&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De conformitat amb l'article 108 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les bases de règim local, i l'article 14.2 del Reial decret legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei reguladora de les hisendes locals, contra aquesta resolució podreu interposar el recurs de reposició, previ al contenciós administratiu, en el termini d'un mes a comptar a partir del dia següent al que es produeixi la notificació, segons estableix la disposició addicional primera de la Llei 39/2015, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques; el termini per a la presentació del recurs de reposició acabarà el mateix dia en què es va produir la notificació en el mes de venciment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;No obstant això, podrà interposar, en el seu cas, qualsevol altre recurs que estimi procedent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
