&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“3.1.4.- PRP2020/92&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PROPOSTA DE QUOTES I PERÍODE D'APLICACIÓ DE LA LLEI 7/2019, 8 DE FEBRER 2019, PER A LA SOSTENIBILITAT MEDIAMBIENTAL I ECONÒMICA DE L'ILLA DE FORMENTERA PER A L'ANY 2020&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Acord&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primer.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Prohibir des del dia 1 de juliol al 31 d'agost de 2020, l'afluència, la circulació i l'estacionament en via pública a l'illa de Formentera de qualsevol vehicle que no disposi de la corresponent autorització, a excepció dels vehicles recollits a l'article 3.2 de la LSMEIF i a les excepcions del present acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segon.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Fixar en onze mil nou-cents cinquanta dos (11.952) el sostre de vehicles de motor que poden accedir a l'illa, circular i estacionar en via pública a l'illa de Formentera en els períodes de limitació establerts en el punt anterior i no excepcionats per la LSMEIF ni el present acord.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercer. -&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Fixar les següents quotes per cada categoria de vehicles:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;a) Vehicles destinats a l'activitat de lloguer sense conductor:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;- Quota per turismes: 2.592.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Quota per motos (inclou motocicletes i ciclomotors):&amp;nbsp; 6.720.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Amb les excepcions següents en quant a limitació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;- Vehicles de serveis d'interès públics, acreditats degudament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Vehicles històrics associats a clubs de &lt;em&gt;vehicles clàssics.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Una vegada les quotes estiguin esgotades, vehicles els titulars dels quals disposin d'una reserva, d'allotjament a l'illa i/o vaixell amb destinació a Formentera, prèvia a l'aprovació i publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) de l'acord present.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;c) Vehicles destinats a l'ús particular per persones residents a l'illa d'Eivissa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;- Quota per turismes: 220.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Quota per motos (inclou motocicletes i ciclomotors): 20.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Quota per quads: 0.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Quota per caravanes i autocaravanes: 0.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Amb les excepcions següents en quant a limitació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;- Una vegada les quotes estiguin esgotades, vehicles els titulars dels quals disposin d'una reserva, d'allotjament a l'illa i/o vaixell amb destinació a Formentera, prèvia a l'aprovació i publicació al BOIB de l'acord present.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quart.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Establir els següents criteris d'adjudicació de les acreditacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;a) Vehicles destinats a l'activitat de lloguer sense conductor:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. Creació d'una llista ordenada segons la data d'alta al DRIAT fins a l'any 2019, inclòs, en relació amb l'activitat de lloguer de vehicles sense conductor a l'illa de Formentera. Tenint en compte que l'any 2019 s'esgotà els sostre de vehicles de lloguer i per l'any 2020 s'aplica una reducció del 4%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. Segons el DRIAT presentat o última actualització fins a l'any 2019, inclòs, aplicació d'una reducció del 4% en la flota de vehicles seguint un dels següents criteris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Si el Consell Insular de Formentera ha detectat el 95% o més de flota de vehicles declarada, la reducció s'aplicarà sobre la flota declarada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Si el Consell Insular de Formentera ha detectat menys del 95% de flota de vehicles declarada, la reducció s'aplicarà sobre la flota detectada pel Consell Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Consell Insular de Formentera utilitzarà les bases de dades de les càmeres de lectura de matrícules de la Savina i dels parquímetres de l'illa, des de maig a octubre de l'any 2019, per determinar si un vehicle ha estat detectat o no.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3. Compliment dels següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1- Disposar d'una oficina d'atenció presencial a Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2- Disposar dels vehicles identificats amb un adhesiu propi de l'empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3- Presentar una actualització de DRIAT per l'any 2020 que reculli els punts 2, 3.1 i 3.2, anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. L'adjudicació de les acreditacions es realitzarà seguint la llista ordenada (recollida al punt 1), havent aplicat la reducció (recollida al punt 2) i verificant el compliment dels requisits establerts (recollits al punt 3) fins esgotar la quota.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Esgotada la quota, totes les peticions restants que no resultin adjudicatàries d'una acreditació, passaran a formar part de la llista d'espera, la qual mantindrà l'ordre de la llista ordenada del punt 1. En cas de que es produeixin baixes, l'adjudicació de les acreditacions alliberades es realitzarà seguint la llista d'espera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;b) Vehicles destinats a l'ús particular: per ordre de petició fins esgotar la quota.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;c) Vehicles destinats a l'ús particular per persones residents a l'illa d'Eivissa: per ordre de petició fins esgotar la quota.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cinquè.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Aprovar dos tipus d'acreditacions, de temporada i puntual, segons el procediment de tramitació per l'obtenció de l'autorització que figura als annexos I i II. En el moment d'adquirir l'autorització, el peticionari haurà de fer efectiva la taxa corresponent segons l'Ordenança Fiscal vigent en cada moment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sisè.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Establir la matrícula com a distintiu del vehicle acreditat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Setè.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Considerar que una volta que els canals de tramitació per a l'obtenció de les acreditacions siguin operatius, es farà publicitat a través dels següents webs:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- www.formentera.eco&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- www.ovac.conselldeformentera.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Així mateix es faculta la Presidència del Consell Insular de Formentera a dictar un Decret que determinarà la data d'inici de les tramitacions una volta operatiu el sistema electrònic, Decret del qual se'n farà la deguda publicitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vuitè.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Publicar íntegrament al BOIB l'acord present, inclosos els dos annexos, tot de conformitat amb l'article 3 i 4 de la Llei 7/2019, de 8 de febrer, per a la sostenibilitat mediambiental i econòmica de l'illa de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ANNEX I&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Acreditació de temporada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. L'acreditació de temporada autoritza a un vehicle de motor a entrar, circular i estacionar en la via pública a l'illa de Formentera al llarg de tot el període de regulació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Els canals de tramitació per l'obtenció de les acreditacions de temporada són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- el portal web www.formentera.eco&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- l'Oficina d'Atenció al Ciutadà (OAC) o Oficina Virtual d'Atenció al Ciutadà (OVAC) del Consell Insular de Formentera, ja sigui presencialment, ja sigui telemàticament a través del portal web www.ovac.conselldeformentera.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
