Margalida Villalonga Reinoso,&amp;nbsp;1ra&amp;nbsp;Tinenta d'Alcalde d'aquesta Corporació la tramitació i resolució dels expedients 405/2020, 146/2020 i 485/2018, atorgant la facultat de resoldre mitjançant actes administratius amb efectes a tercers, en&amp;nbsp;els&amp;nbsp;següents&amp;nbsp;termes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;DECRET DE BATLIA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Vistes les causes d'abstenció que preveu l'article 23 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic, i atès que a l'Ajuntament s'estan tramitant diversos expedients respecte dels quals em trobaria en alguna de les situacions descrites en dit precepte, concretament els expedients:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- 405/2020 Expedient Sancionador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- 146/2020 Concessió d'una llicència de Gual&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- 485/2018 Gestió urbanística, recepció de la Ua-11&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Vist que segons estableix l'article 21 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local, em correspondria la competència per a la tramitació i resolució dels esmentats expedients. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En aplicació dels articles 43.5 i 44 del Reglament d'Organització, Funcionament i Règim Jurídic de les Entitats Locals, aprovat per Real Decret 2568/1986, &lt;strong&gt;RESOLC&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;PRIMER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;.- Delegar en la Sra. Margalida Villalonga Reinoso, 1ra Tinent de Batle d'aquesta Corporació la tramitació i resolució dels expedients 405/2020, 146/2020 i 485/2018, atorgant la facultat de resoldre mitjançant actes administratius amb efectes a tercers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;SEGON&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;.- Ordenar la publicació en el Bolletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&amp;nbsp; de conformitat amb el previst a l'article 44 del Reglament d'Organització, Funcionament i Règim Jurídic de les Entitats Locals, aprovat per Real Decret 2568/1986. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
