El dia 14 de setembre de 2017 es va publicar en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, la Resolució del conseller d'Innovació, Recerca i Turisme de 1 de setembre de 2017 per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria per a projectes coordinats de R+D, que estableix les bases per a la concessió de projectes que impliquin d'una manera conjunta, als centres de recerca i a les empreses, en l'abordatge conjunt de la ciència i la tecnologia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El punt 19.4 de la convocatòria estableix els percentatges mínims a justificar per a cada període i anualitat: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;Fonaments de dret &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. L'article 109.2 de la Llei&amp;nbsp; 39/2015,&amp;nbsp; d'1 d'octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, estableix que les administracions públiques poden rectificar en qualsevol moment d'ofici o a instància dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. L'article 56 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de la Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposa que la revocació dels actes de gravamen o desfavorables i la rectificació dels errors materials, aritmètics i de fet en actes i disposicions administratives correspon a l'òrgan que hagi dictat l'acte o la disposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Rectificar l'error material observat a l'apartat 19.4 de la Resolució del conseller d'Innovació, Recerca i Turisme de 1 de setembre de 2017, pel que respecta als percentatges mínims de justificació, que finalment quedarà redactat de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
