&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«CONVOCATÒRIA DE BEQUES DE FORMACIÓ PRÀCTICA PER A ESTUDIANTS UNIVERSITARIS 2020&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- OBJECTE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és regular les ajudes que concedirà l'Ajuntament d'Andratx a estudiants universitaris per afavorir la seva formació i pràctica professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'objectiu prioritari d'aquestes ajudes és completar la formació acadèmica, adquirir experiència&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; i donar suport professional a&lt;/span&gt; l'alumne. Per tant, no hi ha vinculació laboral entre l'Ajuntament i l'alumne.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les pràctiques extracurriculars d'alumnes de Grau, Màsters Universitaris i títols propis de la UIB queden regulades per la següent normativa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
	&lt;ul&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Real Decreto 592/2014, d'11 de juliol de 2014 publicat al Butlletí Oficial del Estat número 184 de 30 de juliol de 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Acord normatiu del dia 19 de setembre de 2014 de la UIB publicat al FOU número 405 de 17 d'octubre de 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ul&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les pràctiques extracurriculars en empreses/entitats suposen l'acolliment a l'Ajuntament d'Andratx d'un/a estudiant universitari/ària, durant un màxim de 650 hores per curs acadèmic, per completar pel que fa a la pràctica la formació acadèmica de l'estudiant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'objectiu de les pràctiques és la formació de l'estudiant universitari/ària, per tant, no hi ha vinculació laboral entre l'empresa/entitat i l'estudiant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- REQUISITS &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Podran sol·licitar aquestes ajudes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Hi poden participar els estudiants de Grau, Màster Universitari o títol propi de la UIB (que tenguin com a mínim 160 hores) i que hagin superat almenys un 50 per cent dels crèdits dels estudis. En el cas dels Màsters universitaris o títols propis de la UIB que tinguin una durada d'un curs acadèmic, les condicions de participació seran les que s'estipulin al pla d'estudis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Tenir un número de la Seguretat Social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Els titulats no poden gaudir d'aquest tipus de pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per als estudiants que no siguin de la UIB s'establiran en primer lloc els corresponents convenis amb les universitats corresponents tot i que els requisits seran els mateixos i les quanties a pagar també.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els peticionaris han d'estar al corrent de les seves obligacions fiscals amb aquest Ajuntament, i no ser deutors al mateix per qualsevol altre concepte no tributari. De no ser així, tendran 10 dies hàbils per a resoldre la deficiència detectada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El simple fet de presentar la sol·licitud de les beques de formació pràctica, suposa acceptar aquestes bases i en cas de falsedat o omissió total o parcial de la documentació presentada s'incorrerà en responsabilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-Els alumnes de la UIB han d'estar inscrits al DOIP o s'hi han d'inscriure per optar a la beca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.- DOCUMENTACIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els peticionaris han de presentar els següents documents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Imprès de sol·licitud degudament emplenat (que es troba a la pàgina www.andratx.cat).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;DNI /NIE de l'interessat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Un certificat de crèdits/assignatures aprovats, amb les notes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Afiliació a la seguretat social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La documentació que s'estimi convenient per a acreditar el compliment per part dels peticionaris dels criteris establerts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.- TERMINI&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les sol·licituds hauran de presentar-se al SAC de l'Ajuntament d'Andratx en horari de 8'30 a 13'30h de dilluns a divendres. Així mateix també es podran presentar en els llocs establerts en l'art. 18, de la Llei 39/2015 de 1 d'octubre 2015, Procediment Administratiu Comú. El termini serà de 15 dies a partir de la publicació de l'extracte de les mateixes al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.- CRITERIS DE SELECCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Compliment dels requisits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Criteris d'adjudicació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mes crèdits superats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cas d'empat amb els criteris anteriors es tindrà en compte la mitjana de l'expedient acadèmic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.- QUANTIA &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La beca -que ha de ser abonada per l'Ajuntament- depèn del nombre d'hores de pràctiques que l'estudiant/a faci al dia. A la retribució esmentada a continuació se li ha d'aplicar un 2 per cent de retenció d'IRPF, que s'ha de restar a les quantitats brutes, que seran mensuals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;90 euros bruts, si l'estudiant/a realitza una hora diària. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;180 euros bruts, si l'estudiant/a realitza dues hores diàries. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;270 euros bruts, si l'estudiant/a realitza tres hores diàries. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;360 euros bruts, si l'estudiant/a realitza quatre hores diàries. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;450 euros bruts, si l'estudiant/a realitza cinc hores diàries. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;540 euros bruts, si l'estudiant/a realitza sis hores diàries (només durant els períodes no lectius). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;630 euros bruts, si l'estudiant/a realitza set hores diàries (només durant els períodes no lectius).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'Ajuntament abonarà a la Seguretat Social la quota empresarial de cotització corresponent &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;al&lt;/span&gt; becari, establerta segons el RD 1493/2011, de 24 d'octubre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cost de gestió&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La FUEIB cobrarà per la gestió a l'empresa/entitat la quantitat de 200 euros més l'IVA del 21 per cent per estudiant/a en pràctiques incorporat/ada a l'empresa/entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'aplicarà la tarifa especial de 75 euros més IVA en cas de renovacions de beques per canvi de curs acadèmic, per convenis tramitats per spin-offs, empreses amb càtedres UIB-FUEIB i ajuntaments que tinguin centre universitari en el seu municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.-PRESSUPOST:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'Ajuntament, a càrrec de l'aplicació pressupostària 32&lt;/span&gt;6.48101 Beques formació Pràctica, amb la quantitat de vint mil euros (20.000,00.- €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8 .- BEQUES OFERTADES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1&lt;sup&gt;r&lt;/sup&gt; DEPARTAMENT: Beques ofertades:2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Suport al projecte denominat Digitalització de fons documentals corresponents als expedients d'obres des de 1868 que es durà a terme l'any 2020. Consistirà en: proporcionar i arxivar els lots diaris d'unitats documentals objecte de digitalització per part del personal tècnic de l'empresa adjudicatària i vetllar per la seva correcta manipulació; el seguiment del treball diari del personal tècnic efectuant un control de qualitat del treball realitzat i de la introducció de les dades mitjançant la comprovació d'un nombre indeterminat de imatges escollides per mostreig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Suport a la revisió de l'inventari de llicències urbanístiques dels s. XIX i XX. Consistirà en: introducció i revisió de la informació contenguda a les bases de dades de l'inventari; depuració dels documents duplicats i documentació auxiliar; revisió de l'estat de conservació dels documents i retirada de materials nocius; ordenació, foliat i indexació dels expedients, si escau, de cara a una futura digitalització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Suport al procés de transferències.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

L'horari serà de dilluns a divendres de 8 a 15 hores (35 hores setmanals). El lloc de feina serà l'edifici del Servei d'Arxiu Municipal d'Andratx. &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.- PROCEDIMENT DE CONCESSIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El procediment de concessió de la subvenció és per concurrència competitiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per estudiants de la UIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'Ajuntament enregistrarà a la web del DOIP l'oferta de pràctiques per acollir un/a estudiant amb una antelació aproximada de 20 dies abans de la data prevista per a l'inici de les pràctiques. Una vegada rebuda al DOIP es gestionarà el més aviat possible i a més es publicarà al tauler i es donarà difusió a les xarxes socials pròpies del DOIP, posteriorment l'Ajuntament podrà consultar a la web del DOIP els CV de les persones que estiguin interessades en la oferta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El DOIP demana al/la responsable dels estudis el vistiplau acadèmic del pla de pràctiques proposat, requisit imprescindible per donar continuïtat al procés:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
	&lt;ul&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en el cas dels estudis de Grau: al/a la vicedegà/ana corresponent de la UIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en el cas dels màsters universitaris: al director/a del màster universitari,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en els casos dels títols propis: al director/a del títol propi i al director/a del Centre d'Estudis de Postgrau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ul&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vegada que la UIB ha acceptat el pla de pràctiques, el DOIP fa la preselecció dels candidats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El DOIP proporciona els CV dels estudiants interessats en les pràctiques a l'empresa/entitat a través de la web del DOIP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'Ajuntament es compromet a incloure en el procés de selecció a tots els alumnes interessats i una vegada finalitzat el procés comunicar-lis el resultat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'Ajuntament informarà als estudiants sobre el resultat de la selecció,així com també s'ha d'informar el DOIP a través del DOIP Virtual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Des del moment que l'Ajuntament informa el DOIP del/la candidat/a seleccionat/ada, aquest/a podrà iniciar les pràctiques, com a molt prest, al cap d'una setmana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El DOIP prepararà el conveni marc per acollir estudiants de pràctiques curriculars i extracurriculars i l'enviarà a través de Docusign (plataforma de signatura electrònica) a l'Ajuntament perquè es signi pel batle i posteriorment a la vicerectora d'estudiants per a que signi per la seva part.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El DOIP prepararà l'annex/pla de pràctiques per a cada estudiant seleccionat i l'enviarà a través de Docusign (plataforma de signatura electrònica) a l'Ajuntament perquè es signi per part del tutor nomenat per l'Ajuntament, i posteriorment per l'estudiant i pel tutor de la UIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Quan tothom ha signat l'annex/pla de pràctiques totes les parts implicades (Ajuntament, estudiant/a i tutor/a de la UIB) en rebran una còpia per correu electrònic i l'estudiant/a ja pot començar les pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el cas que els estudiants no siguin de la UIB s'ha de signar un conveni en cada una de les universitats corresponents, aquesta gestió es realitzarà des del Centre Universitari amb el recolzament de l'alumne I es seguiran els procediments que es marquin des de la Universitat corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per als alumnes en pràctiques d'altres Universitats s'aplicaran les condicions específiques de cada una, en cas de no tenir condicionaments especials s'aplicaran els mateixos de la UIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Seguiment de les pràctiques&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El responsable dels estudis en el moment de donar el vist-i-plau de les pràctiques també designarà un/a tutor/a responsable del seguiment de les pràctiques per part de la UIB. Igualment, l'Ajuntament també assignarà un/a tutor/a de pràctiques que realitzarà el seguiment de les pràctiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Durada: &lt;/strong&gt;Les pràctiques es poden realitzar durant el curs acadèmic, segons les dates que indiqui el calendari escolar publicat al FOU de la UIB, o les que prevegi el pla d'estudis en el cas dels títols propis. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La durada de les pràctiques no pot superar les 650 hores per curs acadèmic i com a mínim s'han de realitzar 80 hores. En els casos en què la durada sigui inferior a 650 hores, l'Ajuntament podrà sol·licitar per escrit la pròrroga del conveni fins a arribar al màxim permès. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En qualsevol moment, si hi ha causes que ho justifiquin, l'annex/pla de pràctiques es podrà rescindir per iniciativa de qualsevol de les parts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El nombre màxim d'hores de pràctiques diàries és de 7. Amb aquesta finalitat es pretén que l'estudiant/a pugui compaginar els estudis amb les pràctiques remunerades. Els dies que els estudiants hagin de fer exàmens no hauran de realitzar les pràctiques. L'Ajuntament es compromet a donar facilitats per establir l'horari dels estudiants. No obstant això, durant els períodes no lectius, l'horari esmentat es pot augmentar fins a un màxim de 7 hores diàries, i hi haurà l'augment d'ajut econòmic corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10.- DRET SUPLETORI&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En tot allò que no es preveu en aquestes Bases, serà d'aplicació l'Ordenança Municipal reguladora de la concessió d'ajuts i subvencions; la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d'octubre 2015 del Procediment Administratiu Comú&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;i la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions; i el seu Reglament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
