&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformitat amb el que es preveu als articles 17.3 b i 20.8 a de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, es publica l'extracte de la convocatòria, el text del qual es pot consultar a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;(http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias&lt;u&gt;).&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Objecte de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria és subvencionar projectes en l'àmbit de la participació ciutadana i/o de captació o formació de voluntariat a Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Beneficiàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Poden participar en aquesta convocatòria de subvencions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Les entitats d'administració local de Mallorca de menys de 60.000 habitants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; Les entitats sense ànim de lucre de Mallorca inscrites en el registre corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Les entitats de voluntariat legalment constituïdes i que desenvolupin les seves activitats en un pla de voluntariat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es pot subvencionar, com a màxim, fins a un projecte per línia d'entre els que presenti, si és el cas, l'entitat sol·licitant i &amp;nbsp;serà el que hagi obtingut millor puntuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Actuacions i despeses subvencionables&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Són despeses subvencionables les corresponents a la planificació, preparació, coordinació, difusió i execució dels:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L1.Projectes de participació d'entitats de l'administració local per afavorir la participació ciutadana en les polítiques municipals i per fomentar la implicació de la ciutadania en la presa de decisions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L2. Projectes de participació d'entitats sense ànim de lucre destinats a fomentar el treball a través de xarxes ciutadanes i la col·laboració associativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L3. Projectes dirigits a la formació o la captació de persones voluntàries d'entitats de voluntariat dirigits al desenvolupament de plans de formació de persones voluntàries o a la seva captació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Període subvencionable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Es poden acollir a aquesta convocatòria de subvencions les sol·licituds d'entitats que tinguin per objecte desenvolupar, entre l'1 de juny de 2019 i fins al 30 de maig de 2020 (ambdós inclosos), activitats o projectes de participació ciutadana i/o de captació o formació de voluntariat a Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5. Finançament i imports màxims&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es destinen 250.000,00 euros a les subvencions objecte d'aquesta convocatòria que es finançaran amb càrrec al pressupost de despeses del Consell de Mallorca per a l'any 2020, distribuïts de la forma següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Línia 1. Projectes de participació d'entitats d'administració local: cent mil euros (100.000,00 €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Línia 2. Projectes de participació d'entitats sense ànim de lucre: cent mil euros (100.000,00 €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) Línia 3. Projectes dirigits a la formació o la captació de persones voluntàries realitzats per entitats de voluntariat: cinquanta mil euros (50.000€).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si no es concedeixen les quanties inicialment previstes a les diferents línies per manca de sol·licituds, o per no acreditar la condició de beneficiari, es pot traspassar indistintament el crèdit romanent d'una aplicació a l'altra si, d'acord amb les sol·licituds presentades, és convenient incrementar la dotació pressupostària per atendre totes les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Les subvencions s'adjudicaran mitjançant el sistema de prorrateig del crèdit assignat a cadascuna de les línies de manera proporcional als punts obtinguts.&amp;nbsp; Així, l'import de la subvenció es calcularà de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Is = import subvenció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;C = crèdit pressupostari assignat en la convocatòria per a cadascuna de les línies&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ps = puntuació de la sol·licitud obtinguda en l'aplicació dels criteris de valoració del projecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Pt = suma de les puntuacions obtingudes de totes les sol·licituds de cada línia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cap cas l'import resultant de l'adjudicació pot ser superior a la quantitat sol·licitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Termini de presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El termini per presentar les sol·licituds, i tota la documentació, és de 15 dies hàbils, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de publicar-se l'extracte d'aquesta convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. Si el darrer dia és inhàbil, el termini es prorroga fins al dia hàbil següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Règim jurídic&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca, aprovada pel Ple del Consell el 23 de desembre de 2016 (BOIB núm. 21, de 18 de febrer de 2017) i, supletòriament, per la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, pel Reial decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions i per la resta de normativa que hi sigui aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
