&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. En data 15 de maig de 2020 i amb el número de registre 9.529, té entrada en el Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li style="list-style-type:none"&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Escrits d'oferiment de béns, d'1 d'abril de 2020, de la mercantil Centro Cardiológico Ibiza, SLP, de deu fonendoscopis i vint pulsioxímetres, valorats en 2.416,13 €, per al Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears i destinats a l'Hospital Can Misses. Els escrits estableixen el següent [transcripció literal]:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;[…] El equipo que se dona no necesita fungible específico de la empresa donante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;[…] Esta donación se hace efectiva con carácter extraordinario y no supone la asunción de ninguna obligación adicional para ninguna de las dos partes que suscriben el presente documento. En ningún caso beneficia a ningún profesional sanitario ni constituye un incentivo para la recomendación, prescripción, compra, suministro, venta o administración de productos de marca determinada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Informe de necessitat emès en data 1 d'abril de 2020 per la directora gerent de l'Àrea de Salut d'Eivissa i Formentera, que disposa el següent [transcripció literal]:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El 11 de marzo de 2020, la Organización Mundial de la Salud ha declarado como pandemia mundial el virus SARS-CoV-2 causante de la enfermedad Covid-19. La repercusión que está teniendo en la sanidad es más que notable y los elementos que se donan/ceden serán de gran utilidad para la atención de los pacientes ingresados con diagnostico o en estudio de COVID-19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Además, la aceptación de esos elementos no conlleva gasto alguno para el hospital ni para el Servicio de Salud, ni implica la asunción de obligación alguna para con el donante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Determinar que acceptar la donació dels deu fonendoscopis i els vint pulsioxímetres no suposa cap despesa per al Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears ni per a l'Hospital Can Misses. Es fa efectiva amb caràcter extraordinari i no suposa l'assumpció de cap obligació addicional per a cap de les dues parts que subscriuen el document. En cap cas beneficia a cap professional sanitari ni constitueix un incentiu per a la recomanació, prescripció, compra, subministrament, venda o administració de productes de marca determinada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
