    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;núm. 48, d'1 d'abril de 2020&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt; es va publicar el Decret llei 6/2020, d'1 d'abril, pel qual s'estableixen mesures socials urgents per pal·liar els efectes de situació creada per la COVID-19 i de foment de la investigació sanitària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;S'ha detectat una errada en la publicació de l'edicte 3110, que convé rectificar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'altra banda en la correcció d'errades del Decret llei 8/2020 publicada en el núm. 97 del Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears de 30 de maig de 2020 convé fer algunes rectificacions d'errors materials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformitat amb l'article 56.3 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, i amb l'article 19 del Decret 68/2012, de 27 de juliol, pel qual es regula el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, &lt;/em&gt;es poden esmenar aquests tipus d'errors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això a proposta conjunta de la consellera d'Afers Socials i Esports i la consellera de Presidència, Cultura i Igualtat, en la sessió del dia 12 de juny de 2020, el Consell de Govern adopta, entre altres, l'Acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.-&lt;/strong&gt; Rectificar l'errada del Decret llei 6/2020, d'1 d'abril, pel qual s'estableixen mesures socials urgents per pal·liar els efectes de situació creada per la COVID-19 i de foment de la investigació sanitària, publicat en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;núm. 48, d'1 d'abril de 2020&lt;em&gt;, &lt;/em&gt;en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;A l'Exposició de Motius&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A la versió castellana (pàgina 10985, primera línia) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Allà on diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segon.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Rectificar la correcció d'errades del &lt;/span&gt;Decret llei 8/2020 publicada en el núm. 97 del Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears de 30 de maig de 2020 en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;A l'Exposició de Motius de la correcció d'errades&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercer.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Establir que els efectes de la correcció són des de la data de publicació del Decret llei 6/2020, d'1 d'abril, pel qual s'estableixen mesures socials urgents per pal·liar els efectes de situació creada per la COVID-19 i de foment de la investigació sanitària i de la data de publicació del Decret 8/2020, de 13 de maig respectivament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quart.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Comunicar aquest Acord al Parlament de les Illes Balears per al seu coneixement i als efectes escaients.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cinquè.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Publicar aquest Acord en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
