    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local, en sessió celebrada el 18 de juny de 2020, ha adoptat el següent acord:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;− Aprovar la següent Ordenança fiscal reguladora i establir el preu públic per a la prestació del servei de piscina municipal i cursets de natació, que es regirà per les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:110%"&gt;ORDENANÇA FISCAL REGULADORA DEL PREU PÚBLIC PER LA PRESTACIÓ DEL SERVEI DE PISCINA MUNICIPAL I CURSETS DE NATACIÓ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Article 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. &lt;strong&gt;Fonament i naturalesa&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En ús de les facultats atribuïdes per &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0000ff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l'article 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local, i de conformitat amb allò que disposen els &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0000ff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;articles 41 a 47&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; i &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0000ff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;127&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; del Reial decret legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la llei reguladora de les hisendes locals, &lt;/span&gt;aquest Ajuntament estableix el preu públic per la prestació del servei de Piscina Municipal i cursets de natació, que s'especifica en les quotes que es contenen en l'article 5 següent, i que es regirà per la present Ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Article 2. Supòsit de fet&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Constitueix el supòsit de fet d'aquest preu públic la prestació del servei de piscina municipal i cursets de natació conforme a la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Article 3. Obligats al pagament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Estan obligades al pagament les persones naturals o jurídiques que sol·licitin per a elles o per a terceres persones, qualsevol dels serveis, prestacions o activitats gravades per aquesta ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Article 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. &lt;strong&gt;Naixement de l'obligació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'obligació de pagament neix des del moment en què pel subjecte passiu es sol·licita la utilització de la instal·lació municipal o la prestació del servei.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Article 5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;strong&gt; Quantia&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Correspondrà abonar per la prestació del servei regulat a aquesta ordenança els següents preus:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Piscina Municipal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Abonament de temporada (familiar) 35,00 euros / unitat familiar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;id. (individual, menys de 14 anys) 20,00 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;id. (individual, de 14 a 65 anys) 25,00 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;id. (individual, més de 65 anys) 5,00 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;(L'edat a considerar serà la que es tingui quan es sol·liciti el servei o es demani l'abonament).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cursets de natació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Curset (menors de 65 anys) 40,00 euros / persona&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Curset (més de 65 anys) gratuït&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Article 6. Règim de declaració i ingrés&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. La quota es considerarà meritada des de que neixi l'obligació de pagament, conforme amb el que estableix l'article 4 d'aquesta ordenança.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. La recaptació del preu públic es realitzarà a les oficines municipals, mitjançant l'entrega del corresponent justificant de pagament.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;DISPOSICIÓ FINAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.18cm; margin-top:0.18cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La present Ordenança, un cop aprovada definitivament, començarà a aplicar-se el dia següent a la publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, romanent en vigor fins la seva modificació o derogació expressa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
