&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. L'Acord de formació per a l'ocupació de les administracions públiques de 9 de març de 2018, publicat mitjançant la Resolució de la Secretaria d'Estat d'Administracions Públiques de 21 de març de 2018 (&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat&lt;/em&gt; núm. 74, de 26 de març), té com a finalitat principal l'adaptació del text del IV Acord de formació contínua a les administracions públiques de 21 de setembre de 2005 al que disposen les sentències del Tribunal Constitucional respecte a les competències autonòmiques sobre la gestió de la formació dels empleats públics de l'Administració local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El capítol II de l'Acord de formació esmentat disposa que les administracions públiques que vulguin finançar activitats formatives amb càrrec a l'Acord poden elaborar els plans següents: unitaris, que es caracteritzen per afectar el personal d'una sola administració pública amb, almenys, 200 empleats públics, independentment de les unitats o els òrgans que incloguin; agrupats, que es caracteritzen per afectar el personal de dues entitats locals o més, i interadministratius, que es caracteritzen per estar destinats als empleats públics de diverses administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El context actual, en què els recursos són limitats i hi ha necessitat d'aprofitar sinergies entre les diferents administracions, aconsella escollir un sistema de gestió del fons de formació dirigit a l'Administració local que sigui col·laboratiu, en el qual es delimitin clarament les funcions i els rols de cada administració. En aquest sentit, la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, estableixen la possibilitat que les administracions públiques subscriguin convenis de col·laboració en l'àmbit de les competències respectives. Així mateix, l'article 6 dels Estatuts de l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (EBAP) preveu la subscripció de convenis com a eina de col·laboració entre l'Escola i altres administracions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. En la sessió de 20 d'abril de 2016, la Comissió Paritària de Formació per a l'Ocupació de l'Administració Local de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears va aprovar el model de gestió compartida dels fons destinats a la formació del personal al servei de l'Administració local mitjançant la subscripció de convenis de col·laboració. Aquest model s'ha modificat en diverses ocasions, per acord de la Comissió en la sessió de 14 de març de 2018, en la sessió de 15 d'abril de 2019 i, finalment, en la sessió de 7 de maig de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. En la sessió de 18 de juny de 2020, la Comissió Paritària de Formació per a l'Ocupació de l'Administració Local de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears va aprovar el pla de formació dirigit al personal al servei de les Entitats Locals de les Illes Balears que ha de dur a terme l'EBAP per a l'any 2020, de conformitat amb l'article 21 de l'Acord de Formació per a l'Ocupació de les Administracions Locals de 9 de març de 2018 (publicat mitjançant la Resolució de 21 de març de la Secretaria d'Estat de Funció Pública en el BOE núm. 74, de 26 de març).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. En la sessió de 22 de juny de 2020, el Consell de Direcció, en exercici de la funció que estableix l'article 11.&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; dels Estatuts de l'EBAP, va aprovar el Pla de Formació per a Entitats Locals de l'EBAP, corresponent a l'any 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. D'acord amb el que estableix l'article 12 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, corresponen a l'EBAP la formació, la capacitació i el perfeccionament del personal al servei de l'Administració autonòmica i de les entitats que en depenen. Així mateix, aquesta norma afegeix que, en els termes que s'estableixin, correspon a l'EBAP la realització d'activitats formatives i de selecció del personal al servei de les altres administracions de l'àmbit territorial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. L'article 1 del Decret 191/1996, de 25 d'octubre, pel qual es regulen les condicions generals de les activitats formatives que organitza la Conselleria d'Interior (actualment, Conselleria d'Hisenda i Administracions Públiques), indica que l'Institut Balear d'Administració Pública (actualment, Escola Balear d'Administració Pública) és el principal instrument de la política formativa de l'Administració pública de les Illes Balears, i elabora periòdicament diferents plans de formació que responen als principis d'eficàcia i de qualitat de les activitats formatives, amb la finalitat d'afavorir la participació del personal al servei de l'Administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. De conformitat amb l'article 22.&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; de l'Acord de formació per a l'ocupació de les administracions públiques de 8 de març de 2018 (BOE núm. 74, de 26 de març), a les comunitats autònomes, els instituts o escoles d'administració pública són els òrgans de suport permanent a la Comissió Paritària de Formació per a l'Ocupació de l'Administració Local del territori de la mateixa comunitat autònoma i, en el marc de l'Acord de formació esmentat, els correspon el desenvolupament dels plans de formació per a l'ocupació a la comunitat autònoma i a l'Administració local del seu territori. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. L'article 5.1 del Decret 31/2012, de 13 d'abril, pel qual s'aproven els Estatuts de l'EBAP, inclou, entre les seves funcions, la promoció, l'organització i la gestió de la formació, el reciclatge i el perfeccionament del personal de la Comunitat Autònoma i, si escau, de la resta d'administracions del seu àmbit territorial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. La Llei 59/2003, de 19 de desembre, de signatura electrònica, regula aquest tipus de signatura, la seva eficàcia jurídica i la prestació de serveis de certificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. La Llei 30/2015, de 9 de setembre, per la qual es regula el sistema de formació professional per a l'ocupació en l'àmbit laboral, així com l'Acord de formació per a l'ocupació en les administracions públiques, el qual va modificar i va ratificar la Mesa General de Negociació de les Administracions Públiques el 15 de març de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot això, d'acord amb les atribucions que atorga l'article 11.2.&lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt; dels Estatuts de l'EBAP, el Consell de Direcció, en la sessió de data 22 de gener de 2020, adopta el següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACORD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Acordar la convocatòria de les activitats que s'ofereixen al personal al servei de l'Administració local de l'àmbit territorial de les Illes Balears, segons el Pla de Formació aprovat pel Consell de Direcció de l'EBAP per a l'any 2020, d'acord amb el que estableixen els annexos 1 i 2 d'aquest Acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Delegar en la Direcció Gerència de l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública la modificació o la supressió de les activitats en funció de la demanda i la disponibilitat pressupostària. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Publicar aquest Acord en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra aquest Acord, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el Consell de Direcció de l'EBAP en el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir de l'endemà de la publicació en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquest Acord, d'acord amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punt 1. Model de gestió compartida i àmbit del Pla&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Des de l'any 2016 hi ha en funcionament un model de gestió dels fons de formació destinats a les entitats locals de les Illes Balears que es basa en una gestió compartida dels plans formatius, derivada de les competències concurrents en matèria de formació en l'àmbit local, a fi d'aprofitar sinergies i reduir càrregues administratives i duplicitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquest Pla de Formació sorgeix d'una part del fons finalista rebut de l'Institut Nacional d'Administracions Públiques per destinar als plans formatius de les entitats locals de les Illes Balears, per tal d'organitzar activitats de caire transversal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punt 2. Destinataris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.1. Els destinataris de les activitats del Pla de Formació per a Entitats Locals organitzades per l'EBAP són el personal al servei de les administracions locals de les Illes Balears inclòs en l'Acord de formació per a l'ocupació de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.2.&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;El personal esmentat en el punt anterior té dret a participar en les activitats formatives de l'EBAP en els termes i en les condicions que es determinen en aquest annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punt 3. Modalitats d'inscripció a les activitats formatives i presentació de documentació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.1. La inscripció a les activitats formatives d'aquest Pla s'ha de fer mitjançant&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;la matriculació per Internet, per a la qual cosa s'ha d'accedir a la pàgina web &lt;em&gt;http://ebap.caib.es&lt;/em&gt;; a continuació, s'ha d'accedir a «Plans de formació de l'EBAP 2020»; a continuació, s'ha d'accedir a «Pla de Formació per a Entitats Locals 2020»; finalment, s'ha d'accedir a la matriculació mitjançant la fitxa de cada activitat. No s'ha d'enviar a l'EBAP el justificant de matriculació que apareix al final del procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.2. D'altra banda, en el moment d'emplenar la sol·licitud, les persones interessades han de signar una declaració de responsabilitat sobre la veracitat de les dades consignades, inclosa en el mateix tràmit telemàtic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.3. Algunes activitats formatives tenen requisits, que s'han d'acreditar juntament amb la sol·licitud i de manera individualitzada. Aquesta documentació s'ha d'enviar a l'adreça electrònica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt; &lt;em&gt;formaciogeneral@ebap.caib.es&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; o al número de fax 971 17 63 19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punt 4. Termini de presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.1. El termini d'inscripció previst per a les activitats formatives del Pla de Formació per a Entitats Locals de l'any 2020 és del 26 de juny al 6 de juliol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.2. S'estableix un límit de dues sol·licituds per persona per inscriure's al Pla de Formació per a Entitats Locals. Si una persona supera aquest límit, només s'acceptarà la sol·licitud a les dues primeres activitats per ordre d'entrada i es descartaran la resta d'inscripcions. Les sol·licituds presentades fora de termini no es tindran en compte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.3. Si queden places disponibles en una activitat formativa, es pot obrir un nou termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.4. És aplicable a aquest Pla de Formació la Resolució de la presidenta de l'EBAP d'11 de juliol de 2009 per la qual s'aproven noves formes d'inscripció a les accions formatives dels plans de formació de l'EBAP. En aquest sentit, una vegada publicada la llista definitiva de persones admeses, les persones interessades que, d'acord amb el punt 1 de l'annex de la Resolució esmentada abans, presentin una sol·licitud dins un nou termini d'inscripció en el registre de qualsevol ens o òrgan de l'Administració diferent de l'EBAP, han d'avançar la sol·licitud i els justificants dels requisits, si escau, a l'adreça electrònica &lt;em&gt;formaciogeneral@ebap.caib.es&lt;/em&gt; o al número de fax 971 17 63 19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punt 5. Calendari de les activitats formatives &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.1. Les dates i els horaris concrets de les activitats formatives es publicaran a la pàgina web &lt;em&gt;http://ebap.caib.es&lt;/em&gt; i, si escau, es notificaran a les persones admeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.2. Quan el nombre de sol·licituds o altres circumstàncies ho aconsellin, l'EBAP podrà organitzar noves edicions de la mateixa activitat formativa al llarg de l'any en curs. Aquesta situació queda condicionada a la disponibilitat pressupostària i es comunicarà a les persones interessades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punt 6. Requisits preferents o exclusius&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.1. Quan les activitats formatives estableixin destinataris o requisits preferents, l'EBAP comprovarà que les persones interessades compleixen les condicions de preferència. En cas de no haver-hi aspirants suficients, les activitats formatives es podran oferir a aspirants que no compleixin aquestes condicions, però que tenguin un perfil que s'adapti al contingut de les activitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.2. Quan les activitats formatives estableixin destinataris o requisits exclusius, l'EBAP comprovarà que les persones interessades compleixen les condicions d'exclusivitat. No s'admetran les sol·licituds dels aspirants que no compleixin aquestes condicions. L'EBAP es reserva la possibilitat de modificar els requisits d'exclusius a preferents, sempre que els canvis estiguin degudament justificats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6.3. Quan les activitats formatives estableixin requisits molt específics, serà necessari acreditar-los documentalment abans de l'inici de les activitats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punt 7. Selecció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.1. Només s'admetran les sol·licituds de les persones que compleixin els requisits establerts en aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.2. Tenint en compte el punt 2 d'aquestes instruccions, si el nombre de persones admeses a una activitat supera el nombre de places previst, l'EBAP en farà la selecció corresponent. Els criteris de preferència en la selecció són els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1r. Els destinataris preferents, quan així ho estableixi l'activitat formativa. La relació de l'activitat formativa amb les funcions que desenvolupi el sol·licitant s'ha d'acreditar amb un document signat pel superior jeràrquic responsable del lloc de treball de què es tracti. A aquest efecte, l'EBAP farà les comprovacions oportunes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2n. Els sol·licitants que tenen un menor nombre d'accions formatives certificades per l'EBAP l'any anterior i l'any actual. Es computen les activitats certificades en el pla de l'activitat sol·licitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3r. La data de registre de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es reservarà fins a un màxim del 50 % de les places previstes per al personal funcionari de carrera o personal laboral fix, i fins a un màxim del 50 % de les places per al personal funcionari interí o personal laboral temporal. S'exceptuen d'aquesta reserva les activitats formatives en les quals hi hagi destinataris preferents o que tenguin requisits preferents o exclusius per a poder participar-hi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.3. Les persones que, en el moment de presentar la sol·licitud, acreditin que s'han reincorporat al servei actiu després d'un permís de maternitat o paternitat, o d'una excedència per cura de familiars o de persones amb discapacitat, tindran la màxima preferència en la selecció, durant un any, sempre que compleixin els requisits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les referències que es fan en l'apartat de destinataris en relació amb els grups de personal funcionari són extensibles als nivells correlatius del personal laboral al servei de l'Administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.4. En cas que hi hagi activitats presencials que coincideixin parcialment o totalment en dates, les persones interessades només seran admeses en una activitat. No obstant això, s'admet la inscripció a una activitat formativa presencial o semipresencial i a una activitat formativa en línia que coincideixin parcialment o totalment en dates, o la inscripció a dues activitats en línia que coincideixin parcialment o totalment en dates.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punt 8. Causes de no admissió o exclusió de les activitats formatives&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Quedaran excloses del procés de selecció les persones que incorrin en alguna de les circumstàncies següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Presentació de sol·licituds fora de termini o per una via diferent de la que s'esmenta en el punt 3 d'aquestes instruccions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Omissió, inexactitud o falta de veracitat de les dades consignades en la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; No pertinença al grup destinatari de l'activitat formativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punt 9. Llistes de persones admeses&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.1. L'EBAP publicarà la llista de persones admeses a la pàgina web &lt;em&gt;http://ebap.caib.es&lt;/em&gt; i comunicarà individualment l'admissió mitjançant l'adreça electrònica facilitada a l'EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.2. En cas que els sol·licitants canviïn d'adreça electrònica, ho han de comunicar a l'EBAP. També han d'informar l'EBAP si l'adreça electrònica que facilitaren al principi ja no és operativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.3. L'EBAP també comunicarà individualment l'admissió mitjançant l'enviament de missatges SMS, sempre que es disposi d'un número de telèfon mòbil assignat al sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;9.4. &lt;/span&gt;L'EBAP, de conformitat amb el personal col·laborador, adaptarà les activitats formatives a les necessitats dels alumnes que al·leguin alguna discapacitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punt 10. Nombre d'assistents i suspensió d'activitats formatives&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10.1. Es poden suspendre les activitats que tenguin un nombre de persones inscrites (no excloses) inferior al 75 % de les places ofertes, o menys de quinze persones inscrites (no excloses), en el cas de Mallorca; inferior al 70 %, o menys de deu persones inscrites (no excloses), en el cas de Menorca i Eivissa, i inferior al 70 %, o menys de set persones inscrites (no excloses), en el cas de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punt 11. Llista d'espera&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11.1. Totes les activitats formatives poden tenir llistes d'espera per cobrir baixes o renúncies. Les llistes d'espera es publicaran a la pàgina web &lt;em&gt;http://ebap.caib.es&lt;/em&gt; en el moment de la selecció i s'actualitzaran, permanentment, de manera interna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11.2. En qualsevol cas, correspon a l'EBAP confirmar i decidir l'admissió a les activitats formatives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punt 12. Assistència i incapacitat laboral. Pèrdua de la situació de preferència&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.1. Amb la sol·licitud es contreu l'obligació d'accedir a les activitats formatives. Si no s'hi pot accedir, s'ha de comunicar per escrit a l'adreça electrònica &lt;em&gt;formaciogeneral@ebap.caib.es&lt;/em&gt; o al número de fax 971 17 63 19, com a mínim, cinc dies hàbils abans que comencin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.2. El fet de no renunciar a les activitats dins el termini fixat i de no comunicar la incapacitat laboral suposa ocupar, durant un any natural, el darrer nivell en els criteris de preferència en la selecció, d'acord amb el que estableix el punt 7 d'aquestes instruccions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.3. A l'efecte de justificar les absències, es consideraran les renúncies que es presentin fora de termini en els casos següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Baixa per malaltia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Malaltia de fills menors de 12 anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Absència motivada per necessitats del servei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Compliment d'un deure inexcusable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Accident o malaltia greu, hospitalització o defunció d'un familiar fins al segon grau de consanguinitat o afinitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquestes justificacions s'han d'acompanyar de la documentació acreditativa, a l'efecte de no perdre la situació de preferència en la selecció, d'acord amb el que estableix el punt 7 d'aquestes instruccions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.4. L'assistència a un 50 % mínim d'hores lectives permet mantenir la situació de preferència en la selecció, d'acord amb el que estableix el punt 7 d'aquestes instruccions. En el cas de les activitats en modalitat en línia, es manté la situació de preferència en la selecció si s'ha duit a terme un 50 % de l'activitat obligatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.5. Les absències superiors al 20 % d'hores lectives, encara que estiguin justificades, suposen la pèrdua del dret a obtenir els certificats d'aprofitament que es regulen en el punt 17 d'aquestes instruccions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.6. Les persones en situació de llicència per maternitat o paternitat, excedència per maternitat o paternitat, o cura de familiars o de persones dependents poden accedir a les activitats formatives de l'EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punt 13. Supressió i modificació d'activitats formatives. Resolució de casos especials&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.1. Per desenvolupar millor les seves funcions, l'EBAP pot suprimir activitats formatives; organitzar-ne de no programades amb anterioritat per necessitats concretes; efectuar-ne diverses edicions, i modificar-ne, si és pertinent, els objectius, els continguts, la durada, les dates i els requisits anunciats per adaptar-los millor als requeriments de la formació. De tot això, l'EBAP n'informarà puntualment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.2. Correspon a l'EBAP resoldre els dubtes o les incidències que sorgeixin sobre l'aplicació d'aquestes instruccions, o sobre casos concrets no prevists o excepcionals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.3. Es poden excloure de les activitats formatives els participants que mostrin comportaments o actituds irregulars, o que impedeixin el desenvolupament normal de la formació. Aquestes activitats també es poden modificar o suprimir. En qualsevol cas, l'EBAP elaborarà l'informe justificatiu corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punt 14. Material didàctic de les activitats formatives&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14.1. &lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;L'EBAP publicarà sota la llicència Creative Commons el material didàctic que s'elabori per a la formació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14.2. En cap cas s'enviarà per correu electrònic el material didàctic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punt 15. Instruccions de les activitats formatives de la modalitat en línia&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15.1. Per fer les activitats formatives de la modalitat en línia, és imprescindible que els alumnes disposin, durant el desenvolupament de les activitats, d'un aparell amb connexió a Internet que en permeti el seguiment. En cas contrari, no es poden fer les activitats formatives en línia de l'EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15.2. És necessari que l'aparell amb connexió a Internet tengui les característiques tècniques següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Resolució mínima de 1024 x 768.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Targeta de so, micròfon i altaveus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Navegador Mozilla Firefox o Google Chrome actualitzat (recomanat).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Java Runtime Environment (necessari per fer certs tipus d'activitats).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15.3. Per fer les activitats formatives de la modalitat en línia, és imprescindible que els alumnes tenguin una adreça electrònica que sigui operativa, atès que totes les comunicacions de l'EBAP amb els alumnes es faran per aquest mitjà. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15.4. Els alumnes admesos de la modalitat en línia estan obligats a accedir a les activitats formatives abans que comencin. En cas contrari, se'ls donarà de baixa i perdran la situació de preferència en la selecció (punt 7), excepte si, amb antelació, justifiquen que no podran accedir a l'activitat. Les places que restin lliures podran ser ocupades per persones de la llista d'espera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15.5. A l'efecte de descarregar documents, les activitats formatives de la modalitat en línia es tancaran i s'ocultaran a la plataforma virtual un mes després d'haver acabat el període de docència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15.6. En el moment de començar les activitats formatives en línia, els alumnes admesos han de llegir la Guia de l'alumnat, que recull unes instruccions concretes sobre el funcionament i el desenvolupament de les activitats i sobre els requisits mínims per obtenir els certificats d'aprofitament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15.7. El que no especifica aquest punt 15 sobre les activitats formatives en línia es regula amb les instruccions generals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punt 16. Activitats de contingut obert. Programa d'Autoaprenentatge&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquest any 2020 l'EBAP estrena el nou espai EBAP en Obert (&lt;em&gt;https://ebapenobert.caib.es&lt;/em&gt;). Des d'aquest nou espai es pot accedir al Programa d'Autoaprenentatge de l'Escola, i també s'hi poden trobar recursos formatius externs, materials didàctics en obert classificats per àrees de formació, etc. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Oferta formativa del Programa d'Autoaprenentatge &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Per a cada competència, el marc estableix quatre nivells de domini: bàsic, intermedi, avançat i altament especialitzat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;17.4. A partir de l'any 2019, les activitats formatives corresponents a l'àrea de tecnologies de la informació i comunicació es dissenyen amb la finalitat que les persones que hi participen puguin desenvolupar i millorar les seves competències digitals. Per això, i amb la finalitat que cada persona pugui elaborar el seu propi itinerari segons les seves necessitats, en la fitxa descriptiva de cada activitat s'indica quines competències digitals s'aprenen i amb quin nivell de domini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punt 18. Tipus de certificats&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les activitats objecte d'aquesta convocatòria només permeten obtenir certificats d'aprofitament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Certificat d'aprofitament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;18.1. L'EBAP expedirà certificats d'aprofitament de les activitats impartides a les persones que compleixin els requisits d'avaluació especificats en les instruccions de l'activitat formativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;Certificat d'aprofitament excel·lent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;18.2. L'EBAP podrà expedir el certificat d'aprofitament excel·lent amb l'objectiu d'impulsar la fase d'avaluació inclosa en els plans de formació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;18.3. El certificat d'aprofitament excel·lent s'expedeix, si escau, als alumnes que, a més de complir totes les condicions que estableixen els punts anteriors, obtinguin 8,5 punts o més en l'avaluació corresponent. Només poden obtenir aquest certificat com a màxim un 10 % de les persones certificades en cada acció formativa que prevegi aquesta certificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;19.1. En un termini inferior a dos mesos, comptador des de l'acabament de l'activitat, es publica a la pàgina web de l'EBAP (&lt;em&gt;http://ebap.caib.es&lt;/em&gt;) la llista de persones participants amb dret a certificat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;19.2. Els certificats expedits s'envien per correu electrònic, amb signatura digital.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;19.3. Es poden presentar reclamacions a la llista de persones amb dret a certificat en el termini de trenta dies naturals, comptadors a partir de l'endemà que s'hagi publicat. Una vegada finalitzat aquest termini i resoltes les reclamacions, l'expedient de l'activitat formativa és definitiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punt 20. Avaluació de la transferència&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els terminis de conservació de les dades seran els necessaris per complir la finalitat del procediment i els que preveu la legislació d'arxius per a les administracions públiques, d'acord amb l'article 26 de la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de protecció de dades personals i garantia dels drets digitals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Drets&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Qualsevol persona té dret a obtenir confirmació sobre si l'EBAP tracta dades personals que la concerneixen o no. Les persones interessades tenen dret a accedir a les seves dades personals, a sol·licitar la rectificació de les dades inexactes o, si escau, a sol·licitar-ne la supressió, entre altres motius, quan les dades ja no siguin necessàries per a les finalitats per a les quals es recolliren.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En determinades circumstàncies previstes en l'article 18 del Reglament general de protecció de dades (RGPD), les persones interessades poden sol·licitar la limitació del tractament de les seves dades. En aquest cas, únicament es conservaran per exercir o defensar reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En determinades circumstàncies, les persones interessades poden oposar-se al tractament de les seves dades amb una sol·licitud motivada. L'EBAP deixarà de tractar les dades, tret que hi hagi motius legítims imperiosos o per exercir o defensar possibles reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'exercici d'aquests drets es pot sol·licitar davant l'EBAP mitjançant el procediment «Sol·licitud d'exercici de drets en matèria de protecció de dades personals», previst en la Seu Electrònica de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Amb posterioritat a la resposta de l'EBAP o al cap d'un mes d'haver presentat la sol·licitud, es pot reclamar una tutela de drets davant l'Agència Espanyola de Protecció de Dades (AEPD).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Conseqüències de no facilitar les dades personals&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
