Aprovació definitiva de l’estudi de detall relatiu a la nova distribució d’habitatges per parcel·la a la Unitat d’Actuació 21.10, Polígon 2, Portixol ]] text/html ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Ple de l'Ajuntament, en sessió de 28 de maig de 2020, va aprovar definitivament l'estudi de detall relatiu a la nova distribució d'habitatges per parcel·la a la Unitat d'Actuació 21.10, Polígon 2, Portixol, presentat pel senyor Jaime Lamas Sabaté.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Complint amb l'art. 181 del Reglament general de la Llei 2/2014, de 25 de març, d'ordenació i ús del sòl, per a l'Illa de Mallorca, es publica perquè es prengui general coneixement i als efectes pertinents.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra aquesta resolució que posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs contenciós administratiu de conformitat amb l'article 114 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de Procediment Administratiu Comú, i els articles 45 i ss. de la Llei 29/98, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdic­ció contenciosa administrativa, modificada per la Llei orgànica 19/2003, de 23 de desembre, davant la Sala contenciosa administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears, en el termini de dos mesos, comptats des de l'endemà de la seva publicació.
