&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Fets.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La norma d&amp;apos;ahir fixa com a prioritat limitar el màxim la mobilitat de les persones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Federación Española de Municipios y Províncias (FEMP) ha publicat unes orientacions per poder concretar els serveis essencials i els serveis mínims.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;S&amp;apos;ha tramès per correu electrònic l&amp;apos;esborrany d&amp;apos;aquesta resolució als delegats del personal, i a la reunió de negociació s&amp;apos;ha escoltat el seu parer favorable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Fonaments de dret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Article 2,a de la Llei 8/2011, de 28 d&amp;apos;abril, per la qual s&amp;apos;estableixen mesures per a la protecció de les infraestructures crítiques, sobre el que s&amp;apos;entén per serveis essencials als efectes d&amp;apos;aqueixa llei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Articles 25 i 26 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d&amp;apos;abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local, en relació a les competències i als serveis mínims obligatoris dels municipis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En exercici de les atribucions que me confereixen la disposició addicional primera, i l&amp;apos;article 21,1 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d&amp;apos;abril,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El personal de Serveis socials, Policia local, Centre sanitari i Jutjat de Pau, resten exceptuats de l&amp;apos;aplicació d&amp;apos;aquesta resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cosa que es fa pública per a general coneixement, compliment i efectes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Recursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que és definitiva en via administrativa, es poden interposar, alternativament, els recursos següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Directament el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat del Contenciós Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir del dia següent al rebut de la notificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) El recurs de reposició potestatiu davant la batlia, en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes, comptador a partir del dia següent de la publicació de la present resolució. Contra la desestimació per silenci del recurs de reposició, que es produirà pel transcurs d&amp;apos;un mes des de la seva presentació sense que s&amp;apos;hagi resolt expressament ni s&amp;apos;hagi notificat, podrà interposar-se el recurs contenciós administratiu, davant el Jutjat del Contenciós Administratiu de Palma, en el termini de sis mesos, comptadors a partir del dia següent a la desestimació presumpta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No obstant l&amp;apos;anterior, es pot exercitar, si n&amp;apos;és el cas, qualsevol altre recurs que s&amp;apos;estimi pertinent. Tot això de conformitat amb la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa i de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Observació:&lt;/strong&gt; els terminis administratius queden suspesos, fins que perdi vigència el Reial decret 463/2020, de 14 de març, estat d&amp;apos;alarma per la crisi sanitària, (BOE núm. 67, de 14.03.2020), o, en el seu cas, les seves pròrrogues.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
