    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En virtut de l'establert al punt 11 de les bases reguladores de la convocatòria d'ajudes econòmiques per al manteniment i la recuperació de béns immobles del patrimoni històric a l'àmbit territorial de l'illa d'Eivissa 2018-2019, i d'allò establert a l'artícle 8.1. c de la Llei 19/2013, de 9 de desembre, de transparència, accés a la informació pública i bon govern, es fa públic l'acord adoptat en &amp;nbsp;Consell Executiu del Consell Insular d'Eivissa en data &amp;nbsp;20 de març de 2020, en que s'ha resolt que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. APROVAR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; la dotació d'aquestes ajudes per un total de 359.831,03 € a càrrec de l'aplicació pressupostària 3360 78900 de l'exercici pressupostari 2020, per al pagament de les ajudes econòmiques per al manteniment i la recuperació dels béns de patrimoni històric immoble a l'àmbit territorial de l'illa d'Eivissa per als anys 2018 i 2019&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. AVOCAR&lt;/strong&gt; la delegació feta per acord de Consell Executiu de data 5 de novembre de 2018 al conseller del Departament d'Educació, Cultura, Patrimoni i Joventut per a la concessió de les ajudes i el seu pagament, així com, si és el cas, les revocacions d'aquestes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. DISPOSAR&lt;/strong&gt; i reconèixer l'obligació de pagament de les següents subvencions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;MODALITAT A: Ajudes per a la restauració i la conservació de béns immobles declarats d'interès cultural (BIC) amb la categoria de monuments de l'illa d'Eivissa, siguin de titularitat privada o pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- AJUNTAMENT DE SANT JOAN DE LABRITJA (P070500H) per no haver realitzat les obres de restauració de la FONT DE BALÀFIA i de la TORRE DE PORTINATX.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. NOTIFICAR&lt;/strong&gt; aquest acord a les persones i entitats sol·licitants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. PUBLICAR&lt;/strong&gt; aquestes subvencions a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions, d'acord amb el que estableixen l'article 18 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions i l'article 6 de la Resolució de 10 de desembre de 2015, de la Intervenció General de l'Administració de l'Estat, per la qual es regula el procés de registre i publicació de convocatòries de subvencions i ajudes en el Sistema Nacional de Publicitat de Subvencions (BOE núm. 299, de 15-12-15)&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
