·lacions per a la producció d'energia elèctrica a partir de l'energia solar, incloses les esteses de connexió a la xarxa següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Instal·lacions amb una ocupació total de més de 1 ha situades en sòl rústic fora de les zones d'aptitud alta del PDS d'energia, excepte les que estiguin situades en qualsevol tipus de coberta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segons el projecte, és necessària la Utilitat Pública sense necessitat de declaració d'Interès General. Amb tot, i d'acord amb l'article 17.1 de la Llei 12/2016, aquest projecte es tramita d'acord amb l'article 7.1 de la Llei 21/2013, de 9 desembre, d'avaluació ambiental, raó per la qual el projecte serà objecte d'una Avaluació d'Impacte Ambiental Ordinària i, per tant, s'haurà de seguir la tramitació ambiental establerta al títol II, capítol II, secció 1ª de l'esmentada Llei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.Informació del projecte: objecte, ubicació i descripció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'objecte és la construcció d'un parc fotovoltaic amb una ocupació de 31.910 m² constituït per 12.144 panells solars de 300 Wp de potència unitària (potència instal·lada total de 3.643,2 kWp), per 46 inversors de 66 kW cada un, 2 centres de transformació, 1 Centre de Maniobra i Mesura (CMM), 1 centre de control i per línies d'evacuació de 15 kV soterrades i connexió sobre la línia de distribució mitjançant torre de conversió aèria-soterrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La superfície total de la parcel·la és de 45.677 m2 i l'ocupació de la parcel·la és de 31.910 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt; amb una ocupació total una vegada realitzat el tancament perimetral, de 41.000 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El promotor del projecte és Good Wind Entertainment S.L. i l'òrgan substantiu la Direcció General d'Energia i Canvi Climàtic de la Conselleria de Territori, Energia i Mobilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El sistema global es basa en la transformació del corrent continu generat pels panells solars, en corrent altern de la mateixa qualitat (tensió, freqüència,...) que la que circula per la xarxa comercial elèctrica (400 V). Aquesta transformació es realitza a través de l'inversor, element que té, a més, altres funcions, realitzar l'acoblament automàtic amb la xarxa i incorporar part de les proteccions requerides per la legislació vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'energia des dels inversors és enviada als transformadors BT/MT la funció dels quals és elevar la tensió de l'electricitat fins als 15.000 V per al seu transport fins al punt de connexió amb la xarxa de distribució, propietat d'Endesa Distribució, on és íntegrament abocada a la xarxa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les instal·lacions en mitja tensió proposades estaran formades pels següents elements:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.Línies de Mitja tensió d'interconnexió dels centres de transformació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.Centre de maniobra i mesura fotovoltaic (CMM FV).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.Línia general d'interconnexió des dels centres de transformació fins al CMM FV en el Punt de connexió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els panells aniran fixats directament sobre estructures d'acer galvanitzat i alumini que estaran clavats o es cargolaran. Les estructures que suporten els panells aixequen uns 2,8 m. L'estructura estarà degudament sostinguda i ancorada, essent calculada per resistir les preceptives càrregues de vent i neu. Les estructures tenen facilitat en el desmuntatge i desmantellament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es construiran dos transformadors en dos edificis prefabricats de 6x2,2x2,5 m i de 4,28x2,2x2,585 m de formigó però amb acabats d'acord a la norma 22 del PTIM&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A la parcel·la hi travessa una línia aèria de mitja tensió que prové de la subestació elèctrica de Santanyí, el punt de connexió s'establirà sobre aquesta línia. Es situa en les coordenades aproximades UTM,(FUS 31 ETRS89) X: 511.603, I: 4.357.380; per dur a terme la connexió es realitzarà:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.Nova torre metàl·lica de 14 metres amb seccionador i interruptor hexafluorur i conversió línia aeri-subterrània. (Situat a la parcel·la 945).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.Adequació de la torre metàl·lica existent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.Tram de 50 m de Línia de Mitjana Tensió soterrada des de pal de conversió aeri-subterrani fins a Centre de Maniobra i Mesura, situat a la parcel·la 945.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.Centre de Maniobra i Mesura (d'ara endavant CMM FOTOVOLTAIC) situat &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;devota&lt;/span&gt; el camí públic d'accés a la finca, l'edifici tindrà unes mides de 6x2,2x2,59 m. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.A partir del CMM, la línia serà privada de mitja tensió soterrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.Elements ambientals significatius de l'entorn del projecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Diagnòstic territorial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segons el PTI de Mallorca el parc fotovoltaic s'ubica part en Sòl Rústic General (SRG) i en part en Àrea de Transició d'Harmonització (AT-H) i zona excedent (sòls marginals agrícola – ramaders i forestals que estan &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;formats&lt;/span&gt; principalment per sòls improductius, mont baix o rocosos, situats en planes o costeres muntanyoses, que, si bé interessa la seva conservació com àrees obertes, poden admetre certes transformacions i utilitzacions alienes a la destinació agrària o forestal, tot i la integració paisatgística que s'ha de respectar) d'acord amb les Normes Subsidiàries de planejament de Santanyí, en la unitat de paisatge 7, UP-7 Migjorn. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D'acord al Servei de Reforma i Desenvolupament Agrari, la finca està inscrita, actualment, en el Registre General d'Explotacions Agràries nº2712 amb una base territorial de 53,89 ha. Per tant, el parc fotovoltaic representa un 5,91% de l'explotació agrària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La parcel·la no està afectada per cap APR ni per cap espai natural protegit. La vulnerabilitat per contaminació d'aqüífers és moderada i no es troba en Xarxa Natura 2000, zona inundable o potencialment inundable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;D'acord a la classificació geogràfica d'instal·lacions fotovoltaiques del Pla Director Sectorial d'Energies Renovables de les Illes Balears (Decret 33/2015, de 15 de maig, BOIB núm. 73) es tracta d'una zona d'aptitud mitjana i alta, tractant-se d'una instal·lació de tipus C l'ocupació de la qual és inferior a 4 hectàrees.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Diagnòstic ambiental&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'ha realitzat una caracterització de la zona, un inventari ambiental, on es descriu el medi físic (localització,climatologia, orografia i geologia, hidrologia, sòls, vegetació, fauna, paisatge i espais naturals), i el medi socioeconòmic (aspectes demogràfics i socioeconòmics, sectors productius, infraestructures, planejament urbanístic i patrimoni).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En relació a la topografia, la zona es troba en un àrea amb pendents molt suaus, &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;pendent del 1% cap a la línia de costa&lt;/span&gt;. Això implica que els moviments de terres seran mínims.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En relació a l'aigua, la parcel·la on se situa sobre la Massa d'Aigua Subterrània 1820M1 – Santanyí. Aqüífer profund, amb presència de clorurs i nitrats. Mal estat quantitatiu i químic. La vulnerabilitat és moderada. El projecte no es troba en zona inundable o potencialment inundable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A la parcel·la no es realitza cap activitat agrària rellevant, actualment, son terres de conreu amb molt poc arbrat, per dur a terme el projecte es preveu eliminar 10 garrovers “Ceratonia siliqua”. S'identifiquen espècies arbòries en els límits de la parcel·la, al costat de les parets de separació. La parcel·la té un escàs grau de cobertura de vegetació, pel fet que es tracta de parcel·les destinades al cultiu herbaci. No s'estableixen associacions vegetals o comunitats botàniques d'interès remarcable. Les espècies vegetals identificades (herbàcies espontànies) manquen d'interès botànic, si bé són clars indicadors de zones rurals o agràries. En conseqüència, la vegetació de la zona no presenta endemismes ni espècies amenaçades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En relació a la flora, no hi ha presència de flora protegida a l'àrea del projecte. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La fauna present a la zona d'actuació és l'habitual d'aquelles zones naturals amb una diversificació d'hàbitats limitada per l'activitat agrícola.&lt;span style="color:#ff0000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Segons font de l'IDEIB, apareixen les següents espècies catalogades, no amenaçades a la quadrícula de 5 x 5 del Bioatles: tortuga mediterrània (Testudo hermanni), serp de garriga (Macroprotodon mauritanicus), eriçó (Atelerix algirus), dragó (Tarentola mauritanica), ratapinyada de coa llarga (Tadarida teniotis) i mussol banyut (Asio otus).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En relació a elements patrimonials, no es van identificar elements susceptibles de protecció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Resum del procés d'avaluació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Fase d'informació pública i de consultes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El 21 de febrer de 2019 es va publicar en el BOIB núm. 23 la informació pública d'autorització administrativa, declaració d'utilitat pública i AIA del Parc fotovoltaic Na Síquia. NO HI HA HAGUT AL·LEGACIONS. Durant la IP han estat consultades les següents administracions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.Servei de Reforma i Desenvolupament Agrari de la DG de Medi Rural&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.GOB i Amics de la Terra&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.Endesa i Red Eléctrica de España&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'han rebut els següents informes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.Informe favorable del Servei de Reforma i Desenvolupament Rural (5/3/19) informa favorablement la instal·lació des del punt de vista de desenvolupament agrari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.Informe, de data 05/04/19, del Departament de Territori i Infraestructures del Consell de Mallorca que, vistes les consideracions del seu informe, informa favorablement el projecte amb les següents condicions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Segons la documentació presentada sembla que es planteja situar una barrera vegetal en tots els límits del parc fotovoltaic, a base d'ullastres, garrovers i vegetació arbustiva. Aquesta mesura es considera adient, però una vegada revisades les infografies aportades, sembla que aquesta barrera és insuficient per minimitzar l'impacte paisatgístic de la instal·lació. A més, tenint en compte que segons l'EIA aportat la major part de la visibilitat del parc es situa en l'entorn més immediat, en el moment d'executar el projecte caldria ampliar i densificar aquesta barrera amb mida suficient per tal de minimitzar l'impacte paisatgístic de la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Segons els plànols aportats sembla que es planteja un camí que transcorre d'est a oest a la part central del parc fotovoltaic , però no queda clar el seu acabat, si està pavimentat o no. Tenint en compte la situació del parc fotovoltaic en sòl rústic, i el compliment de l'Annex F del PDSEIB, seria adient minimitzar els moviments de terres així com no impermeabilitzar el camí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Referent al retranqueig proposat, cal recordar que segons el planejament vigent de Santanyí , la distància mínima a vial haurà de ser de 13 metres i a les partions ha d'ésser de 3 metres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En relació a l'informe del departament del Departament de Territori i Infraestructures del Consell de Mallorca, el document de contestació de deficiències presentat pel promotor en data 18 març 2020, indica que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Es remeten noves infografies amb l'alçada adequada en el document addicional de l'Estudi D'Impacte Ambiental. Tot i això, en cas que fos necessari es faria un replanteig de la barrera vegetal reforçant encara més aquelles zones que es considerin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- El camí plantejat no es troba pavimentat, es tracta d'un camí de terra que permet la circulació fins als centres de transformació per tasques d'operació i manteniment. Al tractar-se d'un terreny pla, els moviments de terra seran mínims.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Es fa el retranqueig del CMM, ubicant-lo a un mínim de la distància assenyalada. Per un altra banda, les distàncies presses en tot el projecte, en relació amb les estructures fotovoltaiques respecte als límits amb les partions, s'han considerat de 10 metres. S'adjunta un plànol amb la nova disposició del CMM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.Informe de l'ajuntament de Santanyí de data 21/05/19 indicant que no existeix cap inconvenient sempre que es prenguin les mesures adequades per reduir, tant com sigui possible, l'impacte visual, amb arbrat al voltant de la instal·lació o amb altres mesures, tot vegada que, tant a Santanyí com a la resta de l'illa, un dels valors principals a conservar és el paisatge i l'entorn natural dels nostres pobles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-En relació a l'informe de l'ajuntament de Santanyí, el document de contestació de deficiències indica que: Prenen en consideració la informació i prendran les mesures adequades per tal de reduir la visibilitat tant com sigui possible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Alternatives&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les alternatives presentades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Alternativa 0: La no execució del projecte, es descarta. S'ha decidit projectar el parc fotovoltaic amb l'objectiu de reduir la dependència energètica, aprofitar els recursos de les energies renovables i diversificar les fonts de subministrament incorporant les menys contaminants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La primera restricció a l'hora de trobar alternatives &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;é&lt;/span&gt;s la viabilitat tècnica del projecte, nivells d'irradiació solar, barreres geogràfiques, zones planes i de poca activitat sísmica i el punt d'evacuació d'energia. A partir d'aquí es trobaren 4 alternatives:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Alternativa 1: polígon 12, parcel·les 334-335 del T.M. de Campos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Alternativa 2: polígon 9, parcel·les 68-1070 del T.M. Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Alternativa 3: polígon 3, parcel·la 531 del T.M. Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Alternativa 4: polígon 10, parcel·les 945-946 del T.M. Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Totes les alternatives es troben situades sobre zones d'aptitud fotovoltaica. Cap se situa sobre Espai Natural Protegit a Illes Balears ni sobre Xarxa Natura 2000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'alternativa 1: s'ubica a una àrea d'interès agrari intensiu i amb afecció per APR d'inundacions. Una superfície de 17.446 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt;, aptitud fotovoltaica baixa i la línia d'evacuació utilitzada per 2 parcs fotovoltaics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'alternativa 2: s'ubica en SRG i té afecció per APR d'incendis, aptitud fotovoltaica mitja i una superfície de 34.062 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt;. La línia d'evacuació utilitzada per un parc fotovoltaic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'alternativa 3: les parcel·les tenen una superfície de 36.583m2, s'ubica en SRG (21.664m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt;), sòl rústic forestal (14.919 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt;) i APR d'incendis de (14.772 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt;). Té aptitud fotovoltaica mitja-alta, pendent mitja del 10% i sobre vegetació. Uns 9500 m2 són Hàbitats d'Interès Comunitari (HIC) format (Cneoro tricocci-Ceratonietum siliquae i Hypochoerido-Brachypodietum retusi)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'alternativa 4: és l'alternativa escollida per al projecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'analitzen alternatives i, en funció de paràmetres com presència d'espais protegits, vegetació, fauna, sistema territorial, afecció a altres activitats i condicions d'evacuació de la energia, s'escull l'alternativa 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A la mateixa descripció de les alternatives ja s'evidencia que alguna d'elles és poc viable per diferents raons. De l'alternativa 1 el document indica que té una superfície de 17.446 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt;, afectada per APR d'inundacions a un àrea d'interès agrari intensiu, el projecte té una ocupació aproximada de 41.000 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt;, raó per la qual ja no seria viable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A l'alternativa 2, la superfície de 34.062 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt; , afectada per APR d'incendis i en vegetació forestal al centre de la parcel·la, raó per la qual sembla que tampoc seria viable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En relació a l'alternativa 3, té una superfície de 36.583 m2, 14.000 dels quals son (SRF), uns 9.500 m2 són Hàbitats d'Interès Comunitari (HIC) i pendent del 10%, raons per les quals a priori també seria inviable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es recorda que les alternatives han de ser viables tècnicament i sobretot ambientalment. Els paràmetres més tècnics o econòmics, com la proximitat a la subestació i la mínima longitud de línia d'evacuació soterrada necessària, són paràmetres a tenir en compte, però, els paràmetres ambientals tenen més pes a l'hora de decidir l'alternativa més viable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es va requerir al Promotor una esmena del document ambiental, en data de 18/03/2020 va presentar un document addicional, en el qual va presentar les següents alternatives:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Alternativa 1: Parcel·les 944, 945 i 946 del polígon 10 del terme municipal de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Alternativa 2: Parcel·les 181 i 182 del polígon 11 T.M. de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Alternativa 3 Parcel·la 506 del polígon 7 T.M de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per determinar quina alternativa té menys afeccions paisatgístiques, s'ha fet una modelització mitjançant un model digital del terreny LIDAR, de les conques visuals associades per cada una de les alternatives. S'ha tingut en compte la instal·lació d'una pantalla vegetal perimetral de 3 metres d'alçada i els càlculs en un envoltant de 2 km des del perímetre d'instal·lació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els resultats són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En referència als impactes més severs, són majoritàriament la generació de residus i els impactes sobre el paisatge. En relació als residus es realitzarà una adequada gestió dels residus de construcció i demolició generats durant les fases de construcció i desmantellament, separant-se a l'obra en fraccions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les plaques fotovoltaiques tenen materials contaminants perillosos i han de ser gestionats com RAEE'S. Per tant, el promotor o el propietari han d'assegurar que les plaques seran gestionades de forma correcta, tant durant la vida del parc com durant el desmantellament, tractant-los a com a residus perillosos i gestionant-los com a RESIDUS D'APARELLS ELÈCTRICS I ELECTRÒNICS (RAEE), tal com s'estableix al Reial Decret 110/2015, de 20 de febrer, sobre residus d'aparells elèctrics i electrònics (codi LER-RAEE 160213*-13* 4. Aparats electrònics i de consum i panells fotovoltaics). Al Projecte s'haurà de garantir el correcte tractament mitjançant una declaració responsable de la gestió correcta de les plaques, signat pel promotor i/o el propietari. A més, de preveure mesures com la realització d'un aval amb el cost del desmantellament perquè el propietari pugui desmantellar-ho si fos necessari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atesa la gran quantitat de parcs i panells fotovoltaics que s'estan instal·lant, és previsible que d'aquí uns anys hi hagi un volum de residus de plaques important, raó per la qual s'ha de preveure per estar preparats i poder gestionar-los i tractar-los correctament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A l'estudi d'impacte ambiental no es fa referència a mesures per al manteniment adequat dels aparells elèctrics potencialment contaminants com són els centres de transformació els quals contenen olis o gasos dielèctrics i hexafluorur de sofre (SF&lt;sub&gt;6&lt;/sub&gt;). L'SF&lt;sub&gt;6&lt;/sub&gt; és un gas d'efecte hivernacle amb un potencial d'escalfament global de 22.200 per la qual cosa s'ha d'evitar qualsevol fuita d'aquest gas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En relació a la neteja de les plaques, en la mesura del possible es realitzarà "en sec", sense ús d'aigua, amb la finalitat d'estalviar aquest recurs. Si no es pogués, es farà servir aigua regenerada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per altra banda, la finalitat de l'estudi de visibilitat és determinar la visibilitat del projecte des dels punts d'observació amb potencials observadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es presenta un estudi de la qualitat del paisatge, que té en compte les variables de vegetació i usos del sòl, masses d'aigües superficials, geologia, espais naturals i presència d'elements antròpics. Aquest estudi valora la parcel·la d'actuació com a qualitat mitja/baixa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;I un estudi de la fragilitat del paisatge, que es refereix a la conca visual dels principals observadors potencials de la zona d'estudi: visibilitat obtinguda situant als observadors potencials en aquelles zones des de la qual serà més probable la presència dels mateixos (nuclis de població, carreteres, ferrocarrils, ...). Les variables que es tenen en compte per realitzar l'estudi de la fragilitat del paisatge són les següents: visibilitat, accessibilitat, complexitat topogràfica i emmascarament. El radi màxim que s'ha tingut en compte per calcular la conca visual ha estat de 2 km al voltant de la parcel·la d'estudi. Aquest valora la fragilitat visual com a baixa o molt baixa al 67% del territori analitzat, 20% fragilitat mitja i un 14% són zones de fragilitat alta i molt alta corresponents majoritàriament a les àrees dels voltants de la parcel·la amb alta accessibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;També es presenta una valoració del paisatge respecte a l'actuació projectada, consistent en combinar la qualitat visual i la fragilitat, obtenint un resultat de 87% de l'àrea estudiada un valor mitjà-baix i el 13% un valor alt – molt alt que corresponen a les àrees visibles i d'accessibilitat alta pròximes al projecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En relació a la pantalla vegetal, l'estudi indica que es posarà en el perímetre de la instal·lació. Per altra banda, el document indica que la longitud total de la pantalla vegetal serà de 936 m i que consistirà en la plantació d'ullastres “Olea europea”, garrovers “Ceratonia siliqua”, i mates “Pistacia lentiscus” d'uns 0.5 m d'alçada, 1 m de separació entre ells i amb la següent seqüència ullastre-mata-garrover-mata-ullastre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Al document d'esmena enviat al promotor es va indicar que no era suficient, el promotor esmenà les deficiències amb un document addicional de data de 18/03/2020 indicant:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La longitud total de la pantalla vegetal serà de 936 m i que consistirà en la plantació alterna (arbre-arbust) de les següents espècies separades 1 metre:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Garrovers (Ceratonia siliqua) de 1,5 –2 m d'alçada i uns 15 cm de diàmetre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Ullastres (Olea europaea), similars dimensions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Mates (Pistacia lentiscus), d'una saba a safata forestal (matoll o bardissa arbustiva).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Aladern (Rhamnus alaternus), d'una saba a safata forestal (matoll o bardissa arbustiva).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es plantaran un total de 234 plantes de cada una de les citades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'instal·larà un sistema de reg per degoteig automàtic per a tota la barrera vegetal que funcionarà durant tota la fase de funcionament, estarà connectat a un dipòsit de 3 m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;sup&gt;3&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; d'aigua que s'omplirà amb camions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es farà un manteniment i neteja i es substituiran els exemplars morts. El pressupost per a la pantalla vegetal és de 18.252 Euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El tancament en malla metàl·lica s'adapta a la norma 22 del PTIM. Tindrà una alçada màxima 2,2 metres i la malla s'aixeca 20 cm del terra per deixar passar la fauna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es presenta un Pla de Vigilància Ambiental (PVA) on es detallen els controls i es defineixen els indicadors de compliment a utilitzar per cada una de les fases, així com les mesures a adoptar en cas de incompliment. &lt;/span&gt;El projecte té un pressupost de 1.576.194,05 d'euros raó per la qual i d'acord amb l'article 29 de la Llei 12/2016, de 17 d'agost, d'avaluació ambiental de les Illes Balears, es designarà un auditor ambiental. El pressupost destina 32.000 euros al PVA:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-10.000 € a la fase de construcció, de 5 mesos de durada, visita setmanal del tècnic i l'elaboració d'informes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-18.000 € fase de funcionament, duració 3 anys, visita mensual del tècnic i elaboració d'informes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-4.000 € fase de desmantellament, duració 2 mesos, visita setmanal del tècnic i elaboració d'informes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Al PVA s'haurà d'incloure clarament el desmantellament de la instal·lació amb la finalitat que el terreny recuperi el seu estat original i es prendran les mesures correctores necessàries per tal d'eliminar o disminuir l'impacte ambiental associat. Al Projecte haurà de garantir-se el correcte tractament mitjançant una declaració responsable de la gestió correct&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt; de les plaques, que hauran de signar el promotor i/o el propietari. S'haurà d'indicar si està previst l'aval per a garantir el desmantellament del parc. En relació a la vida útil de la instal·lació, s'estima que siguin 25-30 anys, després de la qual s'haurà de desmantellar. S'informa que, si es vol seguir explotant com a parc, s'haurà de passar una nova AIA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es preveu una producció elèctrica fotovoltaica de 5.387.662,8 Kwh/any i un estalvi d'emissions a l'atmosfera de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Conclusions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot l'anterior, es proposa formular la declaració d'impacte ambiental favorable a la realització del Parc fotovoltaic Na Síquia de 3,643 MWp i 31.910 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt; d'ocupació, parcel·les 944, 945 i 946, polígon 10, TM Santanyí, promogut per Good Wind Entertainment S.L.&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;atès que previsiblement no es produiran impactes adversos significatius sobre el medi ambient, sempre que es compleixin les mesures preventives previstes a l'EIA, el projecte bàsic i el document addicional de EIA de mar&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ç&lt;/span&gt; de 2020 a més dels següents condicionants:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.Les noves edificacions plantejades destinades a Centre de Control CC, Centre de Transformació CT i Centre de Maniobra i Mesura CMM, per tal de donar compliment a la norma 22 del PTIM i millorar així la seva integració paisatgística i ambiental, han de complir: coberta amb teula àrab, acabat de façana tipus pedra, marès o ocre terra. A més, cal estudiar la superposició dels acabats segons la norma 22 als edificis prefabricats, per tal d'evitar la presència d'elements aliens a la tipologia tradicional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.Durant el temps que duri l'obra s'han d'adoptar les màximes precaucions per evitar l'abocament de substàncies contaminants (olis, hidrocarburs, etc.), tant de manera accidental com per dur a terme les tasques de manteniment de la maquinària emprada per executar l'obra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.La barrera vegetal mantindrà la vegetació existent als límits de la parcel·la sempre que sigui possible, estarà constituïda per una combinació d'estrat arbori i arbustiu i es crearà en la totalitat del perímetre de la parcel·la d'actuació. L'estrat arbori estarà format per exemplars autòctons de port mitjà o gran (entre 1,5 i 2 metres), amb baixos requeriments hídrics, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;es reutilitzaran els&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; exemplars presents a la pròpia parcel·la i la resta es completarà amb (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ullastres&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Olea europaea&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; i garrovers “Ceratonia siliqua”). L'estrat arbustiu estarà format principalment per “Pistacia lentiscus” (mata) i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;Rhamnus alaternus&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;” (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aladern&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#1c1c1c"&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. La separació entre els peus sembrats &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;serà d'1 metre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Es faran revisions periòdiques, manteniment, neteja i reposició d'exemplars morts durant tota la vida del parc, s'ha d'assolir l'alçada de 3 metres en un termini màxim de 3 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.S'instal·larà un sistema de reg automàtic per degoteig a tota la pantalla vegetal, es realitzaran regs de reforçament, sobretot durant la fase de sembra i els dos primers anys, en els mesos estivals, quan l'estrès hídric és més elevat. Es realitzarà el reg preferentment amb aigua depurada, en horari de menor intensitat lumínica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.L'òrgan substantiu i l'òrgan ambiental podran, en qualsevol moment, verificar l'estat de la barrera vegetal i, en el cas de que no estigués ben executada, l'òrgan substantiu obligarà al promotor a instal·lar-la amb les conseqüències establertes en la llei per incompliment &lt;/span&gt;de la DIA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.Quedarà prohibit l'ús de pesticides i d'altres verins al terreny del parc fotovoltaic. Es farà el control de la vegetació de l'interior del parc fotovoltaic mitjançant pastura amb ramat oví o amb mitjans mecànics que no afectin al sòl (desbrossadores).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.S'hauran de preveure mesures per prevenir o evitar possibles electrocucions i col·lisions d'aus a la nova torre metàl·lica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8.Durant la fase d'explotació es farà un manteniment preventiu de tots els equips elèctrics que contenguin olis o gasos dielèctrics. Es realitzarà un control del gas hexafluorur de sofre (SF&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;sub&gt;6&lt;/sub&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) de manera periòdica, mitjançant la verificació de la pressió o de la densitat i s'aplicaran mesures correctores si es detecten fuites. En les operacions de manteniment que impliquin el buidat de l'hexafluorur de sofre, es recuperarà el gas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.S'han de realitzar mesures periòdiques del camp electromagnètic durant la vida útil de la instal·lació fotovoltaica, de la línia elèctrica i de la subestació elèctrica i s'ha de complir amb l'establert al Reial Decret 1066/2001, de 28 de setembre, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament que estableix condicions de protecció del domini públic radioelèctric, restriccions a les emissions radioelèctriques i mesures de protecció sanitària davant d'emissions radioelèctriques i al Reial decret 337/2014, de 9 de maig, pel qual s'aproven el Reglament sobre condicions tècniques i garanties de seguretat en instal·lacions elèctriques d'alta tensió i les seves instruccions tècniques complementàries ITC-RAT 01 a 23 o a la normativa que els substitueixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10.El tancament en malla metàl·lica s'ha d'adaptar &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la norma 22 del PTIM. L'a&lt;/span&gt;lçada màxima 2,2 metres i la malla s'aixeca 20 cm del terra per a deixar passar la fauna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11.Durant la realització de les rases, caldrà prendre mesures per evitar la caiguda de fauna raó per la qual, si aquestes han de romandre obertes fora de la jornada laboral, s'haurà de disposar llistons per permetre la seva sortida i realitzar revisions diàries per alliberar els animals que hi hagin pogut caure.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.S'haurà de garantir que les subjeccions de les plaques es realitzen de materials correctes i preparats per a la intempèrie que no generin impactes sobre el sòl.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.La neteja dels panells fotovoltaics es realitzarà, en la mesura del possible, "en sec", sense ús d'aigua, amb la finalitat d'estalviar aquest recurs, i si no fos possible, que sigui amb aigua regenerada. Per a l'ús d'aigües regenerades s'haurà de complir amb el RD 1620/2007, de 7 de desembre, pel qual s'estableix el règim jurídic de la reutilització de les aigües depurades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14.Atès que el pressupost del projecte supera el milió d'euros, es designarà un auditor ambiental. Serà responsable de vigilar que es compleixin les mesures preventives i correctores a aplicar, principalment la pantalla vegetal, el seguiment ambiental i el desmantellament; a més de l'elaboració d'informes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15.Els panells fotovoltaics tenen materials contaminants perillosos raó per la qual s'hauran de tractar com a residu d'aparells elèctrics i electrònics, tal com s'estableix al Reial Decret 110/2015, de 20 de febrer, sobre residus. Per tant, s'haurà de garantir la correcta gestió dels panells fotovoltaics, tant en la fase d'explotació com de desmantellament mitjançant una declaració responsable de la gestió correcta de les plaques, que hauran de signar el promotor i/o el propietari, sense perjudici de que l'òrgan substantiu valori l'aplicació potestativa de l'article 31 de la Llei 12/2016 d'avaluació ambiental relatiu a fiances i/o assegurances per garantir dit desmantellament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;16.Una vegada finalitzada la vida útil de la instal·lació fotovoltaica (que es preveu en 25-30 anys) es recuperarà el terreny al seu estat original i es prendran les mesures correctores necessàries per tal d'eliminar o disminuir l'impacte ambiental associat. Això no obstant, si en el termini de 25 anys es vol seguir explotant com a parc, s'haurà de sotmetre a un nou procediment d'Avaluació d'Impacte Ambiental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;17.S'hauran d'implementar mesures per tal d'evitar emissions durant la fase de manteniment, com l'ús de vehicles elèctrics per a realitzar les tasques de manteniment del parc i la instal·lació d'autoconsum fotovoltaic als edificis de la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.35cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta proposta de Declaració d'impacte ambiental s'emet sense perjudici de les competències urbanístiques, de gestió o territorials de les administracions competents i de les autoritzacions o informes necessaris per a l'obtenció de l'autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
