&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Titulars dels centres de la Xarxa educativa complementària a la xarxa d'escoletes públiques que compleixin els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-S'han d'haver integrat a la xarxa educativa complementària a la xarxa d'escoletes públiques de les Illes Balears abans del 14 de març de 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Han d'haver funcionat regularment un mínim de sis mesos des del setembre del 2019 i han de tenir l'autorització corresponent de la Conselleria d'Educació, Universitat i Recerca..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Han d'estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i de la Seguretat Social davant l'Administració de l'Estat i de les obligacions tributàries davant la hisenda autonòmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-No han d'estar sotmesos a cap de les prohibicions establertes en l'article 10 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre (BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de desembre), i seguir l'establert a l'article 11.2 de la Llei 11/2016, de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat de dones i homes (BOIB núm. 99, de 4 d'agost).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Convocar, en caràcter d'excepció,&amp;nbsp; ajuts destinats al sosteniment dels centres de la xarxa educativa complementària a la xarxa d'escoletes públiques de primer cicle d'educació infantil de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;/strong&gt;. Bases reguladores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'Ordre de la consellera d'Educació i Cultura d'1 de juliol de 2009 per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria d'educació i cultura, publicada en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 100, d'11 de juliol de 2009.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
