2020-06-09 ca 17372 2020-06-09 ![CDATA[<p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Provisió de Batlia</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En relació a les revisions anuals de vehicles de tracció animal suspeses per motiu de l'estat d'alarma declarat pel Real Decret 463/2020, de 14 de març, i dins de la previsió de mesures de la desescalada per a la nova normalitat, on es contempla la reactivació del servei, es fa saber als titulars de Llicències de Galeres, que d'acord amb els articles 32 i 33 del vigent Reglament Municipal del Servei de transport urbà de viatgers amb vehicles de tracció animal (Galeres), la revisió anual prevista per a l'any 2020 es farà segons les següents condicions i calendari:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Per a les galeres que funcionen a Palma, incloses les assignades a l'estacionament del carrer Conquistador, s'efectuarà durant la jornada i horari indicats, per a cada una de les llicències per a les que s'indica el seu número respectiu, per tal de fer la revisió ordinària, a les instalacions dels serveis veterinaris equins EQvet Son Pardo.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Per a les galeres que funcionen a la zona de S'Arenal, la revisió dels équids es realitzarà a les instalacions dels serveis veterinaris equins EQvet Son Pardo. Haurà de compareixer amb la documentació prevista per l'article 41.1 i 2, i amb la qual justifiqui trobar-se al corrent de les cotitzacions de la Seguretat Social, d'alta a l'efecte de l'Impost d'activitats econòmiques i pòlissa d'assegurança, així com justificant d'abonament de la taxa municipal per inspecció de vehicles del servei de transport urbà, establerta en la corresponent Ordenança fiscal.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. S'inclouen a la programació una convocatòria de cavalls adscrits a galeres amb incorporació múltiple d'animals. Els cavalls en aquesta situació, disposen d'aquesta possibilitat addicional de revisió per solucionar les dificultats originades per la multiplicitat. Fora d'aquestes dates, totes les incorporacions de cavalls hauran de sol·licitar la revisió per incorporació d'un nou cavall i abonar la taxa corresponent.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. Tots els cavalls presentats aniran degudament identificats mitjançant el sistema oficial reconegut a la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. Aquesta identificació consistirà i vindrà obligatòriament acreditada mitjançant el Document d'Identificació Equí (DIE) o passaport i el “transponder” electrònic o "microxip" implantat a l'animal, amb les corresponents etiquetes del codi numèric al document identificatiu.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6. Així mateix, es presentarà la Targeta de Moviment Equí de la Conselleria d'Agricultura i Pesca del Govern Balear (DNI equí) que autoritza els desplaçaments i lliure moviment a tota la Comunitat Autònoma. Igualment, es requereix acreditar els tractaments preventius (vacunes) front la Influenza Equina i Tètanus que s'hagin realitzat els darrers dotze mesos, amb el segell i la signatura del veterinari responsable designat pel titular de la llicència.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">7. Les guarnicions dels animals portaran perforat el número de la llicència i les ferradures de les cavalleries han de ser només de goma, complint l'article 25 del Reglament del servei.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">8. Podrán acudir tambè a la revisió altres galeres que actualment estiguin en situació de suspensió del servei, en cas de vulguin reiniciar-lo pròximament. Per això, el titular haurà d'efectuar la pertinent consulta prèvia davant la Secció de Transports.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">9.
