La quantitat total de residus perillosos autoritzada per aquesta instal•lació és de 20 tones/any.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">3. En cas que les quantitats de residus superin aquesta quantitat per causes puntuals, accidentals o imprevistes, s'haurà de donar coneixement al departament competent en matèria de residus.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">4. S'ha de presentar la Comunicació prèvia de productor de residus prèviament a l'inici de les activitats.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">5. En cap cas aquesta AAI no es pot invocar per excloure o disminuir la responsabilitat en què pugui incórrer el titular en exercici de la seva activitat productora de residus.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">6. En tot cas Gas y Electricidad Generación SAU ha de complir totes les obligacions que li siguin aplicables i que estiguin presents en la Llei 22/2011, de 28 de juliol, de Residus i Sòls Contaminats, el Reial Decret 833/1988, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament per a l'execució de la Llei 20/1986, bàsica de residus tòxics i perillosos, i en el Reial Decret 952/1997, de 20 de juny, pel qual es modifica l'esmentat reglament. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">7. Gas y Electricidad Generación SAU ha de dur un registre que comprengui totes les operacions generadores de residus perillosos en què intervingui i en el qual ha de figurar, almenys, les dades que apareixen a l'article 16 del RD 833/1988: quantitat, tipus, dades de generació i de lliurament a gestor autoritzat dels residus produïts. També s'han de registrar i conservar els justificants de lliurament a gestor autoritzat dels esmentats residus previstos al punt següent. Aquest registre s'ha de conservar durant 5 anys a les instal•lacions.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8. En relació als residus produïts, Gas y Electricidad Generación SAU ha de complimentar els documents de control i seguiment de residus perillosos en cada cas i per cada transport des del lloc de producció a gestor autoritzat, d'acord amb allò que disposa l'article 21 del Reial Decret 833/1988 i la Llei 22/2011, de 28 de juliol, de Residus i Sòls Contaminats.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">9. Aquest document de control i seguiment ha de cobrir únicament substàncies que tinguin el mateix codi d'identificació. L'enviament conjunt de diferents tipus de residus requereix formalització de tants de documents com residus diferents s'enviïn (s'entenen per diferents aquells que tenen un distint codi d'identificació).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">10. S'han d'envasar i etiquetar els contenidors dels residus d'acord amb allò que disposen els articles 13 i 14 de vigent Reial Decret 833/1988, i d'acord amb la reglamentació sobre transport de mercaderies perilloses. De la mateixa manera, l'envasament i emmagatzematge han de seguir les normes de seguretat indicades al Reial Decret esmentat.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">11. L'AAI es concedeix únicament i exclusivament per a la producció dels residus perillosos descrits en aquest document i que es generen com a resultat del funcionament de les instal•lacions de l'empresa Gas y Electricidad Generación SAU indicades al punt 1 d'aquests condicionants, i sempre com a conseqüència de l'activitat desenvolupada de conformitat amb les condicions establertes a la memòria tècnica presentada.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">12. Emmagatzematge dels residus perillosos</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">a. Segons allò que disposa l'article 15 del Reial Decret 833/1988, es pot efectuar un emmagatzematge temporal dels residus indicats a les instal•lacions de Gas y Electricidad Generación SAU al centre indicat al punt 1 dels condicionants.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">b. Els residus han d'estar sempre disposats en contenidors completament separats uns tipus dels altres i diferenciades les diferents zones d'emmagatzematge, que han d'estar cobertes per evitar el contacte directe de les aigües de pluja.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">13. Gas y Electricidad Generación SAU ha de lliurar els residus perillosos produïts a un gestor o transportista autoritzat, d'acord amb allò que preveu la normativa vigent relativa al transport de mercaderies perilloses i segons el que disposa l'article 41 del Reial Decret 833/1988.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">14. Segons l'article 17.6 els productors de residus perillosos estaran obligats a elaborar i remetre a la Comunitat Autònoma un estudi de minimització comprometent-se a reduir la producció dels seus residus. Queden exempts d'aquesta obligació els petits productors de residus perillosos la producció dels quals no superi la quantitat reglamentàriament establerta (10 tones). Segons la Disposició Addicional segona del RD 952/1997, Gas y Electricidad Generación SAU ha de presentar davant la Comunitat Autònoma un estudi de minimització dels residus generats als quatre anys de la presentació del darrer estudi.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">15. Gas y Electricidad Generación SAU vendrà obligada, si escau, al previst pel RD 1378/1999 en la seva redacció donada pel RD 228/2006 (BOE de 26.2.2006) en tot allò que es refereix a mesures per a l'eliminació i gestió de PCBs, PCTs i aparells que els continguin. Especialment en la retirada de funcionament de transformadors elèctrics i a la comprovació de la presencia de PCBs prevista al punt dos (art. 3 i 3ter) de l'anterior norma.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">16. font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">•En tot cas Gas y Electricidad Generación SAU ha de complir totes les obligacions que li siguin aplicables i que estiguin presents en la Llei 22/2011, de 28 de juliol, de Residus i Sòls Contaminats, el Reial Decret 833/1988, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament per a l'execució de la Llei 20/1986, bàsica de residus tòxics i perillosos, i en el Reial Decret 952/1997, de 20 de juny, pel qual es modifica l'esmentat reglament. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">•Gas y Electricidad Generación SAU ha de dur un registre que comprengui totes les operacions generadores de residus perillosos en què intervingui i en el qual ha de figurar, almenys, les dades que apareixen a l'article 16 del RD 833/1988: quantitat, tipus, dades de generació i de lliurament a gestor autoritzat dels residus produïts. També s'han de registrar i conservar els justificants de lliurament a gestor autoritzat dels esmentats residus previstos al punt següent. Aquest registre s'ha de conservar durant 5 anys a les instal•lacions.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">•En relació als residus produïts, Gas y Electricidad Generación SAU ha de complimentar els documents de control i seguiment de residus perillosos en cada cas i per cada transport des del lloc de producció a gestor autoritzat, d'acord amb allò que disposa l'article 21 del Reial Decret 833/1988 i la Llei 22/2011, de 28 de juliol, de Residus i Sòls Contaminats.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">•</span> <span style="color:#000000">Aquest document de control i seguiment ha de cobrir únicament substàncies que tinguin el mateix codi d'identificació. L'enviament conjunt de diferents tipus de residus requereix formalització de tants de documents com residus diferents s'enviïn (s'entenen per diferents aquells que tenen un distint codi d'identificació).</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">•S'han d'envasar i etiquetar els contenidors dels residus d'acord amb allò que disposen els articles 13 i 14 de vigent Reial Decret 833/1988, i d'acord amb la reglamentació sobre transport de mercaderies perilloses. De la mateixa manera, l'envasament i emmagatzematge han de seguir les normes de seguretat indicades al Reial Decret esmentat.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">•L'AAI es concedeix únicament i exclusivament per a la producció dels residus perillosos descrits en aquest document i que es generen com a resultat del funcionament de les instal•lacions de l'empresa Gas y Electricidad Generación SAU indicades al punt 1 d'aquests condicionants, i sempre com a conseqüència de l'activitat desenvolupada de conformitat amb les condicions establertes a la memòria tècnica presentada.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">•Emmagatzematge dels residus perillosos</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">a. Segons allò que disposa l'article 15 del Reial Decret 833/1988, es pot efectuar un emmagatzematge temporal dels residus indicats a les instal•lacions de Gas y Electricidad Generación SAU al centre indicat al punt 1 dels condicionants.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">b. Els residus han d'estar sempre disposats en contenidors completament separats uns tipus dels altres i diferenciades les diferents zones d'emmagatzematge, que han d'estar cobertes per evitar el contacte directe de les aigües de pluja.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">•Gas y Electricidad Generación SAU ha de lliurar els residus perillosos produïts a un gestor o transportista autoritzat, d'acord amb allò que preveu la normativa vigent relativa al transport de mercaderies perilloses i segons el que disposa l'article 41 del Reial Decret 833/1988.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">•</span> <span style="color:#000000">Segons l'article 17.6 els productors de residus perillosos estaran obligats a elaborar i remetre a la Comunitat Autònoma un estudi de minimització comprometent-se a reduir la producció dels seus residus. Queden exempts d'aquesta obligació els petits productors de residus perillosos la producció dels quals no superi la quantitat reglamentàriament establerta (10 tones). Segons la Disposició Addicional segona del RD 952/1997, Gas y Electricidad Generación SAU ha de presentar davant la Comunitat Autònoma un estudi de minimització dels residus generats als quatre anys de la presentació del darrer estudi.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">•Gas y Electricidad Generación SAU vendrà obligada, si escau, al previst pel RD 1378/1999 en la seva redacció donada pel RD 228/2006 (BOE de 26.2.2006) en tot allò que es refereix a mesures per a l'eliminació i gestió de PCBs, PCTs i aparells que els continguin. Especialment en la retirada de funcionament de transformadors elèctrics i a la comprovació de la presencia de PCBs prevista al punt dos (art. 3 i 3ter) de l'anterior norma.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="color:#000000">•Igualment, d'acord amb el punt 3 del RD 228/2006, que modifica la redacció de l'article 5, Gas y Electricidad Generación SAU ha de presentar la declaració d'aparells sotmesos a inventari i comunicar les previsions per a la seva descontaminació i eliminació. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">4. <strong>On diu:</strong></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">6.4. Gas y Electricidad Generación SAU està obligat, sempre que no procedeixi a gestionar-los per si mateix, a lliurar-los a un gestor de residus, per a la seva valorització o eliminació. En el cas dels residus urbans o els assimilables a urbans han d'esser lliurats a l'entitat local corresponent d'acord amb els Pla Director Sectorial vigent en residus urbans. En tot cas, el posseïdor dels residus està obligat, mentre es trobi en el seu poder, a mantenir-los en condicions adequades d'higiene i seguretat. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">2. Altres drenatges/drenatges químics. Els efluents que no es poden tractar al separador lamel•lar es recullen a arquetes des d'on es retiren per gestor autoritzat.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Aquests efluents són les aigües de rentat de les turbines, els de la zona de turbina de gas, els de la sala de bateries i l'oli dels separadors lamel•lars.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Les arquetes tenen capacitat suficient per a contenir 1,5 vegades el volum a recollir en cas de descàrrega. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">2. Aigües pluvials netes. Les aigües d'escorrentia superficial es condueixen a la bassa final de recollida de pluvials (250 m3) des d'on es preveu la seva retirada per gestor autoritzat. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">La bassa té capacitat suficient per a recollir les pluvials que es puguin produir a tota la superfície de la instal•lació i ser buidada amb una freqüència setmanal.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">3. Aigües sanitàries. Es tracten a les mateixes instal•lacions mitjançant un sistema de sedimentació, digestió anaeròbia i filtració biològica de filtre fixe, que segons les dades de disseny permet una reducció de la DBO de fins al 70%. Les aigües tractades s'emmagatzemaran per a la seva recollida per gestor autoritzat. La bassa final d'efluents, les arquetes del sistema de recollida de drenatges químics, les cubetes de retenció dels dipòsits i les de la zona de transformadors, han de comptar amb un revestiment impermeable, o una altra mesura impermeabilitzant, i s'ha de dur a terme el manteniment pertinent.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">4. Periòdicament s'han de retirar els llots que es puguin emmagatzemar a la bassa final de pluvials. Mètodes de mesura.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Tots els paràmetres de procés (contingut en oxigen, pressió, temperatura, …) així com les emissions de contaminants canalitzades es mesuraran i controlaran. El mètode de mesura per a cada contaminant serà l'establert a la normativa específica i, en el seu defecte, el considerat de referència. En absència d'aquestes, serà preferiblement el UNE-EN; en cas que no es pugui aplicar s'haurà de justificar la utilització d'altres mètodes, que seran, per aquest ordre: EN, UNE-ISO i altres mètodes internacionals. Sempre que es publiquin noves normes que substitueixin les indicades, s'aplicaran les més recents. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8.3.2. Mesures en continu.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">No s'han de fer mesures en continu, per tant, no s'ha d'aplicar la norma UNE-EN 14181: 2005 (Emisiones de fuentes estacionarias. Garantía de calidad de los sistemas automáticos de medida).</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8.3.3.Punts de mostreig.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">1. Els punts de mostreig de les xemeneies compliran la normativa aplicable a cada cas, les xemeneies existents compliran l'Ordre Ministerial de 18 d'octubre de 1976, i les noves xemeneies compliran la norma UNE-EN 15259. En cas que no sigui possible es farà arribar una proposta de punt de mostreig al departament competent en matèria de contaminació atmosfèrica per a la seva aprovació. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">2. Els accessos i plataformes de treball als punts de mostreig hauran de complir la normativa en matèria de seguretat i salut en els llocs de treball.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">3. Els punts de mostreig han de ser accessible en qualsevol moment per poder realitzar les mesures i inspeccions pertinents, i s'ha de disposar de sistemes automàtics per a la pujada d'equips d'anàlisis i material auxiliar.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8.3.4. Valors límit d'emissió per focus.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">1. El titular adoptarà totes les mesures adients perquè no se superin els valors límit indicats a les taules corresponents per a cada un dels focus existents i per a cada contaminant, realitzant els controls amb la periodicitat indicada. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">2. Els controls i valors límit d'emissió indicats seran aplicables als focus amb emissions sistemàtiques, entesos com a focus que superin les 500 hores acumulades de funcionament dins un any natural. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">3. Els valors límit d'emissió i les dates de compliment, per a cada grup i per a cada combustible, s'han establert d'acord amb la normativa aplicable a cada cas, la data d'alta del grup, els valors històrics dels autocontrols i mesures fetes per Organismes de control autoritzat (OCA) i els valors de referència indicats en els documents de les Millors Tècniques Disponibles (MTD i BREF) per aquests tipus d'instal•lacions.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8.3.5. Notificacions immediates.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Si hi ha qualque superació de valors límit d'emissió límits o qualque anomalia de funcionament que pugui donar lloc a una emissió anormal de contaminants a l'atmosfera es notificarà, immediatament desprès del seu coneixement, al departament competent en matèria de contaminació atmosfèrica. Així mateix s'informarà de les mesures correctores adoptades i del moment en què la instal•lació passa a funcionar correctament.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8.3.6. Avaluació del compliment dels valors límit d'emissió.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Per a tots els contaminants, s'avaluarà el compliment dels valors límit d'emissió d'acord amb la normativa aplicable, Reial decret 430/2004, Directiva 2010/75/UE, Reial decret 815/2013, Ordre ITC/1389/2008 i normativa de desenvolupament: es consideren respectats els valors límit d'emissió quan els resultats de cada una de les sèries de mesures no superen els valors límit indicats.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8.3.7. Taules de valors límit d'emissió.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">1. A les taules següents s'indiquen els valors límit d'emissió per a cada contaminant, per grup i combustible usat; tipus de control, autocontrols discontinus, mesures a realitzar per Organisme de control autoritzat (OCA); i periodicitat. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">2. Grup FC-TG1</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">1. Aquesta turbina de gas usa gasoil com a combustible.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">2. La taula serà d'aplicació, dins un any natural, a partir de la data en què superi les 500 hores acumulades de funcionament amb combustible gasoil. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">3. Situacions especials</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">1. En cas d'interrupció en el subministrament de combustible (fuel oil, gas oil o gas natural) com a conseqüència d'una situació de greu escassetat, l'òrgan ambiental competent podrà concedir exempcions temporals perquè es puguin superar els valors límit d'emissió establerts. El titular de la instal•lació, previ informe del departament competent en matèria d'energia, sol•licitarà l'exempció a l'òrgan ambiental competent, per a cada cas concret. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">2. Si, per garantir el subministrament elèctric, es preveu la superació d'algun dels valors límit d'emissió establerts, l'òrgan ambiental competent podrà concedir exempcions temporals. El titular de la instal•lació, previ informe del departament competent en matèria d'energia, sol•licitarà, l'exempció a l'òrgan ambiental competent, per a cada cas concret.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8.4. Mesures a prendre en condicions de funcionament diferents a les normals. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">En cas d'avaria o mal funcionament dels sistemes de reducció d'emissions dels contaminants, el temps acumulat d'explotació de la instal•lació sense aquest sistema no podrà superar les 120 hores en un període de dotze mesos. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8.5. Registre</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">El titular de la instal•lació haurà de mantenir actualitzat un registre amb dades de les emissions, combustibles, aturades, tasques de manteniment, incidències, controls, etc., per a cada focus emissor d'acord amb el disposat a l'article 8 del Reial decret 100/2011 i la normativa de desenvolupament. La informació documental (informes, mesures, manteniment...) s'ha de conservar un període mínim de 10 anys.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8.6. Immissions o qualitat de l'aire</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">A l'entorn de la central tèrmica es faran campanyes de mesura de qualitat de l'aire. La ubicació, època de realització i durada de les campanyes es farà d'acord amb el departament competent en matèria de contaminació atmosfèrica.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">S'han de complir els objectius de qualitat de les dades establerts a la normativa d'avaluació de la qualitat de l'aire ambient, quant a cobertura de dades i incerteses de mesura. S'aplicaran com a valors de referència els valors límit i objectiu establerts a la normativa existent: Directiva 2008/50/CE, de 21 de maig, relativa a la qualitat de l'aire ambient i una atmosfera més neta a Europa, i Reial decret 102/2011, de 28 de gener, relatiu a la millora de la qualitat de l'aire.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Els mètodes de mesura dels contaminants seran els indicats a la normativa esmentada. Els equips de mesura hauran de complir amb les normes UNE i CEN establertes i s'hauran de sotmetre a manteniment, verificació, calibratge i participació en exercicis d'intercomparació. Per tal de complir amb aquest requisit s'establirà un calendari acordat amb el departament competent en matèria de contaminació atmosfèrica.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Els contaminants a mesurar són: NO, NO2, NOx, SO2, O3, PM10, així com els paràmetres meteorològics (pluviometria, temperatura, direcció i velocitat de vent, pressió atmosfèrica i humitat relativa).</span></span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Ha de dir:</span></span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8. Condicionants d'Atmosfera.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8.1. Prescripcions de caràcter general.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">La instal•lació haurà de complir amb l'establert en la Llei 34/2007, de 15 de novembre, de qualitat de l'aire i protecció de l'atmosfera; en el Reial decret 100/2011, de 28 de gener, pel qual s'actualitza el catàleg d'activitats potencialment contaminadores de l'atmosfera (APCA) i s'estableixen les disposicions bàsiques per a la seva aplicació; en el Reial Decret Legislatiu 1/2016, de 16 de desembre, pel que s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de prevenció i control integrats de la contaminació; en el Reial Decret 1042/2017, de 22 de desembre, sobre la limitació de les emissions a l'atmosfera de determinats agents contaminants procedents de les instal•lacions de combustió mitjanes i pel que s'actualitza l'annex IV de la Llei 34/2007, de 15 de novembre, de qualitat de l'aire i protecció de l'atmosfera; i en el Reial decret 102/2011, de 28 de gener, relatiu a la millora de la qualitat de l'aire; així com amb tota la normativa sectorial que li sigui d'aplicació.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8.2. Identificació d'activitats potencialment contaminadores de l'atmosfera.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">El conjunt de la Central Tèrmica està classificada dins l'epígraf 1.1.a de l'annex 1 del Reial decret legislatiu 1/2016, i està constituïda per un conjunt d'activitats potencialment contaminadores de l'atmosfera.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Aquestes activitats estan classificades com a Activitat potencialment contaminadora de l'atmosfera (APCA) del grup B, una, i del grup A, l'altra, dins l'epígraf 01 01, Generació d'electricitat per a la distribució per la xarxa pública, de l'annex únic del Reial decret 100/2011.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8.2.1. La gestió dels dipòsits de combustibles i la seva manipulació minimitzaran les possibles emissions difuses i s'utilitzaran les millors tècniques disponibles (MTD) respecte a les emissions generades per l'emmagatzematge, transport i manipulació de combustibles, així com les indicacions establertes al Protocol de Gottemburg.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8.3. Controls d'emissions canalitzades</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8.3.1. Mètodes de mesura</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Tots els paràmetres de procés: cabal, contingut d'oxigen, pressió, temperatura, i, si s'escau, contingut de vapor d'aigua; així com les emissions de contaminants canalitzades es mesuraran i controlaran. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">El mètode de mesura per a cada contaminant serà l'establert a la normativa específica i, en el seu defecte, el considerat de referència. En absència d'aquests, serà preferiblement el UNE-EN; en cas que no es pugui aplicar s'haurà de justificar la utilització d'altres mètodes, que seran, per aquest ordre: EN, UNE-ISO i altres mètodes internacionals. Sempre que es publiquin noves normes que substitueixin les indicades, s'aplicaran les més recents. En el cas del paràmetre cabal, s'acceptarà la determinació mitjançant càlcul.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">D'acord amb la Instrucció tècnica del Procedimiento de la determinación de gases de combustión mediante sensor de células electroquímicas, indicada al web http://atmosfera.caib.es, es podrà aplicar aquest procediment en el cas dels grups electrògens considerats de forma individual, per tenir una potència individual inferior o igual a 5 MWt.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8.3.2. Mesures en continu</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">No s'han de fer mesures en continu.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8.3.3. Punts de mostreig</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">1. El punt de mostreig de la xemeneia del conjunt dels grups electrògens i els punts de mostreig de cada grup electrogen, així com accessos i plataformes de treball, compleixen la norma UNE-EN 15259. El punt de mostreig de la xemeneia de la turbina de gas, com a xemeneia existent, compleix l'Ordre Ministerial de 18 d'octubre de 1976. En tot cas els accessos i plataformes de treball als punts de mostreig hauran de complir la normativa en matèria de seguretat i salut en els llocs de treball.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">2. Els punts de mostreig han de ser accessibles en qualsevol moment per poder realitzar les mesures i inspeccions pertinents, i s'ha de disposar de sistemes per a la pujada d'equips d'anàlisis i material auxiliar.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8.3.4. Valors límit d'emissió per focus</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">1. El titular adoptarà totes les mesures adients perquè les instal•lacions de combustió compleixin amb els seus valors límit d'emissió, de manera que no se superin els valors límit indicats a les taules corresponents per a cada un dels focus existents i per a cada contaminant, realitzant els controls amb la periodicitat indicada.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">2. Els valors límit d'emissió per a cada focus i per a cada combustible, s'han establert d'acord amb les disposicions de l'article 7, de valors límit d'emissió i millors tècniques disponibles, del Reial decret legislatiu 1/2016. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8.3.5. Avaluació del compliment dels valors límit d'emissió.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">1. Per a tots els contaminants, s'avaluarà el compliment dels valors límit</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">d'emissió d'acord amb els criteris de l'annex IV del Reial decret 1042/2017 i normativa de desenvolupament. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">2. No s'avaluarà el compliment dels valors límit d'emissió durant els períodes d'arrencada i aturada.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8.3.6. Condicions distintes de condicions normals de funcionament.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">1. Per reduir les emissions de contaminants a l'atmosfera quan es donin situacions distintes a les condicions normals de funcionament, tals com arrencades i aturades, fuites, mal funcionament d'equips, aturades temporals, o qualsevol incidència que pugui provocar emissions de contaminants a l'atmosfera, el titular ha de minimitzar els temps de durada d'aquestes situacions, especialment l'arrencada i aturada de cada focus emissor, així com realitzar les operacions de manteniment preventiu adequades. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">2. Es durà un registre d'aquestes condicions distintes de les condicions normals de funcionament, indicant cada situació ocorreguda, les mesures correctores aplicades, el temps total de la seva durada i una estimació de les emissions a l'atmosfera, si s'escau. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8.3.7. Caracterització completa dels combustibles i inspeccions periòdiques.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">L'únic combustible autoritzat i utilitzat a la central tèrmica és gasoil, el qual serà inspeccionat i caracteritzat periòdicament. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8.3.8. Notificacions immediates</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Si hi ha qualque superació de valors límit d'emissió, qualque anomalia de funcionament o qualsevol tipus d'incidència que pugui donar lloc a una emissió anormal de contaminants a l'atmosfera es notificarà, immediatament desprès del seu coneixement, dins un termini màxim de 24 h des del fet, al departament competent en matèria de contaminació atmosfèrica. Així mateix s'informarà de les mesures correctores adoptades i del moment en què la instal•lació passa a funcionar correctament.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">El titular presentarà un informe d'avaluació de l'afecció ambiental de cada incidència, incloent el temps total de la seva durada.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8.3.9. Taules de valors límit d'emissió</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">1. A les taules següents s'indiquen els valors límit d'emissió per a cada focus de cada instal•lació de combustió segons combustible usat, indicant: contaminant; tipus de control, mesures a realitzar per Organisme de control autoritzat (OCA) o autocontrols; i periodicitat.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">2. Els resultats de les mesures efectuades, per verificar el compliment dels límits d'emissió, estaran referits a condicions de cabal real o calculat i concentracions referides a temperatura de 273,15 K i pressió de 101,3 kPa de gas sec i s'ajustaran al percentatge d'oxigen de referència establert.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Instal•lació de combustió TG1.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">1. La TG1 és una turbina de gas que funciona en mode obert i usa gasoil com a combustible.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">2. La taula serà d'aplicació, dins un any natural, a partir de la data en què&nbsp;</span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">superi les 500 hores acumulades de funcionament amb combustible gasoil.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">3. Com que la potència tèrmica de la TG1 està limitada a menys de 50 MWt, s'aplicaran les prescripcions del Reial decret 1042/2017 pel que fa al compliment del valor límit d'emissió de NOx. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">4. Abans de l'01/01/2024 el titular haurà d'inscriure la instal•lació de combustió mitjana, corresponent al FC-TG1, per tenir una potència tèrmica nominal superior a 5 MWt, en el registre d'instal•lacions de combustió mitjana (MIC), enviant al departament competent en matèria d'atmosfera la informació que figura a l'annex I del RD 1042/2017, segons formulari de la pàgina web. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">5. font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Instal•lació de combustió FC-GE.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">1. Des de 2006, cada any s'utilitzen grups electrògens, entre maig i octubre, instal•lant-se cada any els mateixos grups pel maig i desmuntant-se a l'octubre, amb una potència unitària de 4,061 MWt, amb un nombre de grups electrògens de 12, sumant una potència total de 48,73 MWt; aquests grups electrògens disposen d'autorització administrativa com activitat potencialment contaminadora de l'atmosfera des de 2012, amb expedient APCA-0203. Utilitzen gasoil com a combustible. Les característiques tècniques dels motors dièsel, així com la marca i model, consten dins la documentació de l'expedient.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">2. Totes les sortides de gasos de combustió provinents de cada grup electrogen, estan conduïdes a un únic focus d'emissió canalitzat (xemeneia). La xemeneia té una alçada de 5 m i disposa de punt de mostreig conforme a les prescripcions de la norma UNE-EN 15259:2008.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">3. D'acord amb la potència tèrmica individual de cada grup electrogen, l'aplicació dels valors límit d'emissió, segons el RD 1042/2017 part 1, quadre 3, punt 4, hauria de ser a partir de l'1 de gener de 2030. Tenint en consideració les denúncies dels veïnats i la previsió de que a l'any 2024 ja estigui en funcionament el cable d'interconnexió entre Eivissa i Formentera, la Direcció General d'Energia i Canvi Climàtic avança la data de aplicació dels VLE establerts al RD 1042/2017a l'1 de gener de 2025. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">El titular ha d'informar de qualsevol canvi en els grups electrògens per tal d'aplicar els valor límit d'emissió d'instal•lacions noves segons les disposicions del RD 1042/2017. La modificació d'algun grup electrogen o de les prescripcions tècniques d'algun d'ells implicarà que el titular haurà de sol•licitar una modificació de l'AAI, per tal de revisar la consideració d'instal•lació de combustió mitjana com a existent o nova i aplicar els VLE que corresponguin segons el RD 1042/2017.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">4. Amb una freqüència mínima anual, i dins els primers 15 dies de funcionament de la instal•lació, el titular presentarà a l'autoritat competent un informe que contempli els següents aspectes:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Relació de característiques tècniques de cada un dels grups electrògens; que inclourà, com a mínim, per a cada grup: marca, model i potència tèrmica nominal, per tal de confirmar que es tracta dels mateixos grups electrògens. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Resultats d'una prova de funcionament individual de tots els grups electrògens de cada temporada anual, que evidenciï el compliment amb els valors límit d'emissió.</span></span></span></p> <div style="page-break-after:always"><span style="display:none">&nbsp;</span></div> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">​​​​​​​</span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">5. Cada 15 dies es realitzarà un autocontrol dels gasos de combustió i opacitat a cada un dels col•lectors individuals dels grups electrògens. Es faran un mínim de tres mesures i es prendrà el valor promig per comparar amb VLE, incloent la incertesa del mètode de mesura. En un termini màxim de 10 dies des de la realització de l'autocontrol, el titular remetrà el resultat al departament competent en matèria d'atmosfera al correu electrònic establert.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">6. Amb una freqüència mínima anual, s'efectuarà un control de gasos de combustió i partícules a la sortida de l'únic focus emissor per part d'un organisme de control autoritzat (OCA) per a l'atmosfera.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">7. Abans de l'01/01/2029 el titular haurà d'inscriure les instal•lacions de combustió mitjana, és a dir, cada un dels grups electrògens que conformen el FC-GE, per tenir una potència tèrmica nominal superior a 1MWt i inferior a 5 MWt, en el registre d'instal•lacions de combustió mitjana (MIC), enviant al departament competent en matèria d'atmosfera la informació que figura a l'annex I del RD 1042/2017, segons formulari de la pàgina web. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">8. Immissions o qualitat de l'aire</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">1. A l'entorn de la central tèrmica es faran campanyes de mesura de qualitat de l'aire amb una estació mòbil. La ubicació, època de realització i durada de les campanyes es farà d'acord amb el departament competent en matèria de contaminació atmosfèrica.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">2. S'han de complir els objectius de qualitat de les dades establerts a la normativa d'avaluació de la qualitat de l'aire ambient, quant a cobertura de dades i incerteses de mesura. S'aplicaran com a valors de referència els valors límit i objectiu establerts a la normativa existent: Directiva 2008/50/CE, de 21 de maig, relativa a la qualitat de l'aire ambient i una atmosfera més neta a Europa, i Reial decret 102/2011, de 28 de gener, relatiu a la millora de la qualitat de l'aire.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">3. Els mètodes de mesura dels contaminants seran els indicats a la normativa esmentada. Els equips de mesura hauran de complir amb les normes UNE i CEN establertes i s'hauran de sotmetre a manteniment, verificació, calibratge i participació en exercicis d'intercomparació. Per tal de complir amb aquest requisit s'establirà un calendari acordat amb el departament competent en matèria de contaminació atmosfèrica.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">4. Inventari d'emissions al Registre PRTR</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">El titular haurà de trametre les dades sobre quantitats de contaminants emesos anualment, en aplicació del disposat en el Reglament 166/2006 (PRTR), de 18 de gener, i en el Reial decret 508/2007. Els contaminants a declarar són els que corresponen a una instal•lació classificada dins l'epígraf 1.1.a de l'annex 1 del Reial decret legislatiu 1/2016. S'inclouran, al menys, els contaminants indicats a les taules de valors límit d'emissió. Les quantitats de contaminants seran mesurades, calculades o estimades, preferentment per aquest ordre. Les dades han de ser revisades i validades per un organisme verificador independent del titular.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Aquestes dades d'emissions seran incorporades al registre informàtic PRTR-España abans del termini normatiu. Aquesta memòria ha de contenir, almenys, referències suficients de les quantitats i característiques dels residus gestionats, la seva procedència i destinació, la relació d'aquells que es troben emmagatzemats així com les incidències rellevants que hagin tingut lloc l'any anterior.
