&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;Es fa públic el Decret d'Alcaldia 2020-0499 de data 26 de març de 2020, pel qual s'han establert els serveis essencials que prestarà l'Ajuntament d'Alaior mentre mantengui la vigència l'estat d'alarma per a la gestió de la situació de crisi sanitària ocasionada pel COVID-19, que es transcriu a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ D'ALCALDIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'emergència sanitària que ha generat la propagació del COVID-19 ha obligat els governs a adoptar mesures per lluitar contra l'onada de contagis i mitigar els efectes econòmics i socials que aquest fenomen està produint. El Govern espanyol declara l'estat d'alarma per a la gestió de la situació de crisi sanitària ocasionada pel COVID-19 i el Govern balear aprova el Decret llei 4/2020, de 20 de març, pel qual s'estableixen mesures urgents en matèria de contractació, convenis, concerts educatius i subvencions, serveis socials, medi ambient, procediments administratius i pressuposts per fer front a l'impacte econòmic i social del COVID-19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'Ajuntament d'Alaior ha organitzat els seus serveis a la ciutadania en compliment de les normes anteriors i amb l'abast següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Es consideren serveis essencials que afecten les relacions veïnals els relacionats amb la seguretat i les emergències, la sanitat, l'electricitat, l'aigua potable, els combustibles, el gas, les telecomunicacions, els residus, el subministrament d'aliments i de medicaments i l'assistència mèdica i social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La prestació de tots els serveis anteriors queda garantida per l'Administració competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'Ajuntament d'Alaior, dintre del seu àmbit competencial, garanteix l'adequada prestació dels següents serveis de la seva competència:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Serveis socials&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per telèfon: 971 37 85 23. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De manera electrònica: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;https://alaior.sedelectronica.es/info.0.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'ofereix atenció, orientació i intervenció en aquelles situacions de crisi, urgència i emergència social que puguin generar desprotecció a la ciutadania. Es mantenen els serveis següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Gestió d'ajudes individuals temporals i d'emergència social. Es tramitarà d'ofici per les treballadores socials mateixes o a petició de la persona interessada, bé a través de la seu electrònica o autoritzant una funcionària o funcionari habilitat per tramitar-ho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El pagament de les més urgents per manutenció i altres serveis bàsics, es podran tramitar de manera excepcional a travès del mecanisme de pagaments a justificar per les assistents socials responsables de la seva tramitació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Servei d'Ajuda a Domicili (menjar a domicili, gestió de compres d'aliments i medicaments, teleassistència).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Serveis de seguretat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Policia Local&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Telèfon: 971 37 13 20&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es mantenen els serveis següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Els prevists a l'article 53.1 de la Llei orgànica 2/1986, de 13 de març, de forces i cossos de seguretat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Els que els encomani el ministre de l'Interior en l'àmbit de vigència de la declaració de l'estat d'alarma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Serveis comunitaris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Servei d'aigua potable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Neteja viària i recollida de residus&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Sanejament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Serveis sanitaris&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Servei funerari. Se suspenen les visites al cementiri. Es limita el nombre de persones que poden assistir al cementiri per celebrar-hi serveis funeraris a 6 persones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les empreses funeràries hauran de complir les instruccions de sanitat en la preparació de la persona difunta i del taüt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Serveis de transport&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Taxis. Hauran d'establir torns entre ells, amb un servei de dos taxis diaris. Els desplaçaments s'hauran de fer individualment, excepte acompanyament per causa justificada; en aquest cas, es limitarà a 2 el nombre de persones que puguin circular en un taxi. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'intensificarà la neteja interior del vehicle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els taxistes ofereixen als metges desplaçament gratuït per visitar alguns pacients, en cas de necessitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Jutjat de Pau &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es mantenen les inscripcions de naixement i defunció i les autoritzacions d'enterrament. Els procediments es tramitaran de forma telemàtica i la documentació es facilitarà a la ciutadania de la mateixa forma. L'assistència ciutadana es farà per telèfon al 971 37 12 10 i a través de la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament d'Alaior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Altres serveis als ciutadans que no tenen caràcter d'essencials:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Queden suprimits els serveis presencials d'atenció ciutadana, que es prestaran de manera telefònica al número 971 37 10 02.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Queda suprimit el pagament de l'aparcament en les zones ORA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Serveis de població&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'atenció telefònica del servei del població (971 3710 02) guiarà l'empadronament i la sol·licitud de certificats a través de la seu electrònica i facilitarà la documentació a través de la notificació electrònica. En cas de dificultat, es podrà facilitar documentació per correu electrònic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Padró d'Habitants. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Certificats de dades padronals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Certificats de residència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Se suspèn la celebració de matrimonis civils i el registre d'unió de parelles de fet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Serveis formatius &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les activitats de l'Escola de Música es mantenen a través d'Internet, pels alumnes majors de 8 anys&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Queden suspeses les activitats de l'Escola de Dibuix i del Centre de Gravat Xalubínia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Serveis culturals i esportius&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Queden suspeses les activitats de tots els serveis culturals i de mercats, la cessió de locals per a activitats veïnals (antic Escorxador, etc.) i la consulta a l'Arxiu municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es tanquen temporalment els equipaments esportius, l'escola infantil, la biblioteca, el centre de joventut Es Bot i el Centre de Cultura Sant Diego.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Serveis d'urbanisme, medi ambient i activitats&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El servei d'atenció al públic es realitzarà per telèfon. Les consultes als tècnics es faran per videoconferència o amb els mitjans tècnics que en cada cas es considerin més adequats. Se suspenen les visites d'inspecció i de comprovació de la realitat física.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Gestió tributària&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Informació i gestions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De manera temporal, totes els gestions s'han de fer telemàticament a través de la seu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Serveis de comptabilitat i intervenció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'autoritza les persones no obligades a presentar factures de manera telemàtica a presentar-les en PDF per correu electrònic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'Ajuntament manté els compromisos amb els seus proveïdors, sense que es vegi afectat aquest servei. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Òrgans de govern&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'activitat dels òrgans de govern es farà per mitjans telemàtics, així com totes la reunions, comissions i meses que sigui necessari tenir durant aquest període. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Serveis de transparència&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'Ajuntament continuarà donant compliment a totes les seves obligacions de transparència en la tramitació dels procediments administratius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Contractes d'obres i serveis municipals &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el termini de 5 dies, cada contractista notificarà a l'Ajuntament l'afecció al contracte que suposa la declaració de l'estat d'alarma. Sens perjudici de la continuïtat d'aquells treballs necessaris per mantenir les condicions de seguretat de les persones, materials i espai públic, queden suspeses les obres públiques. S'autoritzarà la continuïtat d'aquelles obres públiques que adaptin el seu pla de seguretat a la situació actual i d'acord amb les previsions d'aquest pla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les empreses concessionàries que prestin els serveis municipals essencials, gestionats indirectament, són responsables de preservar i garantir la continuïtat en la seva prestació dimensionant els efectius personals per poder ser prestats amb garantia i també amb criteris de seguretat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Recursos humans &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es facilitarà la modalitat de teletreball, sempre que es pugui, llevat del personal dels serveis considerats essencials. Qualsevol treballador o treballadora que consideri convenient modificar les condicions laborals establertes podrà presentar una proposta d'organització del seu treball, en col·laboració amb la persona responsable de la seva àrea, que serà resolta en un termini de 48 hores hàbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per facilitar la conciliació familiar s'habiliten mesures de flexibilitat horària: de 7.00 a 21.00 hores, de dilluns a dissabte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per garantir el funcionament correcte dels serveis essencials municipals l'Ajuntament es reserva la possibilitat de disposar i mobilitzar el personal al seu servei per prestar els serveis necessaris que així ho requereixin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La permanència del personal municipal al seu domicili, amb assignació de tasques, com a conseqüència de la suspensió temporal d'activitats a les unitats respectives té la consideració de temps de treball efectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El personal de Serveis Socials que hagi de fer treball social a domicili haurà de ser objecte d'especial atenció, per la qual cosa l'Ajuntament haurà de procurar en tot moment facilitar els equips i els mitjans necessaris perquè pugui realitzar millor la seva funció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es recorda a la ciutadania que en qualsevol desplaçament s'hauran de respectar les recomanacions i les obligacions dictades per les autoritats sanitàries. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Els subministraments bàsics estan garantits, per la qual cosa no és necessari fer apilament de béns de primera necessitat a fi d'evitar el desproveïment puntual en determinats punts de venda. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atès que convé no saturar els centres sanitaris, es recomana no acudir-hi si no hi ha necessitat urgent d'assistència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta resolució entra en vigor el dia de la seva publicació i es mantindrà vigent durant la vigència de l'estat d'alarma declarat pel Reial decret 463/2020, de 14 de març.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquesta resolució és publicarà al web de l'Ajuntament i se'n donarà compte al Ple municipal en la primera sessió que celebri. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
