    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;L'actual situació d'estat l'alerta decretat pel Govern de l'Estat per fer front al coronavirus obliga a les administracions, en permanent diàleg amb agents econòmics i socials més representatius a adoptar mesures i mecanismes per al sosteniment econòmic i laboral de les persones treballadores, el treball autònom i les empreses. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;El Govern de les Illes Balears en data d'avui ha signat un acord amb les patronals CAEB i PIMEB i els sindicats CCOO i UGT per a la posada en marxa d'una bateria de mesures urgents, complementàries als ajuts de l'Estat, i encaminades a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;Garantir els drets dels treballadors i treballadores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="2"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;Injectar liquiditat perquè el treball autònom i les empreses puguin accedir a crèdits de circulants, gairebé sense despesa financera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/ol&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;Ajornar el deute financer per al treball autònom, empreses i famílies, a través del sistema bancari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Per tot això, el Consell de Govern, a proposta del conseller de &lt;/span&gt;Model Econòmic&amp;nbsp;Turisme i Treball, en la sessió de 16 de març de 2020, adoptà entre d'altres, l'Acord &lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Donar-se per assabentat de la signatura, en data d'avui, d'un acord entre el Govern de les Illes Balears, les patronals CAEB i PIMEB i els sindicats CCOO i UGT&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;1. &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Garantir els drets dels treballadors i treballadores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

MESURES D'ÀMBIT LABORAL: GARANTIR EL DRET A TREBALLADORS/ES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;Creació del Consell Balear de Relacions Laborals per ajudar a resoldre conflictes laborals col·lectius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;Col·laboració entre SEPE i Govern de les Illes Balears (SOIB i Direcció General de Treball) per agilitar els processos d'inscripció dels acomiadaments amb l'objectiu de poder cobrar les prestacions per atur de manera immediata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;Reforçar els mitjans humans de la Direcció General de Treball i el SOIB per a gestionar els ERTOs i EROs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;Crear un Cos de Mediadors, format per la totalitat del Cos d'Inspecció de Treball a les Illes Balears i el personal del TAMIB, a fi d'intervenir i mediar en cas de conflicte en les possibles&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;desavinences en els&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;processos negociadors d'ERTOS i EROS motivats per l'actual situació d'Estat d'alerta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;Establir un protocol de l'IBASSAL, en coordinació amb la Conselleria de Salut, de prevenció de risc de contagi i extremar les mesures preventives en l'àmbit del treball per divulgar a les empreses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;Actualitzar les guies que ja s'han elaborat que faciliten a les empreses la presentació dels ERTOS / EROS, tant pels treballadors com a les empreses. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;Actualitzar les fixes informatives sobre els drets dels treballadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;Fer un seguiment dels mecanisme establers en coordinació entre la Direcció General de Treball del Govern amb la ITSS amb l'objectiu d'agilitzar el tràmit d'ERTOS/EROS. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;Per part del Govern de les Illes Balears, reforçar els mecanismes de control i seguiment dels distints contractes públics per que en el cas de no donar compliment als mateixos, o haver de reduir la prestació del servei, quedin garantits els drets dels treballadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;Reforçar vies de comunicació per a resoldre dubtes en matèria de seguretat i salut laboral per part d'IBASSAL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;Actualitzar la Guia sobre les mesures per prevenir la infecció per coronavirus en l'entorn laboral. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;2. MESURES D'ÀMBIT ECONÒMIC: INJECTAR LIQUIDITAT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;S'acorda de forma immediata disposar 50 milions d'euros, ampliables d'acord a les necessitats de liquiditat, per injectar liquiditat suficient a &lt;strong&gt;les petites i mitjanes empreses i autònoms&lt;/strong&gt;,&amp;nbsp; a través d'avals amb ISBA, SGR.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;Per a les &lt;strong&gt;grans empreses&lt;/strong&gt;, injectar liquiditat perquè les operacions de crèdit o circulant disposin d'una bonificació que faci que les despeses financeres siguin properes a 0. Les operacions es formalitzaran a través del sistema bancari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;3. MESURES D'ÀMBIT FINANCER: AJORNAMENT DEL DEUTE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;S'establiran mecanismes de diàleg permanent amb les entitats bancàries a fi de coordinar solucions a curt termini que permetin tant a les empreses com a les famílies, pal·liar els efectes de l'Estat d'alerta amb ajornaments temporals dels seus deutes.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;En tres supòsits especials: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;a) &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Per a empreses i treball autònom: donar carències als préstecs en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;b) &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Per a empreses i treball autònom: rebaixar les condicions d'accés al crèdit i avals per millorar les despeses financeres destinades a fomentar la liquiditat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3b3838"&gt;c) &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;Per al treball autònom i les famílies: donar carències a les hipoteques en vigor. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
