&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Primer. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La present convocatòria té per objecte la concessió&amp;nbsp; de tres premis de&amp;nbsp; Turisme sostenible destinats al foment dels estudis que permetin posar en pràctica, ja sigui per les institucions públiques o privades, polítiques encaminades a promoure un turisme sostenible i de qualitat, en règim de concurrència competitiva i d'acord amb els principis d'objectivitat i publicitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La finalitat d'aquesta convocatòria és premiar els tres millors projectes d'estudi originals i inèdits de turisme que desenvolupin els objectius de desenvolupament sostenible de l'Agenda 2030, sobretot aquells que estan especialment lligats al turisme com són el 8, 12 i 14.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Segon. Quantia premis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El pressupost de despeses del Consell Insular de Mallorca per a l'any 2020 ha destinat la quantitat de 12.000,00 € (dotze mil euros) als premis objecte d'aquesta convocatòria, que es distribuiran en funció de l'ordre de puntuació obtingut de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Primer premi: 6.000,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Segon premi: 4.000,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Tercer premi: 2.000,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercer. Requisits dels candidats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Per optar als premis els candidats han de complir els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Persones físiques majors d'edat, que de forma individual o col·lectiva, presentin un projecte de Turisme Sostenible d'acord amb aquesta convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Que la persona o persones que formen l'equip estiguin en possessió d'una titulació universitària o que hagin superat la meitat del crèdits d'una titulació universitària. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- No incurses en causa de prohibició de l'article 8 de l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell insular de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Quart. Bases reguladores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell Insular de Mallorca (BOIB núm. 21, de 18 de febrer de 2017, modificada per Acord del Ple del Consell en sessió de dia 14 de juny de 2018 (BOIB núm. 96, de 4 d'agost).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Cinquè. Requisits dels projectes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els projectes que es presentin han de complir els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- No s'han d'haver subvencionat, premiat o becat en un altre certamen. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- No poden haver estat editats íntegrament o exposat en la seva totalitat en un espai públic o privat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- El format i estructura del projecte serà el fixat en aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- El desenvolupament del projecte ha de comptar, com a mínim, amb els següents apartats: Títol del projecte, objectius generals i específics, plantejament teòric del projecte i metodologia a seguir per a la seva execució, conclusions, fonts de consulta, bibliografia i annexos i suports gràfics i/o audiovisuals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#fdfdfc"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- En el projecte no hi pot haver cap referència a l'autor o autors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Sisè. Termini per presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El termini per presentar les sol·licituds, i tota la documentació annexa a la sol·licitud, és de quaranta (40) dies hàbils, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquest extracte en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, mitjançant la presentació en el Registre General del Consell Insular de Mallorca, i també als llocs establerts en l'apartat 4 de l'article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Setè. Altres dades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
